Very unfair service. I used the bonus bet on the casino games. My bonus balance is was 90 euro. After 1 hour the game is ruled out for some reason, and said try again later. I tried later few times, can't used. Today I seen my bonus balance is cancelled. I talk with the customer service and was not helpful and unfair.

My daughter unfortunately managed to add her card on my husband's account. The bank account belongs to a minor, the funds belong to a minor. Quinnbet have refused to respond or deal with this at all. This is totally against UK legislation according to section 58 they must void and refund all monies to the child. Also their own terms and conditions they are breaking as it states this in 2.4 Refund my daughters money!!!

They do not run sufficient KYC checks I'm not sure on the total but my daughter who was 14 at the time managed to deposit 1000's from her savings on to my account. If proper checks was made this would of been avoided. Quinn Bet are refusing to deal with this. I have been with quinnbet for months. Recently I won 750 and now the company will not payout unless I send verification documents which I don't have. It's convenient they have accepted my deposits for months and now that I win they do not pay out, how convenient. Avoid these conmen. I hope the CEO of this company sees this review and does the right thing. I will no longer be using this scam company again

No issues here really, not had much luck to be fair but i'm not going to leave a 1 star review and shout with my Caps Lock on because when i deposit i expect to lose & i know the house has the edge. They have a good amount of daily and weekly bonuses , my only real issue is i find the site very slow & often after 50 or 100 spins on a slot i find the slot starts to lag to the point where i have to reload . Could be my browser but it happens to a friend aswell who agrees the site is a bit laggy. Overall though casino i enjoy playing at :)

I am beggining to think these guys are scammers they have stolen my withdrawal it's disappeared from my balance and not gone into my bank clearly processing error which it says in history yet I've now waited nearly 2 weeks and nothing all I keep getting is the same repeated responses no time frames just the same response which is (We have no update to provide as advised we have no further information and we will be in contact as soon as we have been advised by our payments team. please accept this as my final response) I've received this response more than 10 times, with no indication of when I'm getting my money, AVOID THIS PLACE

This is not a stereotype because they’re Irish they must be because my wife was Irish I don’t know who they’re employing, but it’s school leavers spring to mind, but anyway they try to withhold your money while you send them information about your banking statements et cetera and they keep writing back asking for further information. I don’t know if this is a scam for them to get information out of you, so they can rob your account, but I rang all the authorities Until I contacted my bank and my bank said don’t worry we’ll get your money back from them soon as I pointed that out to them. They released the money otherwise they wouldn’t have done I would avoid all companies who don’t have a telephone number. There are many good bookmakers out there that you can ring up. You might not agree with things, but at least you can speak to them and discuss it.

Deposited £95 and won £3000 ask for every verification they could kept me waiting 4 days to tell me I aren't getting my money apart from the £95 as they cant verfiy me. The balance was in my account 30 minutes got through to the chat very quickly as well. Hope its not beginners luck one hour thing be careful of when youve had a bear make sure you clear the Betslip because otherwise it will go through again when you have your next bed at the moment, positive review.

I had very bad experience with this outfit myself.. it's absolutely pity full the length these low life scum goes to,to make them look good, anyone that works for them should be ashamed of a scamming outfit you are with. Just had a reply regarding my ibas case against this shower of crookes they havent replied to ibas after a month,remember to read my reviews youl see what these are trying to not pay me 3500 in winnings 10 days after the horse i bet won...A bookmaker that takes a bet,even if its restricted amount have to honour the bet not spit dummy out after someone wins...listen in next month there will be 10/15 reviews all 4 or 5 stars turn up same day DO NOT BELIEVE THEM YOU WILL SEE THESE TRUE COLOURS IF YOU WIN A GRAND OR MORE....YOU BEEN WARNED

Was aloud to play said I was verified.Then suddenly because if I win I draw cash out I was told to verify.OK again fair enough but did not receive email.So suspended my account however they let me deposit but not play again fair enough once I found out BUT they would not let me withdraw my deposit? But 5mins earlier let me put it in.Now waiting to be verified will keep you updated what's next I just want my money back and will close rip off company

I keep getting texts about betting they are for a lady called Jean, which isn't my name. I can't block them, their text format doesn't allow it, neither is there a STOP or unsubscribe option, it is so annoying. Why lock people in to this when the subject matter is ONLY gambling /betting but it would affect addicts or people who depend on it spend more. They need to format the text so it can be stopped or blocked, and who the heck is Jean???

Trust me fellow Gamblers .....don't join.They do there best to not pay out + they don't Accept Revolute as a proof of bank statement to verify your address. My salary goes into my Revolute account so it's 100% a bank but they don't accept it. I asked could I send them a tax revenue letter as proof of address and even that wouldn't be accepted. Absolute Joke of a company never had this with any other Gambling site. Stay away from here it's a total scam.
