I have been playing paddy power poker with about 3 month after leaving it a few years ago because I felt it was rigged thought that the gambling commission would have taken a look now before anyone says im a bad loser im not don’t care but felt I had to write I have never in my live had as bad luck since playing this site the calls are weird as a guy could call for all his chips with 7 2 on the bubble its like he knows he’s going to win obviously guys they have put there I have never lost with AK against AQ its actually funny how many terrible hands win . How can we report this to government. They are legit scams. I know they must have done something to the system to make player lose like this. Avoid the Golders Green Paddy Power by clock like the plague.The manager is ok but is supported by a nasty vindictive staff who claim they can serve whomever they like.When l raised the issue with the District Manager he shrugged his shoulders and said he had no control over his staff.Promised me a return call within a week whilst doing his investigations.I waited 3 weeks and he hadn’t even grasped the nature of the complaint.LAUGHABLE !!!!He appears to be more concerned that marketing posters are put up at 90 degrees rather that existing customers are being alienated and harassed by staff.Boy ..does he know what customers want 😜😜I just wonder if the Irish “mother “company are aware of the incompetence the UK side of the company displays ….Or maybe they do !!!!!!!It’s very much a case of “the tail wagging the dog ” and would suggest management take a hard look at themselves because at the moment it’s pitiful.

I use paddypower shop in Charleville Co.Cork…I have to say how disgusted I was to walk in to the shop on tues 20th June.. After a recent flooding of the premises on Sat, the smell entering the shop was awful….and the fact that the staff were working in those conditions was disgraceful….This shop has been flooded on numerous occasions and the same carpet is still there…A company that makes millions a year and they won’t replace the manky old carpet is unbelievable….SHAME ON YOU PADDYPOWER…Plus the fact that when the flooding happen (17th June), they were not open for business as you would expect….But yet the staff had to endure those conditions and do their shift till closing time…even though they were closed….sad state of affairs Paddypowers, shame on you again!!!

They ripped my off my horse won at 12/1 they only pay me 15/2 .At the time in shop my horse was 8/1 .I did bet 2.10 race was on 4.15i think they did it to lots of other people as well with same horse. So they wont have to pay bigger price winner. Very strange all bookies pay if SP price is bigger you get that price then your board price.Either the shop i did it in had a delay with there systems in shop. Had a 9 fold paying 22k if won. 5 winners and cashout was less than 50% of 4 winning selections my remaining selections was big prices and went odds on from 3-1 to 1-3 yet cashout still was less than 4 winners yet I had 5. Playing roulette they delay players entering rooms like they know a bonus game is due same with cashouts it is like they know your selections will lose before a race even runs. ?STAY AWAY? I have deposited well over 1600 in the last few months with very little wins. I deposited 200 in one day on the new crabbin game on 1 and 2 a spin and not once did the 3 scatters come in . Have already verified acocunt when I opened it. Instant deposit but once I won money and went to withdrawal paddypower have suspended my account requesting documents saying i have duplicate accounts . I have since done this and still not hearing back from them. they said they have blocked my account for 6 months , trying to contact them and they just ignore me

Contacted this joke of an operation to close my account and transfer my funds to my bank account. Had to do it in a live chat via twitter as they don’t even have an email or telephone service, which I found very odd and unprofessional being a company of this magnitude. It took nearly 2 hours but eventually the member of staff confirmed he’d processed the request and transfer which he said could take up to 3 days to show and gave me a transaction number. Fast forward 2 weeks and nothing. After having to contact them again in a live chat through twitter I spent another hour only to be told by the agent the payment was cancelled in error by them but she was unable to help nor furnish me with any addresses to make a complaint and asked me to try again in a live chat the following day! I then advised I felt there was no other option but for me to take the matter further via the courts, which I will be doing and suggest you all do the same as this is the only way to deal with unscrupulous companies such as Paddy Power
