-10 stars if I could it’s a joke of a company and when things go wrong they blame the customers for example I was playing blackjack at £10 per hand and got from £20 to £200 and was going to play one last hand at £10 win or lose I was going to take it out, until I pressed “rebel and deal” it somehow changed to £100 even if I pressed the “double and reset it still would only bet £20 and even if it pressed “rebet” and then kept doubling it, it would still go £10 £20 £40 £80 £160 so with that it’s nowhere near £100 on both sides of the scale also the support is just useless telling me it must’ve been me as they can’t change the stakes??? THE WORST BETTiNG APP THERE IS !!!! Nothing short of thieves. Put over £70 in the breaking banks game,playing £1 spins the whole time. I have recieved a Life ban because a girl working there told lies about me backed up by her friend and colleague,all i said when placing a bet was cash,she accused me of waving some slips in her face which is untrue,she went berserk at me shouting and abusive,then accused me of saying sexual things a few weeks ago which were also lies,i have since been told that she said i tried taking her phone on grand national day,I cannot believe this is happening,i am 70 years old and have never been abbusive or rude to anyone obviously corals will take their staffs side and there is nothing i can do about it,its just the Lies i hate,i cannot send an email its impossible to get in touch with them it’s just disgraceful.

Paid my first visit to a shop in a long time to place a cash bet on the Masters golf. Requested a price on Corey Connors and the cashier asked me what meeting he was running at as she couldn’t find a horse of that that name. Was then refused a cash bet over the counter and told to use the terminals. The shop was empty mid afternoon bar four fellas pumping cash into the crack cocaine FOBT’s. Last night I closed my Coral Account after my final ACCA bet. The site and company are rip off merchants. ACCA bets placed up to the moment of kick off are met with suspended matches at kick off meaning the cash out facility is removed. Coral say they suspend matches because they cannot get the scores yet other websites clearly have the live scores. Domestic matches as in yesterdays Fulham/Liverpool match were showing a 1 -1 draw yet Fulham were 3 – 1 up. With every ACCA bet they suspend at least one match denying cash out or scores are wrong and updating means you have to refresh the page. On Saturdays Grand National a free place £10 and get a £10 bet was unobtainable. Coral contacted by live chat to be met with excuse after excuse wasting an hour as they referred to conversing with their team, asking for details they already had and then asking “how’s your day been so far”. A Cross Bet was refused because a player who committed an on field yellow card was shown the card after the ref took control of the game off field. They do not answer or quote numerous rules to not pay out legitimate winnings. Slots are slow, freeze and you never win even with the 50% increase in stake for “more chances of winning feature” a pure rip off. On 100 test runs of this on each, there was no feature or even any likelihood of getting the feature with the enhanced payment. 100 on enhanced 0. 100 on normal 5 times. When you get a rare winning streak game mysteriously freezes or contact is lost. The online chat is in some foreign country with clueless advisors. Management are unobtainable and attempts to call are met with dead phone lines. This company is a scam. The betting app gets you hundreds of messages per day 24/7 encouraging betting despite continually blocking. I am now drafting a full report to the Gaming Commissioners and a local MP who has had success in taking gambling companies to task. Coral are not a responsible company but continue to use and encourage irresponsible methods. Their shop staff even admit themselves that their online sites are designed to rip people off. Scum and con merchants and this is not a moan about losing but a genuine complaint of scamming practices by a rip off company not based in or paying UK taxes!
