I've seen bad bookies, but this one really deserves an oscar. Absolute disgrace. They will find any disgraceful way not to pay you, even when you win fair and square.
Their customer support is the worse I've ever seen, rude, takes ages to have an answer, when they finally awake, they always try to avoid the question. Their casino is useless, never won a penny. Their website is crashing all the time…If you want to lose money and time, it's your paradise.

The false advertisement also claims that LeoVegas is linked to arbitrage algorithms in 74 stock markets. LeoVegas also shared fake news misusing a picture of Dutch newsreader Dionne Stax and Dutch national news organisation NOS (Nederlandse Omroep Stichting), showing a picture of a British actor who claimed to have won millions with LeoVegas. The actor also played a main role in the British short movie Homeless, of which LeoVegas used his picture for their false advertisement.

According to the Dutch Kansspel Autoriteiten also known as the NGA (the Netherlands Gambling Authority), the commercials and advertising are misleading and deceptive, making false statements about odds and suggesting gambling is a solution for financial problems.

If you were still registered to GameStop you wouldn’t have been able to access Leo Vegas as it blocks you. Leo Vegas are pulling a fast one and I think you should contact Gamstop and get them to confirm your ban had ended and then present your evidence to the UK gambling commission and you will get a reply and hopefully you will get your winnings and deposit payed to you by these bunch of crooks.

I would not give this site even a star do not use complete scam and you will not believe my story

I set up account and deposited 150 wagered about 5k then withdrew 220
I then received an email saying I was registered to gamstop which I wasn’t as it had went out of date a month previous but hadn’t been updated yet due to covid

So because of this Leo Vegas have said I shouldn’t of used there site if I was on gamstop ( which I wasnt ) so they have decided to not give me my withdrawl and to make this even worse they are keeping my deposit of 150

Is it just me or is that actually theft? No company should be allowed to do this and get away with it! In no other sector would you get away with this

I was having a great time in leo vegas from 2 months untill i emailed them to provide my chat services and they locked my account today morning 12 june 2020.i dont know why they locked my account there was a bet of 49k and tournament going in my account of 100k and I was on top of tournament leaving 2nd position player with 3000 point. And now its 1200 point gap because they locked my account and i think they did it on purpose not let me to win. I have contacted them so many time but they respond with we are still reviewing my account. What are they reviewing from 12 hours for one email i dont know.im now sure they wanted to take me out of tournament. I cant get any help so be aware before making deposits.

Crazy bad service… So i played for fun with some friends over a weekend and managed to get myself a little bonus.. nothing big just some extra.

Now its been 3 weeks since i won that money and they still havnt paid it.. because they apparently need more documents?

I've sent them everything the asked for, i even got VERIFIED ONCE.

They then procced to remove my verification status the next day and this stuff started all over.

Ill advice anybody to stay as far away from this site as possible.

They can take your money but they certainly don't pay your winnings.

I wouldn’t even give this site 1 star !! They are nothing but robbers! I was depositing on my boyfriends card without any problems they was taking every bit of money without a hesitation until I had a big win and then all of a sudden it’s against there t&c’s to deposit on a third party card !! If I had never had that win they would of continued to take my money full well knowing there was no chance of me getting anything back !! Would not recommend this site to anyone after reading other reviews especially it is clear this site loves to take money but does not like to give back !!

I’ve only put in like 60$ over 4 months of time but here’s my Leo Vegas experience. The first time I played I put 20$ in from that I won 200$. Not as much as some people but 200$ is still a lot to me so I’m happy. But of course they don’t deposit money to half the well known banks. They can take your money from them but not send it. So for the past 4 months I’ve been trying to figure out how to get my 200$. I set up a whole idebit account like LeoVegas wanted me to do. The start of this month I’ve been all excited thinking wow now I’ve figured out this idebt stuff it will come forsure now. Nope was pending withdrawal for a week nothing happened went right back into my Leo Vegas account. I’ve tried to contact Leo Vegas for help with withdrawals I sent ALL of my verification documents they were approved. They don’t respond. I feel like a f***ing madwoman going on to my bf “ don’t worry that 200$ casino money will come in”. Yeah right. Everywhere says leovegas is legit and I wanna believe it but I got jipped outta this 200$ so many times now.

If I ever do receive the money I’ll come back and update this but I have very little hope.

Comparing to other sites, promotions are really good. Live casino is nice (didn't got any profit but still good) , Sports section is great but stay away from "ESPORTS" their provider and support agents doesn't have any idea about anything on esports. Your coupon can be voided anytime by non relative reasons. In one week like 6 bet void with silly reasons that you cannot see any other site.

After been using this site for 4 yrs, it became time to verify my account, so I was asked to update my photo I'd, so I paid for a new copy of my licence. Its now 1 month down the track of them needing rediculous docs asking for letters from my bank with swift codes etc.
Now they are saying I have another bank that I've used on the site, I have had the 1 bank for the last 20yrs.
I have 2000 in my acc I want to withdraw but they keep finding somthing stupid to ask for.
I have asked for a complaints details but they won't give me one.
The only thing left for me to do is get my lawyer involved.
I would never use this site again!!

I have been trying to re open my account with loevegas for about 3 months now. I keep getting told they have technical issues. So last week my friend decided to log back into his account there and see if he could re open. And of course they re-opened his account straight away + cool down period. Now im getting told by the chat the technical issue only applies to my account. When i ask what the issue is all they say its technical* ive been told in the past 3 months that at the start of the next month i will be bale to re-open. VERY STRANGE. I want you to own up to it. You have wasting my time and money to try to get you to transfer my money. You need to do the right thing. I have got plenty of emails asking for my bank details and I had send a thousands of my bank details but still no money transferred. Common it’s a lot of money. I can do so much good with this money but I am only asking for you to do the right thing by now.

Let me start with that .. how come I should Rate a single star also for this scamming site ?
I became super stupid reading a false story of an Online India news paper TOI (Times of India)
I am one of the stupid who believed the story …
okay so what happened after reading the false news and being exited more than greed (honestly) , I created one account and deposited INR 1000.(For Indian standard its not a bad money compare to $)
I started playing Hot Spin and I lost most of the money then again I deposited INR 2000 and started playing, so I started wining loosing and mean time I kept checking my history where I can see how much I bet and won. So after sometime I stopped as I found my current balance is not updating with my winning money so I decided not to bet more until I see my updated balance which supposed to be as per my deposit,bet and winning .
Then I tried to touch base with customer care explained them but then they were trying to convince me my current balance what I see that is correct ..

I played Hot Spin Nd Live Mega Ball.
As per the history my total bet is INR 2832 , total won INR 6626 .

So my current balance should be

Deposited : +3000
Tot Bet. : -2832
Tot Win. : +6626

Tot Balance : +6794
================

Where as I see my current balance showing INR 1250.

I have those customer care mails where they unable to explain rather trying tell me the money which I see as current balance that is correct.

I won 200 euro, and the balance was transfered automatically to muchbetter.com
The app wont upload id verification, have therefore sent pics of id to their support..still..nothing.

I consider Leo Veagas a scam site due to their collaboration with muchbetter.com…which dosent work…..they have basically stolen 200 euro of my money.

Really don’t know how this scammers got license to operate in UK, recently played and wanted to withdraw 50 after 5 days still pending contacted support just to be told that payment failed to the same card that was used to deposit and asked me to send copy of the card for confirmation and to choose another payment method even my profile was fully verified. They just wait for people to cancel the withdrawal and play again. Can’t believe how much is corrupted the gambling industry, and how greedy those people are. That will put me off gambling for life, will never play again. Just joined this site and wish I'd looked at the reviews before I did which I usually do when buying something/joining something. I joined this site and managed to play a couple of slots on my mobile phone. I was getting a few small wins and went on to play some more earlier today. I logged into my account on my laptop and for some reason when I log into play games its asking me to log in to play specific games but instead of taking you to the game you get taken back to the homepage. Contacted Chat service twice and the first time the adviser I spoke to told me to clear browsing history etc to see if that would help which I did but still didn't work and went back to Chat service and the 2nd adviser told me they were having `technical difficulties` . I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that it is a technical fault at their end but I have funds of 12 or 13 in my account. I just wonder if most of the rest of you are saying here that they block your account when you start accumulating winnings and then when you do eventually get into your account to play games and your money goes and you have nothing left you can log into your account with no problems because you need to deposit funds again.
