Used the in app chat box system regarding a promotion to obtain a free bet which weren’t deposited. The auto chat box weren’t too helpful but once making it through to Harley it took like 5 minutes max to get it sorted and added to the account. Top service

Shops have become unbearable with the constant waffle from the ‘audio team’, particularly ‘PK’ who really does think he’s some kind of superstar. Of course these people are trying to mess with your head and aim you in the direction they want you to go. Absolutely diabolical to listen to.

I only hit one star because there is no facility to decline stars, such is my disgust. O the 21/07 I contacted customer service and spoke to “Sean” explained my problem/query, he said he understood, but had no mechanism to deal with it. He said he would elevate it to the area manager, who would phone me in a couple of day’s. After three weeks without response I wrote a letter Mr Peter Jackson CEO Flutter Entertainment, I registered it to make sure it was received. After another three weeks without response I again rang customer service and spoke to a lady, Kelly, and politely expressed my disgust. She assured me she would elevate my call to management, and someone would contact me.Surprise, surprise, now a total of “NINE” weeks I have had no contact from Paddy Power. The policy of this company appears to “Stonewall” customers who wish to discuss a problem. Presumably they think, going legal is too expensive, so if we ignore them, they will go away. However extensive bad publicity might yield some satisfaction. Bring back Stuart Kenny, a gentleman. My name is Chris Melligan.

I find myself perplexed by the negative reviews for PP. I’ve been a user for many years and haven’t encountered any issues. The slot payouts are generous, betting prices and offers are competitive, and the abundance of free bets is noteworthy. As a surprising gesture, I even received a pair of PaddyPower underwear/boxers as a gift at my home address. Overall, my experience with Paddy Power has been consistently positive.

Problems arose with slot games, as In random games from fish frenzy to paddy wheel (under construction) games freezing always on (all logged ) on bonus wins! After 16-20 travesties over 2 months and possibly at least 1k down I upped my request to a higher requested ALL details under GPDR .., they eventually looked into this and it’s currently reappointment. Still this ‘trail’ cost me finically and created great stress to my demeanor and an emotional anxiety and depression. Note at least another 16-20 Games book bonus win lossed and further depression. I do believe it’s now resolved but further loss was with I , amounted to > 60 more games fully underperforming. I need remuneration for all my lost winnings and that per stress induced.

Problem sorted,couldn’t access free bet . Went to chat line,connected with Emily, problem sorted in 5mins. Have used chatline a few times, have always had problems resolved. I only bet on sports,and have no problem with PP. A fairly generous bookie in my eyes. Yet,many complaints on the gaming. More fool you,surely you know the computers are programmed to make money! If you want games,go to a casino!! Sports betting much harder to manipulate, if I lose,its my poor choices.

Absolutely gob smacked. Never have I known a casino like it. I have played loads of online casinos. Played 15 to 20 different games. Every slot I played was exactly the same result. Massive losses just to get the bonus/free spins. Every game I played I would give up after 4 or 5 bonuses/free spins as Every time, on every game, it payed between 2x and 7x. How is that even possible unless it’s a fixed con. Every game, every bonus. I know you don’t win big every time, but 2x to 7x every time!!!!! After the fourth game, I started fiming my play because I thought no one would believe me. I would not use them again. They will immediately prevent you placing bets as soon as you are fortunate enough to win over £100 from them. Even if you have already lost multiple times that amount. Basically if you like to lose money but have no desire to win it without being immediately banned then you should use this site. If not then avoid like the plague.

My go to site now, I only play slots (fishin frenzy mainly) and have found it to be really good.. obviously with all gambling I have good days and bad days which again is no fault of paddy power.. inrecently opted into a promo then logged in over the weekend to find a £60 bonus which was unexpected. I went on to withdraw 350 from the bonus.. had an issue yesterday with a withdrawl that is not resolved yet but chatbwas really helpful, great site fast payout and enjoyable games :)Really enjoyed this site, however had a problem with a withdrawl, was told to wait 24 hours for the money to be refunded.. contacted 24 hours later to be told I need to wait another 24 hours now.. Don’t waste your time with this bookmaker, there are better bookies out there. The free game they offer to lure you in is a joke, 90% of the time it’s a loser and the 10% of the time you win its a 10p scratch card that you win nothing on, it literally just wastes your time. To get a free £10 bet each week you have to wager £50, other sites offer you £10 free bet for much less on a weekly basis. Don’t bother with these there loyalty programme is rubbish, go lose your money elsewhere

RubbishThey suspended my account pending investigation (fair enough) as my bank details got compromised in July to which Paddy Power (and Betfair) confirmed my bank details had been used by someone else on these two betting sites.Now it has all been resolved, and I have been refunded the fraudulent activity, they will not let me re-activate my account or make a new one. I received the usual copy and paste response on chat as below.—————————————–I have checked your account and I’m afraid it has been closed as a business decision taken by our security team.Our security team can close accounts as a business decision at their discretion. Unfortunately, we would not have any further information regarding the reason for the closure.—————————————–So I have been banned because my bank details got compromised. No explanation, nothing. Hello, my name is Marcel. I go to paddy power in Canterbury (Kent) every day. Every time I play the machines and put money with the card, I lose. Every time I play with cash I lose. Any new person who enters the agency wins, as possible. New devices were brought to the game room, I’m the only person whose device was broken when I paid by card. Each game has a certain percentage that should give it out (92, 91, 90 88 etc.). Any amount of money you put into the device does not pay. The staff is very disgusting, they are unprofessional people. The location does not have a manager, you cannot contact anyone because they tell you that there is no manager, in addition to everything, what surprised me the most is the fact that people who work there do not have access to the safe to return money to you if you have won. There are people who in their work scheme, NOBODY AND NOTHING WIN because they don’t have access to the safe. It’s something phenomenal to go every day and lose, and I don’t understand why no one notices to do checks. Effectively, the customer is stolen from the front. You can put thousands of pounds in a device because it doesn’t give back even 1 percent as long as the staff doesn’t have access to the safe.. I have proof and footage from several days… weeks… . It is gross fraud and covert theft. I do NOT recommend anyone to play with this company and especially in Canterbury.

Need to speak to someone as an offer hasn’t been paid out to me. Literally the only way to get in touch with them is to message an agent, but every single time you try to do that you get the message “Sorry, none of our agents are available to answer your query right now, please try again later”.
