TERRIBLE experience after using my card then using my wife's (obviously with her permission married 30 plus years) plus we both played on the site! After transferring money from OUR joint account to my wife's deposit after deposit fine I won the money went in her account fine then won again all fine...then won again only to be told withdrawal declined!! Asked why because its not your card plus your only allowed one card at a time 😆 😂 yet they let me have 2 on mine and my wife's unbelievable!! Anyway got a complaint with resolver but not got anywhere...so now got a complaint with the Gambling Commission but prob won't get my money

Failure in making a withdrawal It has now been 9 days since I requested a withdrawal from my account and the money has still not been received. You asked me to send documents via email which I did within an hour. Emails and live chat are offering no solution. Very poor customer service.

Never look after customers they give you £1 free bets every now and again or £2. Expect you to spend loads and get little back. Customer service advisors and supervisors are so rude aswell.

I used my bank card (had to be cut up though out of date) so used my wife's with her permission because we both play on the site! They owe my 76 year old mother over 7000 pound and closed her account due too money laundering she's 76 for god sake she has applied for a ccj to the director of the company and it's come to our attention they are trying to strike the company off on companies house so we have put a block on that for now till we send it baliffs in for the funds they owe plus interest
