Right after depositing funds account blocked for review which they could have done prior to depositing funds.Now not allowing to withdraw deposits until they finish review. And there is no expected timeframe to complete the review. That means funds are blocked for uncertain periods. Clearly breaching UK Gambling commission guidelines which clearly states: Players are entitled to withdraw money from their deposit balance, including their winnings, at any time. Operators must allow players to withdraw funds from their deposit balance and there must be no term in place that restricts this.Urgency for money arise after depositing funds but they kept saying we can’t allow to withdraw until review finish and there is no time limit for review to complete as each case is different – although each case is different you must set expectations when you are holding players money.Make sure you stay away from this site as you don’t know when your account and funds are blocked for unknown amount of time.I have urgency for funds for essentials which arise after depositing – it’s been 2 working days and still deposit not released.

They won’t accept info that any other casino in Ontario takes. They want me to go to the bank and get a letter stamped even though it’s clearly my card. It shows the same bank number as the withdrawal account and shows my last 4 numbers. I have never had to give this much info before. Stay far away. I wouldn’t mind if they asked before deposit but of course they’ll take your money and make it hard to get it back. Unfortunate because they have lots of cool games. But shady business practices.

Terrible customer service, made a deposit and location service error , I’ve played on this site for 2 years and this happens way too often, it’s their issue it’s rigged I swear. Continually say it’s my Internet provider I spent an hour on the phone with my Internet provider and it’s not on my end. Impossible to win on slots. Should be investigation into this site. There statistics are not correct and the actual gameplay is repetitive to time loss and wins. On 20 cent play you lose one euro per minute guaranteed. The usual response from Leo Vegas is expected bla bla bla! But just don’t play on this site,not that there is much better available in Spain. After playing Leovegas I won some money . They locked my account for temporary 3 months,I can come back until 26 April , and I got a email from responsible gaming department, that I have to withdraw my funds,Due to the larger amount they suggested a wire transfer. The wire transfer was approved and sent on 23 January 2025 , the amount:$180000 CAD and I got the confirmation email in that day . We re now February 15 and still haven’t received my money ,they are blaming the processor for missing money or delayed,they won’t give me name of processor or a time frame when this issue will be resolved . I have withdrawn from them in the past and never this issue .

Can’t withdraw my fund, was told i have to withdraw using the same method as deposit. Deposited using etransfer and now cant withdraw my initial deposit amount and winnings with their Ecashout method because they are experiencing issues with ecashout and waiting to get it fixed. No alternative methods were provided and still waiting for who knows when this to be fixed. 3 days + and they still have issue with their ecashout withdrawal. Feel like the casino is stalling on purpose as etransfer only requires email, but they would not agree to etransfer my fund back to the email address.

Waiting over one week for my money . As was my first withdrawal request i do understand that documents have to be sent and this is what i did . As been using only virtual card not phisical , sent over teen screen shots which they rejected even saying that they accepting . Guys,i had a loevegas account since they started. That’s over 10 years ago. I made tens of thousands in deposits across time. Rcently, under the pretext of ‘new UK regulations’ they’ve asked to re-verify my account which was already verified several times before.But this time they’ve asked for my detailed bank statement and my tax return. Imagine that. Nowhere under UK regulations says that a casino should ask for your detailed bank statement.Nevertheless, after refusing to send them the document they’ve closed my account.AGAIN, my account was verified to the point that the only thing missing was my blood type.To conclude, this was a mediocre casino with close to zero rewards system. They will lose many customers. The thing that they’ve locked my account AFTER i’ve made a deposit shows the level of bad practice you have to deal with.
