I recently decided to try my luck with Paddy Power, drawn by their well-known brand and promises of a great betting experience. Unfortunately, my encounter was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience so others can be aware.First and foremost, the user interface of their online platform was frustratingly cumbersome. Navigation was not intuitive, and finding specific events or bets took much longer than it should. For a brand of this stature, I expected a seamless and user-friendly experience, but it was anything but that.Moreover, I was quite disappointed with the customer service. When I encountered an issue with a bet and tried to get in touch with their support team, the response time was unacceptably slow. Once I finally got through, the assistance I received was less than helpful and didn’t resolve my issue. For a company in the service industry, this level of customer care is simply not up to par.Additionally, the odds offered were not as competitive as I had hoped. I found better odds on several other platforms, which makes me question the value Paddy Power claims to offer. In a market where every little edge counts, this was a significant letdown.Lastly, the withdrawal process was a hassle. After some lucky wins, I decided to withdraw my earnings, but the process was delayed and filled with unnecessary red tape. It left me feeling frustrated and doubtful about their efficiency and reliability.In conclusion, my experience with Paddy Power was underwhelming. From a frustrating platform interface to poor customer service, uncompetitive odds, and a problematic withdrawal process, it’s safe to say that my expectations were not met. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to provide the service quality that bettors deserve.

So I have my account set up to only be able play a certain amount a month which is only £300. I then get asked to speak to online chat about my gaming habits before I can play again. This took 90 minutes of chat whilst they asked me (I lost count) the most crazy amount of questions. That is a ludicrous amount of time and I told them I got asked less when getting a mortgage.Still never won a thing on their site so not going to bother anymore – just took a lot longer to answer all the questions than to lose my money

Biggest scam ever, I don’t normally leave any comments but this crap just a scam, people please don’t bother with this site will never win here its a lots of scam loops that they hide in really small writing so people won’t see it. The worst oh them all, is daily jackpot be aware of that scam

I registered with PP last night. Placed 3 ACCAs, which are still alive after 4 teams in my ACCA won. Went back online this morning to place a few more bets and when I entered a stake, kept getting a message saying ‘max stake 0.00’.I chatted online with someone in the customer service team and after about 25 mins was advised to contact their ‘text team’. I sent a text to them and they replied saying I needed to chat online with their CS team. I said I’d been referred to them but they insisted I chat online to CS. After spending another 30 mins chatting online I was informed the traders had set a stake limit on my account and to go-ahead and place bets within that limit. I reminded him my max limit had been set to 0.00 and he said I should contact the ‘text team’ and that he could no longer help me. I explained that I’d already contacted the text team and could I possibly speak with someone who could explain their decision to restrict my account. He said the decision had been made and wouldn’t be overturned. I did contact the ‘text team’ again, and they again told me I needed to chat online with the CS team. I explained what I’d been through and sent screen grabs of conversations and they simply ignored me. I have no idea why restricted my account and the customer service is shocking. I know they don’t care about little old me but hopefully this review will help other punters when deciding who they decide to lose their money with.I wish I had read the plethora of negative reviews on here before registering with them and I strongly suspect all of the 5 star reviews are blatantly fictitious.

My wife uses PP but asks me to do her bets as she doesn’t feel confident enough but she has been with pp for a while now ,PP rave about their wheel and what wonders you can receive ,,,,,what a load of crap you might spin the wheel and get a 10p scratch card ,you never win a penny or 3free spins again never win owt ,,,,,,,don’t bother

My account was suspended the first day and they closed my account shortly after and refused to explain why or give me my winnings. They are a waste of time and will steal anything you win.

Have to compliment Paddy Power on their ability to try and resolve issues. Had a problem whereby only 3 of my 5, 10 euro and above bets in a week were recognised and agent on chat went out of their way to ensure this was rectified.

Ive been playing paddy power for about a year a now and today is the final straw with these criminals. Avoid at all cost.. I play big bass bonanza at 10p stake. Pretty much the onky game I’ve played here for the duration. Im 10k my stake down and never once had a win higher than 350x maybe twice.. Here’s what I’ve noticed tho and since then can’t unsee it… About 80% of all bonus chances on the game are actually a deception and not a bonus chance at all.. The scatter lands on reel 1 and 3 and then zero scatters on real 4 or 5 anywhere in view. Completely removed from the reels… There’s the same deceptive bonus chance on reel 1 and 4 also but does not occur anywhere near as many times as the con on reels 1 and 3… I have thousands of examples of this and never once as a feature been won from it becoz it’s impossible.. A bonus chance that isn’t a chance at all.. It says this nowhere in the games discription and even more concerning does not happen on any other platform where I’ve played the game.. Just designed to decieve and phycologically destroy the player.. Secondly well over 80% of all features that u do land arte actually a ore determined feature which is capped once it exceeds 20x no matter how many feature spins u have left. U would of all of playing the game experienced this.. 10 12 15 feature spins left and 0 hits. Again I have so many recordings of this and for so long now that it’s undeniable.. Ive achieved in all this time the times 10 part of the feature twice.. First time paid 0x second time paid 20x and today for the first time got all 5 scatters and it didn’t even pass the times 2 part of the feature.. Max win is 2000x and its already taken 10kX so 4 max wins needed to only achieve 80% rtp 😂 I wish I was intelegent enough to expose these criminals and if anyone reading this and saying paddy power big bass bonanza.. Keep this info in mind and see for yourself.. Hopefully it will ruin it enough to The point that you stop allowing these evil rotton ppl to steal anymore of your money

From my experience, I can assure everyone that paddy power is a fraud company. They are in the market just to loot money from the people on the name of entertainment. If you loose they will take your money but if you win they can change odds to your bet whenever they want stating that the odds presented were a mistake from their traders. Last year, I lost 1000’s of euros on paddy power and till then everything was working fine but the moment I win a bet of approximately 2500 € they told me the odds presented were a mistake. Then when I complained they block my account forbidding me to withdraw the money that I deposited. I have been complaining about this for months and they just ignore everything. I had the screenshots to prove that they changed the odds of my bet.I just wonder, if a company like this can’t afford to pay 2500 € how will they pay millions of euros to someone if they win. Everything that you see online that someone one big money from paddy power is just a fraud promotion.

Terrible misleading BOG offers.Accept odds change button doesn’t get honoured.Put a bet on at 11/4, didn’t take price. Horse won at 100/30 and they wouldn’t payout at 100/30.Spent over an hour on chat but they wouldn’t bend.Very misleading and confusing rules..bit of a joke for a company this size..will never use them again

I gave Mariah 10/10 on the Paddy Power survey response as Marian’s answers were prompt, professional and she offered me goodwill for a bet I had claimed correctly but then not processed correctly but she could see it was a genuine error and misunderstanding. I like Paddy Power a lot, the only betting site that I use, but they have let me down previously with similar claims where it felt unjust, to the point now where I screenshot every bonus/award claimed, but Mariah has restored my faith in PP for doing the right thing when asked. Awarded 4 out of 5 here because I had to repeat myself 4 or 5 times to the ‘Bot’ that first answered my query, that was frustrating…

PP lucky wheel is a complete joke, if you are lucky you win a 10c scratch card. Really if you are lucky. Paddy power bonuses are the worst compared to all other online casinos I’ve used and still use. A great part games are pp exclusives and are not great to be honest they feel cheap and don’t give you the feeling that you are playing a fair game. A BIG WARNING… Few days ago it was on the news that PP was brought before the courts because they refused to pay winnings (obviously the higher winning of above 10k)… It turns out that they can refuse to pay any winning at any given time and there’s nothing you can do about it even if you spend another 100k to take them to court you will end up with great losses as it’s all in the small prints… So forget about PP how higher jackpots, don’t even look at them because first of all we can’t tell for sure that they are won by real actual customers accounts, secondly PP will not pay it. They screwed up customers over 20k , imagine if they are going to pay out jackpots over 100k.The only good thing I can say about PP is that they recently introduced a feature that shows you your true balance of the past year.

Paddy Power oofer the best foot bets & promotions in my opinion. Their Bet Builder is the best of any betting site. If a player goes of before halftime they will void tht selection & keep your bet alive. They regularly give price boosts & free bets if you have been placing bets throughout the week. They have fun games like beat the drop which can be entered free. Also they offer good deals & promotions on their Horse Racing. For Golf majors they offer 12 places each way which is amongst the best of any bookies. Never had a real issue but i recently had a query regarding beat the drop & i was very happy how it was resolved. Great deals on Cheltenham races too. All in all these reasons have made Paddy Power become my favourite bookies.

complaints procedure is appaling,took a hour get getting left on hold and would not correct the bet ,tried again in the morning bit quicker but kept saying because the settlers have settled it they cannot change the result.so i have withdrawn most of my money and will bet with bet365 from now on.the bet was only for a £1betbut its clear they dont give a toss about there loyal customers.sid not put them down for micky mouse outfit but there you go

The late shift staff an Indian man at Canary Wharf branch E14 .was very rude and arrogant to all the customers, turning off all TV screen and telling every customers to leave the shop at 9.40pm . the actual Closing time is 10pm . And always short change with all winning bets .will never go to Paddy power retail shops anymore.

Normally reaching out to customer service is a pain, as I’m sure we all can agree, but Vishal absolutely nailed it for me this eve. I had a pain withdrawing some funds as there was an old card attached to my account which I couldn’t remove. I don’t win any money really – maybe a few qui here and there – but I use Paddy Power for entertainment and only spend what I can afford to lose. I have only ever had one issue that I needed to use customer service for and it was dealt with nicely and quickly. I see a majority of 1 star reviews and based on my experience, I don’t get that.

System for complaints is totally incompetent. So far have wasted over 2 hrs trying to talk to someone about my issue. Finally received an email which was referring to the WRONG BET. So I had to start whole process again because I could not reply to the email. They were given the correct Bet ref no on 5 sep occasions and looked at the wrong bet. I don’t know if this is accidental or a deliberate policy to make me so frustrated that I give up and do not chase the issue.

Always reasonable and helpful with good bet offers and free bets. Odds are competitive to. Only think they do need to do is give you the 2 goal payout on accumulated footy bets not just singles 👍

Hi everyone, been with paddy power for years but NO MORE. i had a bet on wed 27th in running & won £418 for £44 stake.. of course an hour after told on my account i was MINUS £272 & TOOK my £100 & odd balance also!!!!… 24 hours later altered my balance to ZERO!!!!… he settled on taking my balance of £100 odd.. because he can???… this is a true happening & he is a BAD LOSER.. of course they will blame a ( computer glitch) & the punter has no where to… thats his thank you to me ( stealing over a £100 ) for years & years of loyalty!!!!! Enough is Enough. Just plated slingo elf, staked over £116, on 1 effing game, staked over £95, trying to get 1 effing number, but didn’t come in.
