Ive lost count how much ive lost with CORAL im supposed to be a VIP CUSTOMER (joke)well if you are a vip customer they give you 10 free spins on a Friday when i first joined coral about 4mths ago i won every friday the last 2 weeks ive had 20 free spins and won 50p PATHETIC and there roulette is rigged 100%im going back to skybet stay away from this lot and there customer service is shocking they talk to you like you have come from under there shoe if i was asked to rate them out of 10 i would give them a 1 and thats being generous and they are even taking away the 5pwd free bet if you spend 25pwd oh and there cashouts are crap aswell on the football out of all the conversations ive had with coral and there as been loads ive spoken to 1 decent person

App/website Hardly ever works properly, can't login, get booted when trying to cash out etc.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE the returns on this site are a complete and utter disgrace if by some miracle you get a decent win it is guaranteed you will lose at least double before you get anything else worthwhile thr rtp percentage is consistently around 60% if your lucky no idea how this site gets away with returns which must be borderline illegal unless you enjoy losing and getting very little or no gameplay for your money do not use this site I would not recommend it to my worst enemy

I have been emailing phoning live chatting all in order to get my account unblocked as they blocked it because I asked for a refund on the French lotto after they took my bets then stopped doing the French lotto, they are now saying it is not my account even though I've sent them all my ID documents again and told them the username, password and my name they still won't unblock it. I have been with Coral for many years and this is how they treat their customers, don't bother signing up with them it's a farce and the customer service is none existent.

I think corals withdrawal policy is shocking withdrew the 22nd its 28th still haven't received there defo behind in times with withdrawal every book maker I know you receive it not the morning after but the next it takes 2 days before they even approve good at taking your money in seconds but getting it back in this day in age with technology it should be with you within 24hrs worst withdrawal I have experienced with a bookmaker avoid like the plague

Disgusting company today I had 2 tickets winning for over 30 min no cash out available but would let me cash out on others soon as a goal went in for my tickets to now be losers they allowed a cash out !! Company should be shut down for fraudulent On goings !

Bolton shop has friendly, dedicated and caring staff, who are being treated appallingly by their head office who have decided to axe their shop and make them fight for redeployment or redundancy.
Let me be clear up front – I use the Coral shop on Chorley Old Road just outside of Bolton and the staff are great, the shop is warm, welcoming and clean. The manager Mike and his team (including Denise, Sean and Gary) go out of their way to make you have a happy experience. I'm always offered a tea or coffee when I'm there and its quiet and all the staff seem to enjoy a good chat and are interested in the sports I bet on and how I'm getting on. In this day and age that's a unusual pleasure!

So imagine how I felt when I heard they would have to fight for their jobs, suffer the shame and embarrassment of having to take tests and be reinterviewed for a position in another store.

In my uneducated view its the decision makers at the Head Offices of Coral / Ladbrookes who should be made to take tests (of their sanity) and who should be held accountable for their poor decsion making that pulls the rug out from under the feet of hard-working and caring staff like these.

This shop closes on February 23rd 2020. I for one, who have spent literally hundreds of pounds in their store will never place one penny in a machine owned by the Coral/Ladbrookes organisation nor step into one of their shops every again.

Shame on you top brass for doing this – and all the very very best to all the staff on the shop floors who have to deal with me and awkward sods like me on a daily basis. Your daily chats and warm welcomes will be missed. – I'll have to make my own coffee now

dunt seem to be what it was a year or so ago.
roulette rarely pays, slots pathetic.

vip scheme not on pare we other companys. Dont get any incentive to use them.

today on slots bonus drops 26 free spins on feature, won 4.25 says it all really.

positives they seem to pay out rather quick we no issues.

but yeh i must say iv really gone of this site.

As everyone should know now coral and Ladbrokes are the same..in the Ladbrokes shop in Barnsley some staff will not accept a betat all.. if the races just set off regardless of the distance 2 miles 3 miles she will not take the bet says it will be void.. so when I put a bet on at their sister company over 7 furlongs 10 seconds late I expected a refund… The bet was accepted apparently and they allow 10 seconds late on a 7 furlong race everyone reading this should tell their friends 10 seconds on a 7 furlong race that's what you are allowed.. needless to say my horse has lost.. when when clearing these things try not to tell them that your bet number…. The facts speak for themselves it's 10 seconds or 20 seconds regardless of the size of the bet so who plays is it the rules are the rules but if you look carefully there's no mention of how late you can be in the rules and none of the staff know it… Although the same company now now I've always thought coral is the slightly better than Ladbrokes… But shocking customer service on both companies. You'll be much better off backing online beware of these shops shocking prices on football as well

Did a football bet in local corals. Odds online 20-1 shop gave me 14-1. That was on a correct score. First goal scorer 22-1 same as online. Scorecast 150-1. How can 14-1 and 22-1 double be 150. Real odds 330-1 so where's 150-1 come from? Robbing thieves. Complaining to ibas I've lost before a balls been kicked!

so i decided to make account with coral today in order to stake 10 and get the 50 welcome bonus to see if i could beat the wagering. bad idea that was after depositing i checked the terms and conditions of the bonus then went to play the slots everytime i went to spin it says "technical error". ok live chat time so they basically say my account is under investigation lol. to cut a long story short i rang the contact number spoke to someone who said send us identification so we can speed up the process. it could take up to 7 days !!??? im locked out of my account after depositing for a welcome bonus is this for real?? im getting my deposit money back and closing this account before i have even lost a penny what a joke of a casino this is never had this problem before with sky or grosvenor. STAY AWAY FROM CORAL !

Not happy with the new poker rooms. Seems like they have sold their soul. It used to be quite personal but has now gone over to us dollars and the reward system is rubbish.

It is really difficult to use now so I think I will spend my evenings doing other things

Please could someone help me – I just checked my credit file and I’ve seen that Coral has undertaken a number of credit checks against an old address on my credit file over a few months last year. I have never even spoke to Coral and don’t even gamble in any way. I am concerned this is fraudulent and would like these searches removed from my file.

Played Hi Lo on their site. When a Queen is drawn and the only cards that can beat it are a Jack or a Queen and you bet on all the other cards, if you bet high, guaranteed a Jack or Queen comes, bet low and it's 50/50. I played for an entire night to test this, only betting when against a Queen or Jack and I bet high every time. 6 times in a row when the Queen came out, it was a snap, another Queen was drawn. I tried placing a 10 ew bet on an evening race. Nothing happened and my balance remained the same. I tried a further 4 times over a 6 / 7 minute period before the off and nothing happened my balance was not effected. When I logged on again an hour later low and behold all 5 bets had been accepted when I only wanted to bet once. Don in customer services was most unhelpful. Corals server was slow and did not process any of my bets at the time so I stopped trying. Then when the server no longer goes slow it processed the lot! Are they doing this deliberately. I doubt it but their computer made me try and try again to place the bet and then accepted the lot without my knowledge. It was their computrer that was at fault and it cost me but no refund. This company does not play the game, are unfair even when complained against so take my advice go elsewhere and certainly do not bet again if they do not process the bet straight away due to server problems. They will pay.

Avoid!!!! Even as a “vip” customer you get shameful service they change promos /offers without telling customers even after you have opted in to then and use the “right to change at anytime” under terms and conditions to not pay out!!!!!I

they had a football game due to kick off at 18.00pm 10/11/2019 RETRO FC BRASIL V SE DECISAO FUTBOL CLUBE , i placed a home team win (part of an acca), at 18.10pm 10/11/2019 i managed to get the fulltime result of the game, 2-2 and then away win 3-2 after penalties, as the had started and finished the previous day on 09/11/2019. I shouldn't have been able to place a bet on that game. then tonight, all my 6 open bets were disappearing until i refreshed page and then continue to disappear saying CASH OUT NOT AVAILABLE which is when the bet is settled but the games hadnt started yet. as you can guess, fobbed off with crap from customer services. i really want to complain to someone about this as they are blatantly conning their customers.

Phone app is absolutely disgraceful, 20% of the slot machines don't work… many others have issues with sound, not showing balance or menus not working.

When you get trigger the feature of various slots, the money is put into your balance before you watch the game play out… I thought this was supposed to be entertainment…barely entertaining when I already know what I've won. (Einstein eureka moments slot is a great example).

Odds seem dreadful on this website too, I have been playing various slots machines on this website for nearly 6 months now and have had some considerable wins (1000, 2000) but overall am still 6,500 down… seems like a lot to be down over six months playing… RTP is not 80%, more like 30% or 40%.

Soon these websites and games will be illegal or will have to be honest about the odds and RTP.

They use evolution gaming for their live casino, very worrying how badly rigged some of the live games are, especially the quantum roulette.. I've never seen ball movements like that in my life. Coral's betting server is down more than any other bookies I've ever used.Continuously gives the following error:

"Server is unavailable at the moment, please try again later."

In addition, much like the other reviews below, my account was restricted after using the promotional offers that were emailed to me.

Much better options available elsewhere
