AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!!! I currently have a dispute ongoing with these crooks and ecogra. Asked me for I’d, accepted it then when I won 100 they asked again qnd refused to give me my money so I reported them and ecogra are now the air. The gambling commission were also made aware and I was told they would face compliance action as their website terms are basically non existent. AVOID!!!

I deposit practically everyday at this casino and every Monday I am credited 50 x 50p free spins. This week when my spins didn’t arrive I asked the agent if he could find out why from the relevant department. He told me that I didn’t meet their loyalty threshold and that he wouldn’t even ask the question for me. Very very dissapointed in the service and also being told I’m not loyal enough to merit my usual free spins. The casino itself is good, Payouts were prompt and good selection of games however customer service with regards to loyalty is extremely disappointing. So I haven’t deposited since he told me that and won’t deposit again in principle.

First of all – I can absolutely understand all the negative reviews!Regarding my own current case (not the first massive problem, because my verification took over two weeks for NO REASON –> also documented here in January):On 5.2.2023 I deposited 1000 euros by “eps”, it was correctly debited from my bank account but was not credited to my player account. Kwiff informed me that they never received the amount and it will probably be credited back to my bank account within the next few days.As this didn’t happen I contacted Kwiff a number of times but always the same response!So I contacted my bank, eps and even Giropay (this took me several hours in total!!!) but they all assured/proved me that the payment was made correctly to the merchant.Only after further urgent complaints did Kwiff apologize on 27.2. (THREE WEEKS later) for the inconvenience and the money was credited to my player account.Due to this incredibly annoying occurrence, I demanded the immediate transfer back to my bank account and was informed by Kwiff that the money will arrive on my account on 9.3.!Since this didn’t happen I contacted Kwiff but got no response!No transfer the following day either –> contacted Kwiff again –> again no reaction!!!Because of this cheek, I informed Kwiff that I will write this negative review here and on each additional day that the money does not arrive (after OVER FIVE WEEKS!!!), there will be another review – until I finally get my money…………Note:If anyone doesn’t believe my information or wants to contact me for any other reason, please feel free to contact me by email (“oak0815 @ hotmail.com”), as EVERY SINGLE DETAIL is PROVEN correct!Conclusion:Next review on Monday evening if I still haven’t received my money, because I certainly won’t be fooled!!!

getting it Kwiffed is quite rare and unfortunately, the odds are generally worst than other bookies hence, makes it not worth most of the time. The UX thought is quite good and have a nice website with some good promotion. The overall idea is good but could use an higher RTP.

Avoid!!!Continually request documentation, unreasonably rejecting some and then offer to give me my deposit back (but not my winnings). Bet with the more reputable sites or look forward to jumping through unnecessary hoopsEDIT – in response to Kwiff’s reply. They have had all my documentation but keep rejecting them for “clearer copies”. They’re just being awkward. My original review stands. It’s also funny how those “red flags” only become apparent when I tried to withdraw, and not when I deposited!

Lower review from last time. Free spins have slowed down and after recent plays on their casino they look like all the other casino sites.Edit. I checked my spin usage and I have in fact span with money more than I have free spins. Put 10 in earlier won 30 and withdrew 20 of it. Some would say that’s a small win but in my eyes it’s not compared to other leading bookmakers where you win nothing. 2 star to 4 star just like that. Enjoying the site but my app isn’t working anymore for some reason.

Avoid like the plague. Owed 9120, keep rejecting my proof of address (full statement from llyods) over email. Nobody to talk to as they’re all keyboard warriors. Before you think of registering or depositing, just tear up your money as they’ll just steal it if you win. Heading to court to issue proceedings as the funny thing is their sister company paid me within 24 hours with the same documents so there just trying to bully me into giving up.I’ve deposited 4000 it total, but there saying if I don’t want to do the documents required, I can take back 1520 (the deposit that secured the winnings) So if I was a money launderer, there happy to keep my other 2480 dirty cash and look the other way? Completely dodgy company. I will spend thousands to drag these scumbags through the courts to expose these losers

Opened an account and won a couple of times. I didn’t realise my withdrawals were pending until I checked. Upon asking why they were pending, I was only then asked for CDD (not an unreasonable request) and then without any rhyme or reason, they’ve closed my account. There’s nothing dodgy with my CDD so I’m puzzled.

They withdrawal 8000 off my winnings then a failed 1000 withdrawal. They blocked my account with 323 in the balance. I have been emailing and talking via chat. But I have no response from them. Please can someone sort this out. Or at least respond to me ASAP

Pretty decent so far so good if rate them more and will rate them more with more experience. At the moment they send me emails with free spins and their kwiff odds are good if it activates. I’m currently running through bookies looking for the best one and upto now I’ve closed 4 accounts with other bookies yet this one remains which suggests theyre doing something good. Accept your money, but win anything of note and they do everything and anything to avoid paying out. Take you through endless security checks asking for photos, bank statements utility bills. Not just once! Every time you win over 100 pretty much. The staff are incompetent, and they only do email chat for complaints and even when you do complain the refuse to raise a complaint or help you. So far today – over 20 emails exchanged and still not even a complaint ref provided despite several requests.Scam company whos odds are lower then 99% of the others. I only used them for the Saturday bet boost but they are not worth the hassle. Not a trustworthy company at all*Now Ive posted this and read all other comments 100% looks like they just reply by blaming the customers for their inability to verify customers correctly. Done right they would have made these checks the day I changed the card. Not months later. More evidence of how incompetent the company and staff are.

Trust me when i say this, never use these bookies. better off giving your money to the man down the street. deposited with absolutely no questions or issues. after winning and requesting a withdrawal they send me an email asking for documents. i happily sent these in however the response time went from a couple hours to just over a day from each email. after almost a week of sending countless documents as the one i sent was “edited” i finally got my money and my account was then blocked.

So they asked for I.D after the fact of withdrawal thief’s do not sign up with them claim to operate under the gambling comission rules and regs clearly don’t when gambling comission state you can’t ask for documentation after a withdrawal request is made received a email stating they holding my withdrawal for ransom against GC licensing rules.

Well I got kwiffedOpened an account and deposited and lost- repeat for a while. Finally won 250 on slots so withdrew 200. The week before pay day that will do nicelyThats where I got proper kwiffed. They asked for ID, fair enough, thej for ID of the cardholder. I dint have a debit card so used my brothers with permission. Then they asked for a written letter signed by both of us saying it was ok to use my brothers card.I did all of this. Took me about 12 hours to satisfy them that I was human and my brother had allowed the use of his cardSo they closed my account and wont process the withdrawal Worst experience Ive ever had and I recommend nobody uses them. My experience is the same as many, its fair enough they are trying to give a different experience and its not for everyone but Im still waiting for them to process my withdrawal 6 days later. After days of supplying the necessary documents which they have confirmed to have had now (ID, proof of address and me holding the payment card), after rejecting all these for various reasons before excepting them they now want a picture of me holding my ID, I sent this for them only to say its too blurry. Try getting a picture of yourself holding your drivers license that you can clearly read the license. Surely they can zoom! Ive now sent 4 more pictures which Im waiting for a response 12 hours later! I just want my money its not even winnings its about what I put in. I feel really uneasy and worried I will have to seek further action to get what is rightfully mine. I would advise nobody to use this company and Im concerned I wont get paid.

Without doubt the worst odds of any bookmaker currently operating. At least 20% lesser odds on most selections compared to their competitors. Can’t believe how many markets I’ve looked at where they offer 4.80 and you can get 7.0 elsewhere, or a BTTS market where both selections are 1.75. Licence for them to print money. Avoid.

It’s hard enough to win but taking less the market odds. 6/4 on 9/4 or 4/6 on a horse that’s evens just in the hope it gets kwiffed is absurd. Not a chance. Great new site Not sure why all the negative reviews. Really enjoying the betting experience here, getting kwiffed is a fun concept on betting. Casino is great, big variety of slots.
