When placing a top finish bet, the app/website swaps the 2 leading horses if they are the same odds to win. E.g. joint favs of even money in a 5 runner race, you prefer the horse listed first of the 2 joint favs to be placed, so you click on top finish and select the odds to finish in the top 2. Unless you have your wits about you, you’ve actually just selected the other joint fav. Another upfront swindle from Coral, the worst betting site on the planet by far!

Worst customer service, ever! Ended up closing my online account. Four conversations with the customer service team and none of them had any records of the previous calls on system? The Coral Rewards Grabber up until the last couple of months used to be rewarding as in winning 5 spins, 50 or 100 coins. Now it’s 5 coin wins everyday. What is happening coral? all these negative reviews mainly about slots and dead spins. loads of people are having issues and losing lots of money, They say the slots outcome is random and impartial and we know the house always wins, but it definitely seems rigged too much in the casinos favour because the wins are just too infrequent and too small.Iv played slots for years on various sites and this has to be the worst iv ever experienced. Shocking from Coral on many unfortunate occasions in my previous time as a customer. The customer service is rude full stop, Unfortunately very recently there was an incident in Coral, Shirehampton, Bristol. The very young chap behind the counter asked me for ID. I’m twice his age! I was polite in my response in which I then left peacefully. However, I’m confused and annoyed a little. I have won a lot of money in Coral and consider this very bad and insulting customer service. I am no longer a visitor. Plaudits to the one in Bedminster, great atmosphere but not much else.

I have won money which I am trying to deposit from my account and despite doing everything asked of me to verify my identity, mysteriously, I’m told that it can’t be verified & so I can’t have access to the funds. How very convenient. Surely simply shaving my head has not caused this conundrum. Surely your software is far more advanced than that?! This is a general review for all casinos . So now that you have blocked and most likely about to remove slingo wild adventures the same way you done with monopoly . Having contact the customer support and they have said there was nothing wrong with the game when in fact the game says “dead” . Hello friendsDue to my mental health condition I was hoping to get some other opinions on the customer interaction I just experienced with coral bookmakers online.After years of illness and poor health some say we are vulnerable yet we try fight our health conditions and the stigma around mental health.To summarise.What happened is I won a 1000 on the slots. Now I never win anything and as a loyal coral customer I only play with themI put faith and wholehearted trust in coral.I won a lot of money, £1000.I have video evidence of this.I tried to withdraw my remaining balance after I spent 350 of the money on coral.as a loyal customer on a low incomeI live in poverty I was left with 650Moving on swiftly, I kindly asked coral to withdraw my balance to a fully legitimate legal payment method of mine.So they closed my account down. No reason or explanation given They wanted legal documentation. So naturally I did what was required of me legislatively speaking and provided these with immediate effect.They then asked for the same information repetitively leaving me confused and questioning my own sanity.I gave what they wanted and after explaining my banking situation they persisted on ignoring the contents of our chat logs and emails and asking for the same information.I bank with a credit union and not a bankSo they differ in how they operate, banks and credit unionsThey were brilliant at hounding me down asking for the same information. Not listening or understanding my position Afta I supplied the correct documents.They were excellent at repeatedly asking for the same information.Stalking my with emails bombarding me with emails asking the same information.I supplied everything they asked for.I explained my banking situation this only added to the character self esteem and my personal integrity annihilation they inflicted.Brilliant at being professionally unprofessional.I asked them to explain their systems protocol and processes.Because some one told me they am abusing their position of power.Someone else said they are bullying you because they want to see you without your moneyThey just ignored me my questions and my concerns they made feel worthless I asked them to explain and describe the codes of practices that they adhere to and guess what, no answersno answer have been given thus farI personally am haunted by this experience What do you think about this?I was treated disgustinglyDoes anyone have any viewpoints on this
