I have had my account suspended for asking why I have been able to deposit so much without an affordability check am sure they are only allowed to let you depoist so much then ask for an affordability check when I questioned about this they said she you sure your contacting the right company worse site ever stay away It needs shutting down

Read the reviews! I won 480 paid out fine. Day later I won 1000 exactly and 844. They started panicking asked for proof of address, proof of bank, proof of I’d, photos of a utility bill, and me to prove I could place the bet I originally placed or they won’t pay out. We’re now 6 days later I’ve been told I’ve been verified but still no money. Crazy experience, pretty sureal in 2023 this is happening.

Used for a while, things seemed OK. Then one day i put a bet on a match, at a specific score listed on the site (It said the match was 1-1), however, it was actually 2-1 they just didnt update the site. Quinn bet are a shocking company to deal with I placed 5 bets at Cheltenham over 2 days at 10 stakes lost it all now they have stopped me from placing a bet without any reason at all customer service are very rude and abrupt stick with a bigger bookie if I was you

So far no complaints. See other reviews saying “5 star reviews are fake” well I’m not a fake review! I would change if ofc I face any bad experiences. Would be good to see some ewallet methods but depositing via cars and withdrawals are fairly quick. Good so far

So firstly at 23:55 (Last night) I hit my biggest ever win on a slot…8039x (or 3215.68) on Floating Dragon Megaways: Hold & Spin on a 0.40 bet when I was at my last 15.I immediately woke my mother up with the excitement and then proceeded to instantly withdraw the lot (Well 3,100 initially and leaving 130 to play).Come 10:00 my withdrawal had still not been processed, so I went to Live chat asked why, and why I haven’t even been sent the inevitable SOW request.During chat I got the dreaded AML/SOW request and sent my docs.From 10:15 (When the docs were sent) all I had was dread as I’ve been through these shenanigans before with the delay tactics and finding any little detail to stall and frustrate you…so I did the worst thing possible.Came here to Trust Pilot to read all the negative reviews just to validate my negative feeling against this AML policy BS. I have written outstanding reviews about this Company and how good they are.Sadly I can no longer support them. They are a different company now based in Gibraltar and their Customer Service is nothing short of appalling.I hate to have to write this but I would be very sceptical recommending them now. Happy to accept deposits, no issues about money laundering, then when you withdraw they want documents. Very slow in responding, I actually had to email them 24 hours later to be told documents no good, even though sent a clear pic of my bank card,.letter with address etc. Had enough, contacted IBAS and will hopefully see my funds returned, or next step will be report fraud to Visa directly and my bank. Frustrating experience and will be sticking to my regulars from now on, thought I would give them a try, but when they mess about gives you no faith if you would ever get ur money if you won big.

JUST AN UPDATE FROM IBAS CASE,CLOWNBET(quinnbet)say my bank account is linked to someonelse with a quinnbet account that i transferred a 1000 to, And theyve bet same horses i have,Well wots the chance that they bet that 10/1 shot in 8.30 southwell on 10th january? Basically thats were i won my 3500, Sent my reply to ibas lets see what happens next….So apparently a mate of mine has a quinnbet account….Bear in mind i run a golf society with 44 members,We run a bonus ball for a fiver a number a week ,pay out 100 wednesday and saturday,christmas we pay 400 for a number drawn out and 1500 for bonus ball,so we raise 1040 for our club,so someone who got a drag from that has a quinnbet account,Thats what they are linking my bank account to, But i dont think anyoneelse in the society will open one after knowing CLOWNBET(quinnbet ) DO NOT PAY YOU IF YOU WIN

Abysmal customer service Went to place a bet 5 mins before a race but would not accept bet as said I had not accepted t’s & c’s which I had done 10 mins previous. Had no problem letting me deposit the funds though. Terrible app in general.

I have 700 of pending withdrawals. To be fair they are usually quick with small amounts but when you try to withdraw larger amounts, they start asking for bank statements and wage slips. I really would not recommend this company as they obviously have cashflow problems if they cannot afford to pay out 700.

Good betting experience. Odds are always great, and there is a nice range of offers and promotions. User Interface isnt the greatest Ive seen – it isnt always obvious how to navigate to the relevant page. But a really good betting experience overall.
