Kwiff Review

SCAM – I have been able to withdraw on a few small wins with Kwiff. However after some large deposits that won nearly 1.5k they suddenly refused to let me withdraw. When I queried this with customer support they suspended my account and demanded proof of ID and address, which I provided and still they refused to pay the amount out. This happened in December 2022 and we are still waiting. AVOID

I Can’t auto spin or fast spin Which I find a little suspicious, also I have found it rather rough getting anywhere over starting deposit value worth speaking of in the slightest.. I think max was ten bucks over my initial deposit. I have found that Casino is not my thing, so I will be making my extra funds at PlanOff for now since Planoff is the only place where I have been able to make profits.

I love the random hike in a price that says it’s been kwiffed!I have had winners with the kwiffed price and believe you me it makes quite a big difference.Love how user friendly the site is, better than any others in that you can select a horse and still see all the meetings of the day. I will start with the good, games were fair got a we run on several different ones, The Kwiff boosts are magic and totally different from anything else I have seen before, actually won my coupon getting Kwifffed .The site is fairly easy to navigate through.The negative I share peoples frustration with Kwiff. I deposited and and placed several bets and played many games on Kwiff without any questions asked. I don’t mind I have no skeletons in my closet however when it comes to withdrawing money this is road block central. I was asked to provide a picture of bank card, driving license and utility bill, I supplied them but a screen shot of my gas bill which was knocked back, no issue there I then submitted my latest council tax bill. once all documents were submitted Kwiff then asked for a photo of me holding my driving license next to my face, which I done. Kwiff come back and said the entire driving license needs to be in the picture, of course I have re submitted this. it is now the 10th of may and i am still waiting for my withdrawal to be confirmed and for the verification process to be complete. if this issue is resolved I can see me and other users coming to Kwiff.I understand there is procedures in place, we all have them in ours job but it could be run smoother.There is a simple fix, at the start of the process once the account is open just make customers aware there will be delay in withdrawals due to verification checks. give the customer the option to submit any documents early to avoid delays in getting paid out, if they don’t submit early then its on the customer.

A huge technical issue is plaguing my experience. Screen going white for no reason and needs constant refreshing. Also sometimes it freezes the page when an enhancement is applied, causing me to restart my browser. As for the concept. Much worse odds (often a pt or more worse which is quite significant) in exchange for the opportunity to have your bets enhanced. A great concept and I have won 50 from 2 on a 4/1 single, so there is opportunity to make money from very little.However, I am now in week 3 of my experience and the occasions my bets are enhanced have significantly reduced. This isn’t some delusion based on losing, it is fact. I looked back on my account and I could see a literal decline in the ratio to bets that were being enhanced. Today I placed 11 bets and only one was kwiffed, a pathetic boost at that, by 1. Perhaps for the pessimists out there, it is to be expected. But if bets are not getting consistently enhanced, then it does not make up for the horrendous odds.So I have stopped playing and cannot value this site above others that offer industry standard odds. Whilst an enhanced bet may seem like a good thing, if you had a treble with 3pts lower, you might actually end up with a lot less than if you had just had the better prices. Use a bet calculator to understand how accumulative odds work and how 2/1 becoming 3/1 is a 50% increase in your winnings. That three times over, would be more than even a 10x kwiff enhancement. So be careful.Let’s be real. They wouldn’t have introduced the concept if they didn’t think it was better for them in the long run, I won’t continue using them as they clearly have a strategy. I worked at Ladbrokes for 6 years and trust me when I say, they don’t respect you as customers and never will, you are just a source of money for them.

I have had an account for months never been asked for ID have made several withdrawals no problem but tried to withdraw 400 and got asked for ID they then shut my account down I can’t provide ID as I don’t have it so I should get my deposits refunded

The app is extremely slow and glitchy. Kwiff have limited football games available on their site plus limited markets in play. They seem to pick and choose as and when to which games are available to bet on and whether to close off certain markets like halftime betting etc. Limited markets equals higher losses for the punters. If you like your football betting stick to bet365 for a wider variety of games and markets.

Was hoping to come on here and write a positive review, but nope. It’s gone the opposite. Joined up to Kwiff as wanted to see what it was like after seeing all the negative reviews and was hoping to add a positive one, but sadly, Its the opposite and adding to the negative. Deposited 20. Seriously please avoid this company. I have never experienced anything like it. I opened the account 5 days ago and deposited 1000 – but could not place the bets I wanted to so withdrew my money within a few hours. Since then I have been asked for all kinds of verification- photos I sent were not accepted. I have sent more than 10 versions of selfies over a 2 day period and none have been accepted as they claimed they were blurred- despite being very clear on the originals. Still I have not received my money and I am now being told on chat that it may take 48 hours to get back to me. Are they trying to penalise me for not gambling with them? Is this even legal?You would think that with all the claims they make to be supportive of gambling addiction withdrawals such as this should be instantaneous allowing people to change their minds without difficulty.

I made a withdrawal request last week and have still not received my money. Kwiff asked for various documents, all of which I have provided. They continue to reject my bank statement, insisting that it is not an original. My bank statement is indeed the original copy, and I have emailed it to Kwiff directly from my banking app (I have even attached a screen recording).Now Kwiff have stated that they will no longer reply to me and accused me of sending them tampered documents. Of course, I am still waiting for my money. This is nothing short of theft, and I see from the reviews that many other people are having this same problem. How can a company be allowed to get away with this? Avoid at all costs!UPDATE – They have replied publicly suggesting that they want to help me, but when contacting them privately they accuse me of providing “tampered documents” and stated that they would no longer reply to me. When I asked for their complaints procedure/policy, I was provided with a URL that is broken. I have now contacted the UK Gambling Commission and eCOGRA to file complaints about this company. Read the other reviews, they are doing this regularly to people.

100% scammer ; takes money but when it comes to pay out the put barriers ahead of you . I complained to Resolver and eCOGRA ; straightway they closed my account. Still not received my money from Kwiff. They have hinted that they have withhold my money because I sent indecent images and abused them on livechat. I accept my behaviour was unacceptable and I can only apologise for this (it doesn’t make it right) but I can’t see how that allows them to void a winning bet/withdrawal. Even before this, Kwiff were withholding my withdrawal despite me sending in all the required documentation. I am a member of several betting sites and never experienced any issues except for these. Avoid avoid avoid!

The desktop version of this website is very nice, easy to navigate, responsive, not laggy, and overall user friendly. The only reason I would give a 4* and not a 5* is because it can be a little difficult when using mobile web browser to navigate.

Started to deposit and withdraw and everything was mediocre now the company is holding my funds even though all documents have been sent and are refusing to give me my money even though before they gave it no problems. I wish i could Give it 0 Stars i Have Played on So Many Casinos but never expereinced this i am From India and We have only one type of ID in my country and i wanted to withdraw my money then i saw it needs verification to withdraw then i sent them my documents and they kept rejecting my ID again and again first said its not clear then said its not full pic then i sent the full pic then they said its shared image of whatsapp ( i used whatsapp to share the image from my phone to desktop) then i send another image then they straight up rejected my document and said send another ID . But the thing is i dont have any other ID i gave them my official ID issued by the Govt. and i dont have any paspport neither i have driving license (As i am disabled) then i asked for a refund and they said you need verification for Refund too i mean what? dont give me my winning atleast refund my deposit shame on you ! its just a deposit trap

i won 100 which i withdrew no problem then i have won significantly more and i have tried to withdrawal and asked for documentation which i have submitted . (it has been settled today ?) my only gripe is i have a facebook page called private betting page with 25000+ members and i advertised kwiff boost and alot of people joined on my link i put up but not recieve any free bets and when i spoke to an adviser they said i had to give email address, d.o.b etc of each new member but under the terms i was under the impression that i and the new member would aquire a free bet instantly by using the link

We only normally bet once a year, on the Grand National. This year we decided to try Kwiff for a change.We opened an account in my name from from our joint bank account (my wife and I) and deposited 40 to cover 4 5 each way bets using my wife’s debit card.Our bets were accepted and we chose the winner and third and our balance was now showing as 73.25.We then had an email from Kwiff saying that because we had used my wife’s debit card and the account was in my name they would not pay out unless we provided the following A photo of my wife.A photo of my wife holding her debit card.A HAND WRITTEN letter from my wife to prove that she was the card holder.A receipt of a household bill to prove where we livedALSOThe same information for me.When we suggested that this might be a bit over the top as the money came from a joint account they said we had failed to meet there terms and conditions so would not give us our winnings unless we provided all the information required.After a few exchanges of emails to there very brusque replies they eventually agreed to refund our original stake of 40 and closed our account.I wonder what would have happened had we not won?Would they have been so quick to say our bet was invalid and returned our stake?
