I find all these 5 stars reviews very dubious.Quinnbet made a mistake on horse racing and then refused to clarify their error and then stopped replying to emails. I went to IBAS and then found in my favour. Shortly after they they demanded tons of documents and then closed my account. Very petty indeed. Still I ended up winning over the time my account was open so I had the last laugh before they had their tantrum and shut me down

Joined this Irish outfit put in a few deposits and as soon as I started playing I just knew it was not going to last long, absolute pish, one bonus overall which paid x4 on a megaways slot, mostly .5 pay-outs, when you cant even win 20p on slingo you know its chite. Closed account after a few deposits because they have seen my bank statement before I made my first deposit and know I can afford to lose. The verification process has now made it unfair for players due to the casino insisting you send a bank statement. Its your loss quinn as I am fecking loaded you got a few deposits you muppets. Trustpilot are to blame also for these con companies flourishing due to allowing of fake five star reviews to promote them and banning bad reviews....enjoy the following reviews erses..smiley face.

I had the worst experience with customer service. I tried to verify the account and stayed in on the chat for over an hour trying to provide the documents required however they didn't even mention what kind of documents they need, and I had sent multiple times until they just decided not to open my account without any reason. I tried to tell them that I want to formal complain about this behaviour and is not normal, but they acted very rude and unreal. I will go forward to report this to ombudsman. Most important they said they can close your account without any notice, any time without any reason so be aware of that as you can get your money trapped.

I was a good sized customer with them, with a pretty poor p&l (which is great for them), and when their cash out bugged out and gave me 1% of my returns they refused to even listen to me, said I partially cashed out which I didn't, the full amount was on the cash out button. Then wouldn't even respond to my mail which i sent before the off of the last leg anyway. I don't need the cash but their treatment of punters is horrific so decided to move my money elsewhere.
