Was skeptical of attempting to make a withdraw due to all of the negative reviews listed on this site. But my experience with LeoVegas has been great and straight forward! I made a withdraw of $900 and received it in less than 48 hours. By law they have to ask you for all proofs of ID as well. Any problems I recommend chatting to someone via the live chat and it speeds everything up!

This casino has been ridiculous and they have taken every Avenue not to refund my small deposit. It is such a small amount, I cant imagine how ridiculous they will be if someone wins a large amount. Their response times are outrageously long, their live chat support is useless in managing any real issues or providing answers or help with concerns. I was locked out of my account after many deposits because I needed to verify my account. The upload links for documents would not work so I emailed them. It took a week for almost every response and each time made ridiculous reasons why I needed to resend documents but each time I complied. I finally decided to cut my losses, and I randomly received an email stating everything was verified and once I changed password my account would be good. I decided to give the casino another chance at that time so went to log in and it states my account is locked. I get booted off chat 6 times before I choose to email them my issue. I receive an email 2 days later informing me my birth certificate has a different name than my license. To my at 63 years old, it is obvious when I got married I changed my name to my husband's. They now require a marriage certificate for a marriage that ended 30 years ago and my ex husband is not even alive any more. That was outrageous to me. Now I want my pissy deposit back and am told it was invalid so I already received it and that is a complete lie. The site is not worth anyones time and I dont feel you will be paid appropriately without a fight

Awful support system that will lead you on with long emails and completely ignore your messages. They will take your money and then close your account!! Joseph made my experience a nightmare.

Wow I am shocked to see so many negative reviews.

I have always had a positive experience with LeoVegas with fast withdrawals as well as fantastic customer service.

I think some people on here just lost some money and took it out on the casino. They are awesome here.

Beware of their promotion terms!!! This website isn't at all like other casinos in which you can deposit funds and receive bonus funds immediately! They expect you to deposit and wager 1750x before they will credit you with bonus funds! Who in their right mind would spend 1750x of real money for a 50 bonus??? SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Hi everyone jus to warn everyone about this is the most horrible worst online casino ever 🎰 it is named Leo Vegas these guys are thieves and real low lives I started playing with these guys about 2 months and over that time I’ve won over 3 thousand pounds but each and every time I tried to withdraw the money they said they have a back log of transactions they are processing which is clearly nonsense them winnings of mines I never got to see as they never released my money and instead they delivered rubbish customer service and gave me empty promises ! I tried depositing 1k to check out if these guys are authentic. To my surprise they proved right. They are scammers. Money got deposited, however it is not reflecting in the deposit account. When I tried reaching out one of their chat agent. After a long wait of 30 mins gentleman called David comes out saying share the proof. I have already given debit message that I have received. He says send screenshot to support. What an useless answer it is. I informed him it's a credit card payment and the transaction will take 2 odd days to reflect. He says send proof with screenshot, else we can't do anything. Why the hell I should wait depositing my money with you guys.

I have sent an email to their support email id. Received no confirmation that they have received my complaint. Pathetic.

This site is the worst casino I have ever dealt with.. I won 40 quid…so I decided to withdraw it..no chance.
I'd changed my bank card and cut the original one up..as you do..but they wanted proof I had this card..they said I could go to the bank and they a letter showing the card is not in use now..but the bank would not do this..I told them and they would not have it..the person on chat Gareth even swore at me..all over 40 quid…so I closed my account and left the 40 quid..for them..as they obviously need it more than me.. I wouldn't touch these cowboys with a barge pole.. my advise is to stay well clear..and by the way all the good feedback is off leovegas not ordinary people..as the online address is same as leovegas..so they are cheating on here too.keep away.

It is a big scam…

First you make winnings and then they start to not add your winnings to your balance and claim that it is a technical error. So both your stake amount and the winning disappear from your balance with no records. I have lost a lot of my balance because of this. It seems they scam people by this way and claim it is a technical error. Don't even try! Do not waste your time and money on this site!

Requested a withdrawal to PayPal almost 2 weeks ago, which was not received – PayPal confirmed the transaction was not made. I have been asking customer services to confirm the status of my money for a week now, with no update apart from 'it has been passed on to our verifications team'. I have asked for updates several times since then, I get the feeling no one cares and that this may never be resolved. Very poor customer services and hugely disappointing.

Been trying to withdraw my funds for close to 2 months. Everytime they come with an absurd requirement. Either change my account or change the withdrawal method.

Finally they said on 14th Aug they had done the transaction and till date (Aug 27th) I have not received the funds. They went to the extend of saying that the bank is not transferring the amount to me but they have transferred to my bank.

They gave me a transaction number which the bank said does not exist. And they repeatedly ask for my bank statement. When I ask for proff that they have done the transaction, they simply say that they are not supposed to share the information.

The LeoVegas website is not so easy on the eye, events are a bit clustered in the website. Also at the initial opening of the site it takes time to load. Besides that, they have good bonus offers and a lot of markets to choose from. Payouts from this bookie is pretty fast. Customer service runs 24/7 and they have live chat.

Will never use leovegas again, i won some money and used the fast payment option for withdrawal, supposed to take 2 mins but 3 days later i get an email asking for id they wanted a bank statement in pdf format and a photo of my bank card now bear in mind i have withdrawn a few times already and have already shown and uploaded proof of id otherwise i wouldent have had my winnings in the past anyways they tell me i need to upload proof again because im using the fast withdrawal method so i uploaded bank statement and my card then 2 days later my withdrawal had been cancelled and they told me the id wasent anygood so can i use the old method to withdraw to my bank card, i have done this and it got approved but i still dont have my money its meant to be with me monday or tuesday at the latest so about 8 days to get my winnings once the funds are in my account im closing my leovegas account i feel very let down by the service i would say to anyone do not use the fast withdrawal method it doesent take 2 minutes its more like over a week with problems all the way through

I have been very skeptical of this website, especially when I won $15,000 and haven't been verified by Leo. After reading all these reviews I felt this casino would screw me over and delete my account and keep my winnings.

During verification, I gave them all my documents. I didn't have a passport so they accepted my birth certificate as part of my country of birth.

I have then been verified and been able to successfully withdraw my winnings. This is a safe website, I do not understand all the negative reviews, either you all lost and are sore losers, or you don't provide all necessary documents they need.

first i made a deposit of 350 dkk, won 500 dkk, pretty happy.
then i try and go for one of my favourites, "gonzo's quest", in 1021 spins i got 0 bonus rounds. when the bonus finally hit after 1022 spins, it paid me 30 dkk. the game has a RTP of 96%. lost the profit. seems legit. 25 lines game.

then a couple of days later, i added another 250 dkk to the site, and went onto "dead or alive 2", the game has a RTP of 96.8%
9 lines, 500 spins no bonus rounds. lost it all.

the day after added 200 dkk. went onto "book of dead" that has an RTP of 96.21%. 200 rounds with minimum bet, no bonus rounds, no wins. lost all again.

today i added 150 dkk. went onto "book of dead" again did 200 spins 0 bonus rounds. lost all.

is it possible to win on this site more than once, within a money range of over 2000 dkk?

other than that, fun site, with loads of games to play. tell me i was just unlucky.

LeoVegas Sport is a bookie that a pretty cumbersome website as well although it will not look it at first. There is no main sports menu and everything in is contained in the top menu under Casino, Live Casino and Sports. All are drop down menus and when you click on any one of them, you get to select from other menus, which brings the argument that the site should be redesigned. They offer competitive odds like many major bookies out there and they have a wide market. The site is easier to use if you consider their in-play betting.
