I made a small deposit £20 with Coral. Have minor losses and a moderate win, thus have less than £100 in my account. They will not release my money to me and have frozen my account. They will not answer the question of why not just transfer balance to card with which I opened the account.If I ever get MY money, I will close my account. Hopeless customer service

Just visited Corals shop in Storrington. Athough not a ‘regular’ I call in two or three times a week to place a bet. Cashier today engineered ( aka created a confrontation which didn’t exist other than in her own mind) a situation to throw her weight around, bully and threaten. Been betting online and in shops over 40 years and NEVER had a problem. Didn’t have a problem today but walked into an ambush by an aggressive, bullying individual. Needless to say no more CORALS.
