Over 6k down to them since January last year, no wins at all, any time any money-10/15min and all in.. i have stopped paying money to them around february this year by started keeping with other online casinos and i'm up almost 3.5k.. if i would stay with coral probably i would loose more by now. Keep yourself well away from them. Dont chase your money, go somewhere else instead

I’ve never had any problems with pay outs. Usually in 24h my winning were in my bank account. Had some nice winnings but also big looses. Seems like every time I win a bit I have to play all that back to get a chance win again, but overall I love this site, one of the best I am playing on. Customer service been great and kind always, helped me. Site is fast.

Absolutely Shocking, deposited and bet 20p on a random 10 race accumulator. Estimated returns was 5726. Actual returns 2 . What a joke!! Asked customer services and every time cancelled my call. Then had to give all my details every time. 4 times. Finally got somewhere and he referred me to a online free bet calculator.WHAT A JOKE!! Asked why are the estimated returns for my accumulators so high if I can only win peanuts (cut off). I didn't swear or be impolite like they were. Now going through a complaints procedure which is also a joke. Realistically NEVER going to see any money. If the bet return was 2 I wouldn't have bothered. It was high odds low stake unlikely to come in bet. Anyone else had this scam company problem??

Site is incredibly slow, games did not load or stopped running often. I've had not had issue on other sites, nor am I a bad loser. The game BeetleJuice Megaways was not functioning as advertised (bonus never game up in over 1000 spins, nor did the "mystery ghost" feature). The absolute worst customer experience ever when I connected with them to complain, it felt like the agent was being deliberately obnoxious just so I would disappear.

Idk what's wrong with the others but Coral if one of my favourite site. Would be so good more reload offers for your users. 🙂 Personally I never ever had a problem with withdrawing or anything. The site as a whole is on a par with most others. However, when it comes to paying out, their process is scandalous and designed to trap you into reversing withdrawals. Why on earth should it take up to 3 working days for a withdrawal to be processed? That's without the time the bank's take! If you withdraw on a Friday afternoon, it may not be processed until the following Wednesday, meaning you'll be lucky to see the money within a week. And all the time that the withdrawal is waiting to be processed, the temptation remains to reverse it rather than pay in a smaller amount. This is clearly an unethical process. How do the Gambling Commission let them get away with it!?

I use many sites to online gamble and none of them are as bad at paying out wins as coral bonuses are rare on coral and payout such small amounts ruffly to evry 10 I deposit I see about 3 24p wins then the tenner is gone that's on 60 pence a spin also noticed if your up and change your stakehigher it will take it all back with no wins its not the best site iv used for sure

Another shockingly bad slot experience. Over a dozen deposits for only low stake minutes of game play. Over 600 spins on Book of Dead with no bonus. Doesn't sound very random to me. Avoid this site, it's clearly cheating people out of money.

Avoid and stop playing slots in general almost all provides manipulate with rtp and lowering your chances of winning, do a little research and you will see thats why a lot of people losing so much money even without any future or bonus round. Everything is fixed and even if you win they knkw everything about you how much you spend and how much you play so you can have some wins to make you addicted and afterwards just 20-30% rtp and all your money gone.

Terrible. Their on line betting freezes. You think you have placed a bet but no acknowledgement and no reduction in your account balnce so you bet again and again and again. Still no response. So you switch to another betting company. I used William Hill. Placed bet first time no problem. When I re log in to Corals the bet has been accepted 4 times and there is a reduction in account balance big time. I call this computer gliche. Contacted Corals uslss customer service would not refund. So I now use William Hill all the time with no problem. Avoid Corals use William Hill. Corals are a bunch of thieving >>>>>>>

Avoid coral on line at all cost. Even online chat is a bloody nightmare. It was like talking to a 3 year old child. I will not be using coral online or the shops. If your a normal person use another bookies, because coral seem to been for people with the mental age of a new born goat.

First and foremost, don't be fooled by the .co.uk website address, the Customer Service department is not based in the UK. Write a lengthy, wordy Email to them and see how it gets handled- they give themselves false (English) names, like Syvia but they cannot grasp simple English. If their (non) understanding of your written word isn't enough, read their poorly worded replies, along with their awful grammar, it tells its own story.

Collectively, everyone needs to complain to the Gambling Commission, The Senet Group and IBAS. These complaints need to result in a hefty fine for Coral, or GVC Holdings as a whole.

They have no interest in your welfare, will take take take take and take and if you have a legitimate reason for claiming money back, they will hide behind their Ts and Cs or simply ignore you. They are designed, I believe, to take money from problem gamblers as they have no safety measures in place and will allow you to fund an account (that is not yours) from a third party source (PayPal for eg).

Please, if you are going to gamble, do it elsewhere and well away from this bunch of criminals.

I joined on Friday to be told I need to provide proof of who I am. I sent the proof in and 3 days later still have not been credited with my money or corals account after numerous emails and phone calls I'm still waiting. What I thought was a weekend of betting has now gone by and not a apology for the way I have been treated.

I have now been waiting over 24 hours for Coral to payout on an online bet. They freely acknowledge the bet won and have given no reason why they are not paying out other than it is being "reviewed".

Awful treatment.

Do not see how they can hold on to winnings. Would advise using a different site as awful customer treatment. They freely take money on losing bets without issue…..
