Paddy Power Review

I’ve been on Paddy Power for a while, never had any problems or complaints. All withdrawals have appeared in my bank account within a couple of working days. I’m up a few hundred quid on age of the gods roulette and a couple of grand on the horses. I would give 5 stars except I have my suspicions that the chance of getting a good bonus in the casino games will go down if you are in profit, and go up if you’re at a loss, which seems unfair. I’m not 100% sure about this but I have noticed a trend. I can’t comment on customer service because I’ve never used it.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!They changed the bet after i placed it and when i tried to void the bet the customer service put on hold for 20 minutes then said oh looks like match ended we cant void the bet now.. tried to offer me 3 free bet when my bet was for 10.

Used to spend approx 1,000 month In deposits. Probably only lost 200 as I banked. Cos I had a big win on another site. And deposited more that month. I had to have a review and spend over half an hour. Answering questions regarding my spending. It went on and on. The result. Was offers 500 deposit a month. But because I said well what I spend varies when I win. They reduced it to 100. So now the money I would have spent with paddy. Is going to William hill. Would not give them 1 star if I didn’t have to. Just spoke to luke on chat what a shambles, I did a super Yankee today 3 winners going on to the fourth and paddy power gave it as a looser on the cash out page in fact It had won in a photo finish. It gave me no chance to cash out what a joke. Luke tried to baffle me with a load of bull so I find myself putting it on here.

Made a bet on the grand national. Won it. 700. Used Apple Pay to deposit but they couldn’t pay my winnings back via Apple Pay. Told me to deposit 5 with another card and then I could withdraw to that account. I did. It didn’t work. Checked the app 10 mins later and they ha d closed my account. No telephone helpline only a chatbot. Chatted with the chat bot and they told and they told be they needed to remove Apple Pay so I could withdraw to the card. Still waiting for them to do something to help. Now 705 lost in transit. Ridiculous.

Unable to withdraw to debit card. Took 2 attempts via their chat facility for them to finally do a manual transfer taking upto 5 days!. I hope everything goes through. Also wonder if they are GDPR compliant as I would like them to delete ALL my details as I will never be using them again

Well I joined paddy power almost a year ago as I have been quite lucky in the local shops with slots, first of all I had to fight tooth and nail for my deposit bonus which I did eventually get…. 15. Not bad right????…… Well me thinking I’m going to play this smart…. 15 quid with 20 pence spins. Paddy power is one of the worst betting sites I’ve ever used. I tried to deposit money when I tried to verify the deposit something went wrong and it registered as a deposit. So it counted towards my daily limit. So I went in chat to sort it out. They had me on there for 2 hours. To say come back tomorrow when you’re limits reset. I missed all my games for tonight’s football. Iv logged on 3 times to paddy power and iv had a problem everytime. Avoid Paddy Power if you want to get your bet on. Iv closed my account.
