you have mentioned KYC procedure in your response but you have failed to address the £17,500? Where is my money? Why is my account closed? I have sent KYC documents 4 weeks ago how long do I have to wait for a response? where is the pending £9,500 I processed for withdrawal on 13th July? Where is the £8000 I deposited on 14th July?

I attempted to verify my account several times. The initial email I received didn’t inform me clearly and then I was on live chat with two unhelpful and abrupt CSAs. And they actually don’t even deserve a 1* review.And this is where my review changes from three to five stars, 5* I eventually going on Live Chat with Amy who was patient, very helpful and sorted everything with ease. A big thank you Amy. Excellent customer service.

I just asked one customer service agent about what other games would have a 5 cent or less stake as i was looking for a very cheap game to play just to kill time and couldn’t get the slice and dice scratch card to load, the customer service agent who works for them doesn’t have this information to hand apparently???, quinnbet please give your staff all the information thank you ,

Decent sports offer best odds guaranteed and nice site but their games are honking bad. I deposited £2000 and I won over £35000 on live blackjack casino. I withdrew the profit and left the £2000 in there. I then won again on live casino a further £7500 so total £9500. I withdrew but it didn’t go through. I then deposited £8000 to bet and then account was frozen. I was then requested to send various documents payslips explanations etc which I did immediately and my account has since been closed since Monday 15th July and they have stopped responding to any email. On live chat they tell me to email them but they have stopped responding and never email back. I have been scammed out of £17,500 in total. £9500 in withdrawal and £8000 I deposited. Total scam and unfair I will be raising this with the gambling ombudsman. When trying to go through internal complaints procedure they just ignore me and they completely ignore me on live chat nowI just want my money back I don’t care about the account now I don’t want to do business with Quinnbet. I simply want my £9500 to be withdrawn and my £8000 in the balance to be withdrawn

I like quinnbet but it’s a joke! clearly some games are rigged, I’ve put over £600 on reel king spooky ON 20P play over the last month! And they can check my logs and I haven’t won a penny! Just reading a few of the reviews….Shaun Perry id advise you shaun to get intouch with ibas (independant betting arbitration service) And start proceedings with them ive had to do this twice once with quinnbet as they returned my deposits and not the winnings i had,Hiding behind terms and conditions,And once with William Hill,Why have we got to a point where someone places a bet and they win you have to all of a sudden jump through hoops to get paid….We never had this problem till the last couple of years…My mate is having to go down the ibas route with betfred to get around £60k of them from golf bets in shops….LISTEN punters if a company treat you well and your gambling within your means stay with them…But if all of a sudden you win a bit and then your accounts closed use ibas because they are the only organisation to help punters with disputes…The uk gambling commision really are not worth wasting your time with….Bit of advice to all bookmakers if you treat your customers with respect you will only prosper
