I was with Leo Vegas for quite some time. I sent all in my documents and my account was verified. One random day they decided to freeze my account pending further verification. I waited two weeks and they froze my $1800. I told them to close my account and withdraw my money. I used interact e-transfer with them for all my transactions. but since they closed my account they decided they cannot do it via e-transfer.they must bank wire. it has been two months and I am still waiting on a wire transfer.they asked for a copy of my banking transactions and I sent it to him. I was not paid. I then waited two weeks for them to tell me that it was paid.it wasn't. they then asked for my banking from that 2 week period. I asked them to show me proof that they even sent it. But they refuse. Now I am sitting here without my $1,800. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Absolute joke!!!!! Been waiting too get my account verified for over a week after sending documents they have asked for. I cannot withdraw any of my winnings until it gets verified. What a coincidence!!! Basically hoping that I spend it all in the mean time. The customer service is none existent, nothing but apologies too brush you off instead of actually fixing the issue. Live chat and emails are just pointless keep being told I will be emailed…. doesn’t happen. you think that verification would be easy for a big company like these but clearly not. Waste of time

I play at alot of online casinos and decided to give LeoVegas a shot. They have some amazing games. They have mediocre bonus structure. They have a VIP points system that has very limited to no real rewards.
They are amazing at taking your money. I literally went 36 spins at a buck a pop with no win larger than 50 cents. I bought a few bonuses and they suck! I even screen recorded them so you guys can see how crappy and one sided they play. My account name is scarbrojoe. How many times I'd buy a bonus round at a premium price only to see less than 30% of my wagered amount returned. The slots and poker and roulette seemingly are fixed to run ruts of losses. I mean streaks. Ever seen a dealer pull 21 7 times in a row!??! I literally watched this unfold. Haha. But not haha. If you are looking for a place to play where the games are fun, but the likelihood for garnering a profitable session is rarer than a 5 carat polar diamond, then leo Vegas is for you. If you actually want a fair shot at winning with some level of consistency…. I'd suggest casumo, bravada or bet365. Leo took alot of my money in a very short time. And I did multiple deposits. I'm in the process of shutting down my account permanently at this casio. I'd suggest you try your luck elsewhere. Unless you want to test and see how many losing spins in a row you can get with LeoVegas…. the suckers casino. Best of luck! But seriously take your gaming to a better outfit. There are tons. Even some of the casinos ran through Casino Rewards are amazing. Classic Casino, QuatroCasino, ZodiacCasino, bet365, bravada, better, Belfair, all play better (and pay within 3 days of withdrawal!) Horrible. I'm level 14. Recently changed my card .. now they wanted bank statements on my debit card proving its mine. So went to the bank earlier today and got a statement with my name , account number , card number and stamped by the bank. They were saying it's fake… would never ever recommend this site to anyone. Level 14 – spent alot of money on here to get there… now all of sudden, its gonna be hassled to withdrawl my 50 dollar.

Canadian player here. I've never had an issue with leovegas. I don't always win, nor should anyone expect too. Play to have fun, and if you win congrats. Payout to my bank used to take 3 days and now it comes the next day (based on my last 2 withdraws). Not sure what all these bad reviews are about but leovegas is my number 1 when it comes to online casinos. Hands down.

DO NOT play at LeoVegas. This casino is run by very dishonest people who in the end will steal every dollar you play. Daylight robbery at BlackJack and Texas Holdem poker is absolutely incredible. At BlackJack, the dealer got either blackjack, 21 or 20 for 24 out of 27 consecutive games, then 11 out of 13, then 18 out of 23, then 27 out of 31. This was filmed and analysed by 2 statisticians who confirmed that such results for one player on 4 consecutive days are extremely unlikely to occur by chance. Other games are made to trick you in injecting more money and then they will suck every dollar. Trust me, AVOID this casino. This is based on my 3 months experience in 2020.

I decided to give Leo one last chance and deposited $20, book of dead was supposedly hot. Bet was .40, biggest win was a 4x. Lost all my money in less than 5 min but had a deposit bonus and won $6 in bonus funds. Went back to book and won $15 in bonus money so I played punk rocker and lost the bonus money just as fast. I redeposited another 20 and played wild swarm. Had 2 wins of .08c and one of .80c. Was out of funds in 5 min. Talked to support and they copy and paste the rng. Leo is responsible for their own rng which seems to be the tightest on the market. I’ve been playing her for a few years now and it was great when I first joined, had good wins and could play for the day. Seems to be for the last few months that wins are few and far between. As I’ve deposited thousands and done nothing but lost, I highly recommend avoiding this site as they just scam their players, unless they’re sponsored by LeoVegas and posting videos online to lure people to play. I highly recommend trying Rizk casino as they have fun hourly tournaments and an amazing no wager bonuses. Caxino is also another fair casino that has a better odd of winning. I guarantee they copy and past the same msg on this review as they have on other reviews. LeoVegas was once a leader of the online gaming but has took a turn for the worst over the last few years. After reading all the negative reviews about Leo Casino I felt quite uncomfortable and tried to withdraw my money. Somewhere in one of the reviews on this site, I read the advice to contact a help desk representative in the live chat to speed up the process. Which is true, it worked very well indeed.

What did I do: first uploaded all necessary documents (ID, proof of address, bank statement), then withdrew the money and contacted the helpdesk immediately afterwards. Within 5 minutes my account was verified and I received a confirmation by email. All while being in the live chat with the agent. 30 minutes later the money was in my bank account. I used Trustly for the deposit and pay out.

In the chat I indicated that I wanted to withdraw my money because of the bad reviews on this site and that I first wanted to see if they actually pay. No doubt this helped to speed it up. It's not a big withdrawel (€ 500), but because the first payment is always the hardest part – after that you're in the system and they don't have to verify anything – I feel reassured enough to make deposits again.

The casino will not be happy with the advice to contact an employee as this is quite an extra burden. But it works extremely well. Use it to your advantage.

avoid!!!! If you do win, they will do everything to stop you withdrawing. My account has been locked for a long time, had to send over multiple bank letters, other letters, ID. Then upon withdrawal (not my first) ive had to send bank statements too. Been told my withdrawal was approved and will go into my bank in 2-5 days to get an email the next day saying my details were incorrect (they were not) and my account was locked AGAIN. For no reason it seems as this time it was simply unlocked upon request…. only for all withdrawal attempts to decline until more time was wasted with live support. Its currently pending, however I expect it will be cancelled again for another reason shortly.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO KEEP YOUR WINNINGS. I assume so you can gamble more, however you would truly have to be stupid to continue giving such a scam your money.

Stalling withdrawal uploaded and sent numerous documents to verify and they are never good enough, but ive never had any problems with them at any other casino
Doubt i will ever see my funds, i find it funny that its never an issue when depositing money but the moment you win they want every document under the sun, well they received everything and more and still not been paid 12 days after requesting a withdrawal

Not sure what has happened it the past 4 months but its gone downhill. I use to love playing here. Now ever since they changed the Jackpots that are so low now. They also apparently had maintence of 5 of my favourite games and since that day. You can play hundreds and never get a bonus to just have fun going up and down even if you loose … it would still be fun. NOT here anymore. Not sure if they got new owners but they surely contacted the games they rent to pull them back from any wins or any bonus. Hopefully they change soon becasue Im not playing as much here anymore . Very very bad returns. I play with a few sites. This site is the worst for returns. Over a period of four months, I have put in around 600. I have deposited 10, 20, 50, 90 etc… So many times. I can't even get up to 100 on this site, even from 50. It's lose lose lose. Very bad. Avoid.

I originally chose the wrong sign up offer. I then contacted live chat in which I was told my offer was now changed to the correct one. When I placed my bet the offer was not applied. I then contacted live support again in which it was confirmed the offer hadn't been applied. I was told to contact support via email for a potential "goodwill" offer but when I did I was instead called a liar despite screenshotting the whole conversation I had with their live chat team members. I would not recommend this company as they treat their customers like trash.

I have been playing on Leovegas for over a year, I won't lie like these other reviews and pretend it's all bad because it's not. I will however say their new craps game mode is entirely a scam I have lost 3000 euro over the span of a few days whilst playing the best possible return to player strategy, now I understand variance in gambling but what has happened to me is next to statistically impossible. I've made many deposits with this site (over 1200eu) and never even made my RTP on the games thati normally play on other sites even by the laws of gambling i should't be on a net loss of 1200 eu over many deposits and playing many games, the games have low volatility during bonus, never received more than 20x on any bonus over 1000s of spins on more than 50 different games. The games tend to stutter (as if refreshing to put you onto a different machine) thus avoiding giving you the RTP at an absolute minimum. This website is DEFINETALY a scam! dont even bother telling me the RTP is set by the providor, casinos have the power to choose their RTP and they are not as advertised. The site uses a convoluted process whereby you can only withdraw principal/winnings to the method used to deposit.

Only they have no way within your account to keep track of which balances need to be withdrawn to which method. If you have used, say PayPal for some and a card for some other deposits, it all gets lost in the wash.

This invariably leads to a support and lockout procedure where they tell you which methods to withdraw to.

Only sometimes they get this wrong themselves and the process repeats itself.

It's just horribly implemented and the staff, while polite, are clueless about this silly mechanism that no other site uses.

Stick to one funding source or move on and save a lot of wasted time.

Don’t be Scammed.
I’ve been part of this casino for months, started off generous. Went to cash out and waited for a week and a half without an approval, so I reversed withdrawal and lost it all. After depositing a few thousand dollars (25-50$ at a time) the site just took it very fast with little to no wins. Talked to support and they sent me $30 free (lost that In 20 min). I feel this site is the worst of them all. I went to Caxino and won $2000 in the firsts month. Had a total cash out of $3500 and received that within 24hrs. I have given LeoVegas many chances but no more. I highly recommend Caxino or Rizk.

This site has turn from great to horrible. I have withdrawn money before and no problems. But as a Canadian player and using your debt card is the worst. I have been told I need to prove that the card is mine. So I have uploaded numerous documents showing that the debt card is mine. I was told they want to see all of the information on one page. But I told the customer service person that I was at the bank and they gave me these to prove my account. We are in a age were we could live chat and show them this is my account. I play on other regulated site(MGA) and never have this much problems.

Once I requested a withdrawal, they asked me for verification. And they intentionally starting delaying my verification process. I have sent them 7 different documents to verify my address, any of them was absolutely OK to verify me at any other casino, but LeoVegas denied all of them. Since one week I was playing that "Verify My Address" quest instead of enjoying casino games. Eventually after long conversation with support, then finally verified my account and I could remove my funds and forget about that nightmare.
