Still holding my funds asking for another verification what is handled by “revelant team “ . About month ago they suspended my account for a 5 years says it was my decision but I never asked for it . They say they need more information on my account for them to pay me my £250!. But didn’t when i opened my account only when i wanted to withdraw! How many more 1-star reviews from unhappy players who you haven’t paid , before you take positive action?! Instead of telling players you have already answered. I signed up to this but sense trouble if you win big. Funny how when you are overall losing or have small wins no questions asked, lol. After creating an account and depositing €3000 euro today I was not allowed to bet. After contacting the live chat they said my account was under review and wasn’t given a time on how long it would take. Then I tried to withdraw and bet elsewhere and they wont let me withdraw saying I need to verify my account. Started a live chat to verify my account and they wont let me! My account is under review and I have to wait for the department to contact me.So now after depositing €3000 they wont let me verify my account to withdraw my money or let me bet. Dont make the same mistake I did. Avoid this bookmaker and stick to the well known reliable ones.

Absolute nightmare I won 463 pounds on roulette off 7 pounds I left in my account. Complete fluke so I withdrew it . Thats when every excuse under the sun started I supplied all documents twice in 2 days .Was that enough ? Not at all I was the told I was gambling irresponsibly hahaha just a scam .My withdrawal was cancelled and they said they would refund my lifetime deposits (170 pounds over 2 years) I only got 148 ! I’ve now escalated on every platform possible. Avoid at all costs the gambling commission almost said kwiff before I did when I got in touch .My advice hound them if they are gonna rip us off they can bloomin earn it .As you can see they have responded to my review with lies ,just admit you don’t like paying out ! the website looks good, but unfortunately they are very slow when it comes to verify your account. I wrote them on chat, I have sent emails too but nothing concluded yet. They rejected my selfie because it was blurry, thy said. I made 5 new selfies after that and send them. Still waiting for an answer. They say that the verification is on pending. How long do they need to verify some pictures. I can’t understand.

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from Kwiff for over a week and have uploaded the documents that they required each time and they still won’t transfer the 85 they owe me.Now they are saying the latest document is not accepted as it is a screenshot when I actually sent a pdf. Sent it again and now they are saying their system won’t accept it.Now I have raised a complaint via their system and they are telling me it is an 8 week wait time.This is not good enough, they are making it difficult hoping that I will just give up.Avoid this company…

Living in Ireland and set up an account with kwiff on the 3rd June while on holiday in England. When setting up the account I noticed I could only deposit money in pounds. I asked could I change the currency because I live in Ireland. I was told there was no way but it shouldnt be an issue and I was fine with that. I asked on live chat do kwiff operate in Ireland and I was told they do. I made two deposits without problem in pounds. I made several bets until I noticed my account was limited. I tried to withdraw my own money which was almost half what I even deposited in the first place. kwiff tried to lay the blame on everyone but themselves since then. Blaming my bank. Telling me I didnt wager all my deposit which was just a ridicolous lie. They had no helpline to call and a live support team who offered me no update on what was going on until I had to threaten legal action. After 12 days Only then did they finally send me an email telling me I couldn’t open an account with kwiff.com despite me entering all my details with an Irish address and also sending them a copy of an Irish passport and Irish address which they accepted and allowed me to gamble. I lost almost half my deposit on this site which I’m sure they would never have allowed me to keep had I ended up with winnings and also are charging me 15 for the transaction to send to my bank. Some apology that is waiting 12 days to make a withdrawal when they couldn’t even notice a republic of Ireland Address is not in the UK. That money has still not left my kwiff account as I type this and when I ask on live chat when will this be sent all they continue to do is send me the same message they’ve been sending for the last 2 weeks. The relevant department will be in touch. Another thing to note aswell is their lack of ability to take any accountability on sites like trustpilot. Having apologised in their last email to me their response to some criticism in my last review was to continue the chat through email so things could progress forward despite them not responding to my emails for 4 days when told to expect a response in 48 hours and also being told I would be contacted by their team leader. Avoid this site. They will try everything in their power to keep your money and show no urgency to resolve an issue even when it’s a flaw in their site that they couldn’t recognise an address in the west of Ireland can’t open an account with them. I wouldn’t have bothered to write a review of they just handled the situation in a few days but as of now I am still waiting.

I looked at the top reviews and joined the site then got worried re recent reviews. I was lucky ahead on first vist and cashed out my winnings. Provided docs first day and money in bank by day 2. I’ve done other reviews and been caught out on non regulated sites. This one which does have a licence is fine.

Will not give me my withdrawal. I cannot get source of funds as it is done online. You have no right with holding players money. You can’t process a couple of withdrawals, then suddenly decide you want source of funds. Looking at the other reviews you do this to everyone. Do the source of funds when players open an account, NOT after!! And now when I complain you suspend my account for 6 months so their is no way I will ever get my 250 quid. Please please if you have any sense do not go anywhere near this website. There casino is the biggest con i have ever experienced and this is not due to losing this is due to the fact the payout is very low.3 Slots of which each took 100 without giving the bonus once! I have played on many other sites and never ever experienced this.My advice to anybody is do not play the casino on this site.

Awful company. Won some money a few weeks ago but never been able to withdraw. Lets you deposit money instantly but withdrawing can take weeks because they are too incompetent to verify 4 documents in FIFTEEN DAYS. Shocking company which I will never use again

I made a withdrawal on Friday which is still pending. I contacted yesterday and was advised they need ID verification which is fair enough but they could have advised me of this instead of the funds sitting in a pending state for a few days.They stated they need a passport, selfie with passport, utility bill/council tax and photo of the card used. All very excessive for an online bookmakers but regardless, I’ll do as they ask. I sent the passport and was advised all 4 corners need to be showing. Sent the utility bill and was advised this was not accepted by their system saying it was not the original document despite being downloaded from the SSE website. They finally accepted the utility bill after I argued it was the original. I resent the passport and now they’re saying it’s not signed, which it wasn’t but I’ve managed to travel/go through passport control a couple of times with no issue so not sure why it matters for a Bookie. Anyway, I’ve signed/resent and I’m pretty sure all the ID should pass the checks but they’re not getting back as quickly as they were when they were refusing my ID. They’ll no doubt tell the gambling ombudsman that all these checks are in place to prevent money laundering but really they are just really determined to keep your money. Will update this once they get back to me with their next email rejecting my ID.

This should be a good review but its not. Site is good but staff are very poor. I won 133k on Kwiff, getting the funds was no issue at all, but then I was offered a loss limit of 30k – which I rejected, I contacted the live support to get a lower loss limit as this doesnt seem like something the so called safer gambling team should have approved. Live chat agents did nothing, couldnt help as they have no power to do anything really, so I asked to speak to the safer gambling team, no they can do that either. Asked to speak to a manager and they cant get a manager to speak to me so I will now be closing my account. None of what Kwiff did was safe, 30k loss limit is just absurd.

Joined on 4th June and won 268. Next day won 510. Unable to withdraw second day’s winnings without providing proof of ID and address. Never asked for this while I was depositing. Made this as difficult as possible by refusing to accept docs used on several other sites. Had 2 x bets on horse racing, odds on one were ‘supercharged’ lol – even after this odds were worse than those on sky bet and paddy power – ‘kwiffed’ should read ‘conned’! Unable to watch races through live link as didn’t work on either occasion and had to watch through sky bet. In the end they unilaterally imposed a 175 weekly loss limit and 750 monthly loss limit – asked them to remove weekly limit and keep monthly one but they refused – 175 limit totally useless to me. I told them to close account – amateurs who don’t like you winning!

Very good experience. I did read the reviews but decided to go ahead. Have to say I was very pleased. Im a low roller and deposited a couple of times before withdrawing, mainly to test the experience prior to further use. Small withdrawal request (65) was madr on the Saturday and actually hit my back today (Sunday) 24hours later. Signed up to kwiff a while ago used a few times no problems and enjoyed the site. Then when I wanted to withdraw my funds I was then told I had to verify my documents again even though I had already withdrawn previously. It has now been 10 days and after constantly being on live chat, I still have not received my money. I am constantly being told to be patient and it should be done the next day but still no show of any money. I really hope this can be revolved very soon as it is such a shame.

Dear Sir / Madam, KWIFF account number 554862.I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Gambling – Kwiff account number 554862.The issue that I have experienced was: Kwiff will not allow me to withdraw my money, this situation has been going on around 4 months now!!! Kwiff allowed me to Deposit beforehand thousands of pounds, 100 + times without asking me for any I.D. Then they allowed me to withdraw smaller amounts beforehand and then all of a sudden when i win over 2,000 + they stop me withdrawing my money and ask for all kinds of I.D. I sent them an email of a Formal complaint with no joy. I have supplied them with all paperwork they required and everything else i possibly could, I showed them my Passport but it had expired, they asked me to apply for a Citizens card at first which went on for 2 months!!! but the Citizens card is impossible to get and now so is the renew of my Passport because these companies are too intrusive and want me to supply a referee who know you and have a personal relationship with for over 2 years!!! None of these Professionals know me that well and they feel intrusive by me asking them this ”Favour” as they are asked their personal details including their passport number etc etc from off the Passport office and Citizens card!!! Even my own Doctor will not be a referee and does not want to get involved in it!!!!! I have been belittled to the hilt asking these people!!!!! on top of this whilst these disgusting Parasites ”KWIFF” are doing their utmost best to defraud me and they want me to give up so i will give up on my money they owe me so they can reach their end goal which is to rob me and keep it!!!!!
