It is a scam! I have put money in it and won some money, not much, when I wanted to cash out, they locked my account and asked me to provide my ID, my debit card, and my address proof. After providing all my personal information they CLOSED my account without any reason! Contacted their customer service and was told I am not able to get the money I won! SCAM!!!!!

Enough is Enough. Played bloody slingo lucky pants again. Lost another 90. It’s one if the most blatant fixed payout I have ever seen on a slot. Paddy power ripping ppl of with its promotions Paddy power last night had a promotion for . If you sign up to our promotions news page and you will receive bonuses and promotions so i did . The promotion was for a football game today with Harry kane it was for even odds for him to 1 or more shot on target odds from 1 to 8 down to even money with this promotion what was fantastic . But today no sign of that what so ever . They was only wanting you to sign up to get notifications for promotions . This is a sing of foul play by offering this and then taking it away is wrongfull just to get you to do this then take it away is a massive con . An exsample its like mcdonalds saying download our app and you will receive a free something then you do it and get nothing at all . Or another exsample you sign up and push notifications becaouse they said we will give you something if you do this and you get nothing . Its all just for ratings the more ppl they can get to do this the more popular it becomes and makes the web site more noticed False advertising to the max

Abzolute thieving bastrds.Just lost 100 playing effing blackjack again. This company has the most unclear promotions that make no sense and when you pay by card via Apple Pay they claim it’s not by card it’s by an e-wallet (never heard of this phrase ever) so the promotion is not valid You then try and speak to someone and they just close the conversation. Just robbed me out right!! I put a 20 pound bet on and they suspended my account and removed the cash out feature which was working before this. Demanded document photo I’d which I explained I don’t have at the moment as with moving house lost it and can’t afford another passport yet asked for my deposited 20 pound back and they refused outright until they have the documents which they know I don’t have!! When you get a win they suspend your account so as you cannot make any withdrawals, but you can bet more though!!!!2 hours on chat and i gave them exactly what was required for ID verification and they still won’t lift the suspension on my account.How can they get away with this???????

Hi all just shut my Paddy Power account down.No rudeness slagging off in my review as I am an adult.But after 10 possibly 15 years of being a very very LOYAL customer I did another bet builder small print READ IT rpt READ IT it was only a fiver !! I’ve been on Paddy Power for a while, never had any problems or complaints. All withdrawals have appeared in my bank account within a couple of working days. I’m up a few hundred quid on age of the gods roulette and a couple of grand on the horses. I would give 5 stars except I have my suspicions that the chance of getting a good bonus in the casino games will go down if you are in profit, and go up if you’re at a loss, which seems unfair. I’m not 100% sure about this but I have noticed a trend. I can’t comment on customer service because I’ve never used it.

Used to spend approx 1,000 month In deposits. Probably only lost 200 as I banked. Cos I had a big win on another site. And deposited more that month. Would not give them 1 star if I didn’t have to. Just spoke to luke on chat what a shambles, I did a super Yankee today 3 winners going on to the fourth and paddy power gave it as a looser on the cash out page in fact It had won in a photo finish. It gave me no chance to cash out what a joke. Luke tried to baffle me with a load of bull so I find myself putting it on here.
