After 4 years of playing 20p SPINS on this, the most obviously rigged site of the lot, I find myself 16,000 down!! Made a bet on the grand national. Won it. 700. Used Apple Pay to deposit but they couldn’t pay my winnings back via Apple Pay. Told me to deposit 5 with another card and then I could withdraw to that account. I did. It didn’t work. Checked the app 10 mins later and they ha d closed my account. No telephone helpline only a chatbot. Chatted with the chat bot and they told and they told be they needed to remove Apple Pay so I could withdraw to the card. Still waiting for them to do something to help. Now 705 lost in transit. Ridiculous.

Unable to withdraw to debit card. Took 2 attempts via their chat facility for them to finally do a manual transfer taking upto 5 days!. I hope everything goes through. Also wonder if they are GDPR compliant as I would like them to delete ALL my details as I will never be using them again

It is a joke when you put a bet on your horse amazingly comes in at least a point then go to the sight and there no change ,but the worst thing is they stopped giving best odds ,that’s fine but ounce racing has started impossible to no if the race your betting on is best odds or not ,when you text them to check could be the main they open or end of the day same old crap we so busy you will have to wait 40 mins. Well I joined paddy power almost a year ago as I have been quite lucky in the local shops with slots, first of all I had to fight tooth and nail for my deposit bonus which I did eventually get…. 15. Not bad right????…… Well me thinking I’m going to play this smart…. 15 quid with 20 pence spins. Paddy power is one of the worst betting sites I’ve ever used. I tried to deposit money when I tried to verify the deposit something went wrong and it registered as a deposit. So it counted towards my daily limit. So I went in chat to sort it out. They had me on there for 2 hours. To say come back tomorrow when you’re limits reset. I missed all my games for tonight’s football. Iv logged on 3 times to paddy power and iv had a problem everytime. Avoid Paddy Power if you want to get your bet on. Iv closed my account. I have bet on the horse that refused to run. They were saying on TV the customers who has places the bet on this horse will get their money back or a free bet so I assumed I was getting my money back but to my surprised I was told it didn’t aplied to my as I placed my bet on the machine not over the counter. It was my first time in the shop so I didn’t know there is the difference betting on the machine or over the counter. I felt exploited and taken advantage.
