Your new site is absolutely rubbish! Many favorites are gone, site is awful to navigate and your slots no longer pay out. I used to like Coral its now rubbish! Wont be bothering any more. Large groups like coral ladbrokes getting too greedy!! People will leave and I dont blame them.

Very bad company didn’t get my withdrawal for 3 weeks on the slots as they have problems paying back to MasterCard told them around 30 times I asked for my withdrawal to go to PayPal so 30 long phone calls to be cut off after 25 min wait twice in one night and told different information by everyone is a joke they take your money quick enough and constantly waiting longer for withdrawal when Ladbrokes pay out very quick

There has been one newspaper article (StokeonTrent Live) that was brought to my attention where a punter in a Stoke Shop was refused to be paid out because his bet was cashed at Dagenham, hundreds of miles away.

Corals have since resolved this but another punter also brought it to my attention that they had placed a bet in Burnley and were refused payment again because of a payout in Dagenham.

I have tried to contact them about the mater but they have refused to let me speak to the people who would be concerned to investigate it.

My advice would have to be that, although such activity is unlikely to affect the small punter, until such time as Corals resolve these issues, the security of their data systems seems to be compromised.

Suspended my bet win within 5 minutes of winning, awful and such a scam. They can literally Suspend your ability to take your winnings WHENEVER they please after the matches. So literally seconds, or minutes. Be careful.

20/02/2020 at 8 a.m. I was going to come into the Coral in 28 Golders Green Rd. but the door was locked. I waited till 8.10 and  then knocked on the door. A lady who worked there let me inside but was very upset, refused to switch the betting machines on and told me to go to bet to somewhere else. I left. In tears 🙂

New edition, corals are now thieves… Was doing football bets and at the time had 20 quid in my account… 2 mins later it had become minus 17 pounds, no idea why as all my winning bets from previous were legit… No reply from them so down 37 quid, they do nothing online, they don't reply to emails, the call center staff can't talk English… Hope they go out of buisness

They change your currency to deposit / withdraw money without first notifying you. They do it only to charge you commission when depositing / withdrawing money. It should be illegal.

The customer support are garbage. They end the conversation when they get bored and invent you that they will contact you by email but it's a lie.

I don't know how Coral think it's acceptable to take this much money from people.

Lost 5-6 thousand in a few months playing only slots, no sensible person would continue with this with this loss rate. The machines/games are far to greedy, suspiciously most payouts put you back to where you originally started at the beginning of the session.

I have so much free time and cash to play these games but they are so scam worthy.

I played so much of Play'n'go, Red Tiger, PlayTech and NetEnt – all far to greedy.

I've closed my account with Coral and have done with every other video casino platform.

One day these websites will be illegal and deemed a danger to society. They are directly responsible for widespread depression and increased suicide rates. One day this industry will be seen in the same light as slavery (something that used to be okay).

Worst bookies ever, time and time again their customer service stinks, did a virtual football bet… It finished 2-1..i did 2-1 and 3 goals to be scored, corals put them as lost, online chat does nothing, they refer you to email.. Had one email last night saying they would look into it.. Nothing since.. It can't be that bloody hard, shop won't help, given phone number… Their call centre seems to be based in India now and 4 people I've spoken to can barely speak English.. What an effin joke… Never again

Dreadful experience with them at the moment. I have been waiting for a withdrawal for 7 days and everyday they have been telling me I would receive the money within 24 hours. Shockingly enough I never do receive it.
So many other better betting companies out there. For your own sanity I would advise not to use Coral.

Not good , i would only recommend to stay way clear of coral – keep the money in your pocket, or find 1 of the better bookies available. I had an issue with them , lost a few quid down to an error on their part , they did everything possible and more to avoid responsibility – not speaking from a sore loser etc , put it down to a loss etc but the service / customer service i received was shockingly bad.

I have been emailing phoning live chatting all in order to get my account unblocked as they blocked it because I asked for a refund on the French lotto after they took my bets then stopped doing the French lotto, they are now saying it is not my account even though I've sent them all my ID documents again and told them the username, password and my name they still won't unblock it. I have been with Coral for many years and this is how they treat their customers, don't bother signing up with them it's a farce and the customer service is none existent.

I think corals withdrawal policy is shocking withdrew the 22nd its 28th still haven't received there defo behind in times with withdrawal every book maker I know you receive it not the morning after but the next it takes 2 days before they even approve good at taking your money in seconds but getting it back in this day in age with technology it should be with you within 24hrs worst withdrawal I have experienced with a bookmaker avoid like the plague

Bolton shop has friendly, dedicated and caring staff, who are being treated appallingly by their head office who have decided to axe their shop and make them fight for redeployment or redundancy.
Let me be clear up front – I use the Coral shop on Chorley Old Road just outside of Bolton and the staff are great, the shop is warm, welcoming and clean. The manager Mike and his team (including Denise, Sean and Gary) go out of their way to make you have a happy experience. I'm always offered a tea or coffee when I'm there and its quiet and all the staff seem to enjoy a good chat and are interested in the sports I bet on and how I'm getting on. In this day and age that's a unusual pleasure!

So imagine how I felt when I heard they would have to fight for their jobs, suffer the shame and embarrassment of having to take tests and be reinterviewed for a position in another store.

In my uneducated view its the decision makers at the Head Offices of Coral / Ladbrookes who should be made to take tests (of their sanity) and who should be held accountable for their poor decsion making that pulls the rug out from under the feet of hard-working and caring staff like these.

This shop closes on February 23rd 2020. I for one, who have spent literally hundreds of pounds in their store will never place one penny in a machine owned by the Coral/Ladbrookes organisation nor step into one of their shops every again.

Shame on you top brass for doing this – and all the very very best to all the staff on the shop floors who have to deal with me and awkward sods like me on a daily basis. Your daily chats and warm welcomes will be missed. – I'll have to make my own coffee now

As everyone should know now coral and Ladbrokes are the same..in the Ladbrokes shop in Barnsley some staff will not accept a betat all.. if the races just set off regardless of the distance 2 miles 3 miles she will not take the bet says it will be void.. so when I put a bet on at their sister company over 7 furlongs 10 seconds late I expected a refund… The bet was accepted apparently and they allow 10 seconds late on a 7 furlong race everyone reading this should tell their friends 10 seconds on a 7 furlong race that's what you are allowed.. needless to say my horse has lost.. when when clearing these things try not to tell them that your bet number…. The facts speak for themselves it's 10 seconds or 20 seconds regardless of the size of the bet so who plays is it the rules are the rules but if you look carefully there's no mention of how late you can be in the rules and none of the staff know it… Although the same company now now I've always thought coral is the slightly better than Ladbrokes… But shocking customer service on both companies. You'll be much better off backing online beware of these shops shocking prices on football as well

Did a football bet in local corals. Odds online 20-1 shop gave me 14-1. That was on a correct score. First goal scorer 22-1 same as online. Scorecast 150-1. How can 14-1 and 22-1 double be 150. Real odds 330-1 so where's 150-1 come from? Robbing thieves. Complaining to ibas I've lost before a balls been kicked!

so i decided to make account with coral today in order to stake 10 and get the 50 welcome bonus to see if i could beat the wagering. bad idea that was after depositing i checked the terms and conditions of the bonus then went to play the slots everytime i went to spin it says "technical error". ok live chat time so they basically say my account is under investigation lol. to cut a long story short i rang the contact number spoke to someone who said send us identification so we can speed up the process. it could take up to 7 days !!??? im locked out of my account after depositing for a welcome bonus is this for real?? im getting my deposit money back and closing this account before i have even lost a penny what a joke of a casino this is never had this problem before with sky or grosvenor.
