there are a lot of good betting agencies around but PP is more than a notch above all. And i don’t understand those bad reviews. you win and you lose but you have to know when to stop and be able to not let the loss affect your day and your mood. If you dont deposit money anymore you can keep on playing at beat the drop every day and if you split from the first question you will end up with some pennies anyway, free. Refunded a bet on a horse that refused to race despite being loaded in the starting stalls properly. Bookies normally just pocket the cash although the punter had no chance of winning. Very sporting paddy👏.

Whak … . I Signed up , was fully verified and having a pleasant enjoyable experience on the site .. cut off MID GAME , and had my account paused … had to do the verification processes alllll over again … it took literally 4 to 5 hrs sending and downloading documents , selfies , pdfs etc etc etc ….. and by 5.30 pm ..verified and my account back to the way it was at 9oclock that morning .. absolutely amazed and bewildered, not to mention exhausted , at the astronomical extent of tasks and processes they’re demanding of they’re “customers” ….. for no reason it would seem either . Horrible betting website. I think it is rigged because I have been betting here since 2019 and I never won before Meanwhile, I win daily on other similar betting sites. Having held an account for many years I placed 2 singles and a double. One of the singles was 4/1 and won at 6/1. I was only paid out at 4/1. When I complained I was advised I had not signed new terms regarding best odds issued on 04 July 2023 to my e-mail address, not that I remember receiving the e-mail. I argued they took my bet and did not advise me there were new terms. Most disappointing of all you cant speak to Paddy Power over the phone, they have no regard for being a regular punter and do not care about their client bank and customer service is appalling. They need to review their online offering and look after long standing customers.

Don’t bother..Saw the 90/1 offer on Newcastle v Liverpool.. Liverpool to win.. for new customers.Terms £1/max bet, deposit £5 by card.. So I clicked the link, opened a new a account.. default option to deposit was apple pay.. deposited £5.. put all £5 on Liverpool to Win.Watched the game! Won 2-1.. Guess what.. Paddy is not paying out because.. I used an E Wallet.. (Apple Pay) not a card.. Now I ask you what’s the difference.. well one returns £89 from Paddy Power the other does not.. My win withdrawal is also giving me trouble. There was no answer after my two attempts at the online chat. I emailed you, but I have not heard back. Although the deposit process is straightforward, it seems that they are unwilling to return your money once they have it.From now on, I’d prefer to invest my money earlier with companies like Tlustik Investment than risk losing it on gambling sites.

I won £40, but when I went to withdraw it, it suspended my account and said I needed to verify myself. I uploaded my passport, my bank details my proof of address and two weeks later it’s still suspended. This company has absolutely no intention of letting you withdraw your winnings.

Promotion was ‘deposit and bet £10 get 100 free spins’ so did both that with applepay – not valid – agent said you have to pay by debit card. Apple pay uses a debit card ?! First thing they show re payment is applecard. This is an absolute con. But so not to lose it deposited yet another tenner by card as was told by agent dont have to play with it can withdraw back but get the free spins. Won £14 with the 100 free spins. Went to withdraw £24 and it refused said can only withdraw £10. Really ??? So withdrew the £10, played off ie lost the rest and closed my account, and therefore would not recommend. Froze my account because they needed proof of address, photographic ID and proof of funds! I uploaded these but it wasn’t good enough, eventually got through to an agent on online chat, and was told I needed to send a selfie holding ID, then they wouldn’t accept photographs and would only accept pdf files! Eventually after going back and fourth for over a week have now given up! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I have placed a football bet, with Dortmund winning with absolute certaincy I chosen the right team as winner, resulting in having my bet settle with the opposite team as winner, the bet look strong seem, no way to prove i have selected the right team, went on customer service they told me to go on bet history, but there isnt a way to see what i bet, the cs guy written the winning team in a chat, to make sure i should record my self while placing the bet ??? so frustrating!

Just a shocking company under the new owners. Such a shame, their customer service when they started out was so good and you were able to phone and speak to real people who were very helpful. Now, when you get past the web bot you get an online agent who will keep you waiting for an eternity and who seem to set out to be disingenuous and constantly ask you to wait for 10 minutes while they check something and will often after an hour or so of you waiting, drop off line so you have to start the process again or walk away in frustration. Paddy Power underpaid me on a bet. They seem to do this regularly looking at the reviews here. I will cancel my account with them which I have held for years but not before I have reported them to the Gambling Commission as Paddy Power really should not be allowed to treat people as they do. Avoid them like the plague!

Contacted customer service who refused my request to be transferred to a supervisor or manager and then closed my account completely despite me resending all documentation- they also kept asking for selfies and “further proof”, none of these methods listed on their webpage.
