Been with SKYBET for years and wanted to try other betting site. Tried Paddy Power but won’t be betting anymore. Placed £10 bet on American Racing. Watched the race and horse won at 3/1. Went shopping and looked forward to £40 coming my way. Checked account and horse had been disqualified and put 2nd. Wasn’t till later I was told knnthe chat PP don’t dont do first past post in all racing unlike other sites. Sorry PP very very very poor and won’t be back.

They are a ridiculous company they use you for your money they rob you they treat you like dirt they also say they’re going to give you goodwill gestures and they never do I think they’re robbing gets and they should be taken off forever I think they’re ridiculous I don’t like him anymore I am deleting my profile

Waiting for bets/selections to be resulted is sooo slow, waiting still and it’s been 38 minutes since it finished, Resulting in me Not Being Able to place other bet on as time elapsed and I would of also won that too…Better apps for bets settled alot quicker, football bets are worse, says suspended for 40 mins of a game

Joined PP and deposited money, then account was frozen saying needed ID check (that’s fine). But 2 days later afyer submitting ID no response, account still locked and can’t even withdraw my own money back out.

Don’t even waste your time!! I won a large amount of money and have been trying to withdraw for a few days but they’ve then blocked my account requesting ID and proof of address. Which I’ve sent both numerous times!!! Wasters

Had a problem with my account, my own fault. Got the bot which was grand but couldn’t help, so put me on to Ema, she was brilliant, but the system would not allow her to fix my problem, this was because of safe guards, fine can’t complain. Got my free 50 spin bonus, didn’t have to pay a penny. Won about 20 quid. As soon as i was about to withdraw, the account was suspended. what the heck??? first of all, 50 spins is insane, i even thought it was too good to be true, as soon as you win, they don’t like it. The signup bonuses are scams. They make it practically impossible to actually win the bonus. I signed up a a £1 bet where if Liverpool beat Bournemouth you get £50. Liverpool won and they didn’t pay me out, saying I failed to meet their Ts&Cs. It reflected in my account that this bet was active so this is just a basic con. I removed the couple of £ I had in the account and won’t touch them again

How do I make a complaint?I have on two occasions entered into a chat with your team, the first time your colleague was very rude told me that I would get an e mail which never materialised and then closed the chat.Today I spent over two hours during that time I chatted to the same person twice got directed to the safe gambling team and then to customer services and then to a manager. I have been asked the same questions numerous times and still got nowhere. My request for your complaints policy has been ignored as have my concerns about the protection of my information. I have been told by one person that it is “less hustle to simply give me another copy of your address to include all 4 corners than to make a complaint” How do I get someone with some gravitas to sort out my issue?

I only dealt with the help line, I cannot comment on the online gambling side of the site – but they were very helpful with me & I had no issues after using the online help desk – “It must be so hard to get to get a good review of somebody who has lost money gambling?”

Had an issue with my welcome bonus, I’d made my deposit through Apple Pay instead of using a valid debit card which meant that I wasn’t elegible for my free spins.
