Paddy Power staff are pathetic and stupid I placed a bet at 12.07 at Hillside Park and number of the horse was no3 it won at 28/1 they state the bet was late by 4seconds and refused payout. Don't bet at paddy Power they are making money by scaming bets under no circumstances do not place any bets with them they cheat you out of your money and they are not worth any complment

My experience with Paddy Power as a long term customer is quite good . I’ve won a lot from the games , you just have to know how to play them , win your money & move on. Don’t be greedy & keep rebetting . My only issue is the games are getting boring in comparison to Ladbrokes /Party casino/ William Hill , they’re bringing in new fun games all the time . Paddy power need to get up to speed .

Out of the blue I received the following message with no explanation. Their online help will only say that it is a 'Trading Decision' and that they have no further information. Perhaps it's because I have had a few wins recently? Bunch of scammers i have placed bet over 1.5 goals first half when it was 1:0 5th minute of the game after they took my bet 223£ at 1.44 they corrected scoreline to 0:0 var dissallowed goal i and odds moved to 4 so i ask them to void this bet becouse it was wrong scoreline and odds i only wanted 1 goal scored not 2 then theyscored on 32th minute bu pp still settle it as lost haha what a joke they are and they said they are allowed to show wrong scorlines this is how they protect thier players i opened dispute on IBAS enough of gabling sites taking advatage of thier customers

I had my account open for less than i month when a popup said i'm no longer allowed to participate in any promotions. Contact there awful customer service who just quoted there T&C that said they can withdraw any promotions as they feel like. I then went to play on there blackjack table and lost my some money on a table that claims to have +99% RTP when it got 21 9 times in a row. Very suspecious. Anyway withdrew my money left over and will not ever support them or anything else they have there corrupt fingers in.

It is a scam! I have put money in it and won some money, not much, when I wanted to cash out, they locked my account and asked me to provide my ID, my debit card, and my address proof. After providing all my personal information they CLOSED my account without any reason! Contacted their customer service and was told I am not able to get the money I won! SCAM!!!!!

Just robbed me out right!! I put a 20 pound bet on and they suspended my account and removed the cash out feature which was working before this. When you get a win they suspend your account so as you cannot make any withdrawals, but you can bet more though!!!!2 hours on chat and i gave them exactly what was required for ID verification and they still won't lift the suspension on my account.How can they get away with this???????

This is up there with the worst. Dosent deserve 1 star. 5 deposits.. 2 of them 0 wins.. 1 of them 40p... the other 2 were odd bits of 20p.. 40p.. not even stake wins. The corrupt part is you play hundreds and dont receive a single bonus!

Thieving crooked bastrdsPlayed bloody fixed blackjack again lost over 85 ..never won an effing hand .how do they get away with it.i don't mind losing as that's the chance I take but honesty this is like being mugged off time and time again.no more.Enough is enough .I will put a 10p loss on my account see how you bloody like that.Thieves pure and simple.Also avoid slingo jokers.This is without doubt the worst game I have ever played.Please keep money in your pockets or give it to charity. Whats going on with this site 2 months ago my account was blocked thay said i had put on self exclusion when i didn't ast me loads of questions sent my id in open it back up been depositeing for two months and shut it down permanently for no reason the day before thay give you 5 pound for toping up all week went on chat just get a robot can someone please give me a explanation to why if it shouldn't of reopend it for some reason then i want two months of money i have deposited because you shouldn't of took my money and i will take it further as it brakes the tc of the Safe gambling the is no reason for shutting my account down

Paddy powers is disgusting they did no affordability checks on me instead they took all of my money 10000 pounds in course of a week daylight robbery and to top things off all bettings companies got rid of dc slots e.g i use to play batnan and catwoman cash but it kept coming up errors at all betting companies anyone who played the dc slots should be reimbursed also the money i have lost goes to celebrities and days out for them paddy power should have been reasonable and reimbursed me for my losses or some due to mental ill health reasons the tv adverts are false and to little to late i am still suffering and have help contribute in the downfall in my life they wont even be reasonable and be goodwilled yet i am ill because of tgem

Hi all just shut my Paddy Power account down.No rudeness slagging off in my review as I am an adult.But after 10 possibly 15 years of being a very very LOYAL customer I did another bet builder small print READ IT rpt READ IT it was only a fiver !! I got 5/6 right they would not give me my stake back all down to odds on each selection.Im not a professional punter at all far from it a guy that enjoys bet like tge majority of people They haveto no leeway at all over only a fiver they were rigid very very tight and tbh because of this and atyitude v a very lonf term loyal customer I closed my account I'd say thier loss my gain THIS SHOWS NO LOYALTY at all with long time customers..I wonder what Paddy himself would think.....He could always contact me a bit of leeway ie on the occasion we will waver it..AND BTW 100% GAURANTEED NO FEED WILL COME IF IT DOES I WILL POST BECAUSE BEING OFFSHORE WELL.....

I'm not going to lie ive not had lots of big wins but I have won it's either a good day or a bad one no in-between what I'm annoyed about is the withdrawal time I've been waiting now 10 hours the auto bot says it's on its way and my bank needs to process it my bank has no processing time eventually got a human on love chat was told PP have sent winning on to the gateway and the hold up is with them. Also told me it could be a further 4/5 days. I'm sorry but it's 2023 it's a big company this is unacceptable. I play on lots of sites for example double bubble and get my wins almost instantly using same card/bank for deposits & withdrawls. So there's no excuse for it
