Ever since I have been with kwiff I have not had any promotions. For example free football bet or casino bonus. I emailed regarding this yesterday. And the reply I received was I have been sent constant promotions. This is NOT true. I have NEVER received any contact about anything. I have now asked for a subject access request. I don’t like to be lied to.

See recent reviews, times must be tough at Kwiff. Theyve not removed their slanderous remark and Ive still not had the 50 they owe me. Stay clear

Rude, unhelpful, and threatening. Withhold withdrawals, and make verification process very difficult by making unnecessary requests. Don’t trust this sight, or you could be kwiffed.

Kwiff….in reply to your below message, 1 bonus round in 500 spins is not random, its a con, its robbery. and you state that they are 3rd party games, well they are on your platform so if you promote games with a real RTP of less than 5% then you are responsible for allowing games that rip off customers

Just did Big Bass slot machine after a few months away..did 500 spins and got 1 x bonus round …you need 3 x scatter to secure bonus round. I got 2 symbols 40 times, but only 1 bonus round. Kwiff must hate its loyal customers with clearly fixed and rigged games.

Its good. The “kwiffed” odds potentially awee surprise/bonus, hopefully thats maintained in future as its s good Selling point. Its a very competitive market so need gimmicks to be noticed. Negative side is the lack of options to mix in doubles trebles, yankees, lucky 15s, multiple options on selections etc – bit restrictive in that sense tbh and I’d look to develop that element espevislly if the “kwiffed” element reduces or disappears in future. Cash out feature is s big draw for some punters but appears a bit inconsistent?? I’d maybe look at a separate window for current bet slips/in play stats as it tends to dominate the whole screen

Was an okay site initially, gave out several wins. No casino access on the app which is a major drawback having to use a browser to play.After a while of winning they randomly withhold your winnings which is against the uk gambling commission licensing laws when they could have asked you earlier. After verifying my identity, I noticed the win rate had severely dropped and a bonus was rarely activated.Basically, use Kwiff until they ask for ID verification as after this it seems, your money is no good to them and they never pay out.

Good customer service. Odds not phenomenal at timew but the Kwiffed feature pretty decent – obviously u have the potential to end up getting some huge prices. Only had account few days been using mainly for Aus greyhounds so can’t comment on other markets they offer. Yet to encounter any issues, probably your best bet bar the exchange or 365 for aus/nz dogs IMO, if thats what you happen to be into I would def reccomend. No issues so far , can’t complain. Was verified quickly. Had slight problem with the welcome offer originally but was quickly sorted by George and Marcos.

I should have listened to the reviews! Basically I finally won 300 pounds and decided to withdraw. Was still pending the next day so I messaged them… only then did they request documents. So basically would have left it forever pending. I sent them everything they asked for. As my passport is a out of date I also sent my birth certificate. They are refusing to pay! It’s completely legal to use expired passport as a form of I’d and have used it on multiple legit casinos. Even used it for a dbs check so I know it’s a valid form of I’d. Don’t use this site they WILL NOT pay you!

So had a football acca on today all teams were winning at about 75-80mins in. Absolutely no cash out offer at all. Kept checking but nothing. Acca was worth over 400. Wouldnt recommend Kwiff at all. Would have got some kind of cash out offer with other betting sites

Excellent casino – had some large wins and also losses which are well within my budget (cant win all the time). Overall the service and withdrawals is excellent- this is how a good online casino should be run. Great work and very much enjoy it! I manage to win some money, and I was new to kwiff they asked me to send documents. It was easy (keep in mind they don’t accept screenshots, it has to be pdf file) cos I send screenshot the member contacted me saying it has to be pdf. As soon as I send documents in pdf my account was verified in minutes and cash out was approved, and the money was in my account the next day.

You must AVOID Kwiff!It took over 1 week to receive my withdrawal of 40. Kwiff are very obstructive when it comes to withdrawing any funds from your account.I finally received my withdrawal after I lodged an official complaint upon which they banned me from betting with them.

Can someone explain to me how after god knows how much money and how many spins a feature is only reached a single time, with the alleged “double chance for feature” option used every single time? They are a very sneaky bookie – I won some money with them and requested the withdrawal… 3 weeks later I realised that it did not reach my account and contacted live chat – it turned out that they wanted to verify my account, which has already been verified prior to that. If I never asked about my withdrawal they would never even contact me, they just expect customers to not query where their money is. Now the verification process is dragging on for weeks with them making up new stuff and requests every time. These folks will do ANYTHING in their power not to pay you out. No problem when you lose, but once you win – it’s a fight to get your money out. I am still waiting for mine, but it’s definitely not worth the hassle. Use a respectful and well established bookmakers instead of these cowboys.
