Bonuses are good, but are poorly written and frequently lower than expected as a result. The 10% loss/wins return weekly should be a fantastic bonus but is let down by poor explanation of terms backed up by difficult and frequently rude customer service representatives.

They let you play on-site a few times, after I submitted all documents, they allowed for many deposits, then one day I deposited and they blocked and closed my account and havent giving me my money back and now they are also deliberately and actively avoiding me when I try to contact them.This is an illegal site and they have no scruples. I won £661.88 from Quinnbet. They then removed it from my account. I asked for it to be returned but they said no. I raised a complaint and their awful manager Tonya M was unprofessional and disrespectful. She laughed out loud at me and closed my account. I had to raise this to IBAS. IBAS have now investigated this and quinnbet have now said they will return my money and are changing their terms and conditions. I emailed them to see how they would refund me but they ignored me. I contacted live chat and they said they won’t be returning the money then closed the chat on me. I will now be contacting the police. This company needs to have their license removed. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Awful customer service. No phones like a lot of others. Emailed and live chat the.. Full detailed comprehensive report of issue with screenshots provided. They just mugged me off and then ignore follow up emails and messages. Don’t waste your time so may better betting companies. Android app also signs you out all the time with no options to stay logged in.

Thank you for your response about verification QuinnBet (16th June 2025) What I really want to know is if by any chance I manage to win whilst using your site, would there be a problem with me withdrawing any winnings because I don’t work? So could not prove income to you? Obviously I hold a valid passport for ID also could send a recent bank statement and photographic proof of my bank card. So before I deposit would that ID all be enough to verify me to make a withdrawal? All of that minus proof of income as I now don’t work?

I have asked for details as someone has tried to access my account on several occasions as I keep getting password reset emails coming through. I keep getting the same rubbish they are investigating it and will be in touch it’s been 3 weeks. I’ve requested details of mac address, ip addresses to do my own research so far nothing from them!
