Terrible service today on live chat from Maica had no other choice than contact the director Joe Boyle and await Ming his response. I was sent an offer to get a 10% return max 50 pounds on in play bets last week. I have had them before on tennis and on Monday morning your free bet is there. But speaking to Maica who was no help at all she said no such thing but as I explained and she struggled to take in it was sent to my inbox in my account surely they know what they have sent you she asked on five occasions for a screenshot but like I had already told her I had deleted it as never had a problem before. Unfortunately I have had to contact the director of the company and hope I get a better response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS lot better companies out there to deal with and deliver what their promotions are supposed to Bet 365 and 888 sport far better promotions and service unlike Maica on live chat today.

Trying to withdraw my money for 3 days now , speaking numerous times on chat with them complete waste of time by the way, sent them my driving license and my debit card still nothing , apparently they have unlimited time to withheld your winnings from you , after 8 weeks you can complain to some IBAS and then they contact them. good range of games generally like the site however they offer same day withdrawals which is a feature that I like . the state 2-12 hours but now I’ve been waiting 15 still no sign already had them process using this before no problems this time still pending bit disappointing

Boylesports conned me again! Wanting to get a price day before I took the chance on no best price, the horse had been nibbled 7/1 to 13/2 but as soon as boylesports see a penny early they slash price to 11/2 even though its 13/2 with five other bookies! I made the mistake of taking 11/2 and its gone off 10/1! Last bet ever with this joke shop masquerading as a bookmaker

Having seen many bad reviews I felt I should add some positive comments. I am a boylesports customer many years. I don't bet much as its a fun hobby whenever I can afford it. I bet tiny amounts on sports and racing. Since the start of the pandemic I decided to try the slots. I have won 100 from 10 deposit many times. Slots are random however and some days you can bet a lot with no win. This is the same on any other company platform I've used. Its all about luck. Customer service has been the best I've come across so far in the betting sites. Prompt response, helpful with issues. Problems resolved quickly. Not many bonuses offered, there are usually chances to spin for free spins which runs for 2 to 3 days at a time. Other companies offer far better bonuses. A small number of times when I've had no luck at all with my bets, boylesports gave me a cash gift as a goodwill gesture. Not often, but nice when received. All in all I will continue with boylesports. I have had good days and bad days but that's what you get with gambling. I would give 5 stars but they need to catch up with their competitors when it comes to customer loyalty bonuses and casino bonuses also free tournaments for football, slots and horse racing. These are offered with many other companies.

Weird how after a period of consistent winning my account us suspended and I am asked for private information, proof of funds, bank statements etc.. this is really intrusive behaviour which I have reported to gambling commission. Beware in using this company

First of all Im a genuine reviewer and have written scathing reviews about some companies. Boyle I've found fair… I've not actually gained money but I could have lost more! Payout slightly slower but compared to a lot of big name sharks out there.. They are OK.

Update from previous review on the 6 August .After I left a review on trustpilot regarding the amount of deposit and no bonus feature I received a generic email as you do saying that the slots are random number generated I posted the response on trust pilot As I have been playing pix and mix for years over numerous platforms and have never experienced anything like this before after 2 HR game play at 1 a spin the game states pick less features for more chances of winning not one bonus came in .I received a response from a guy called Brian on trustpilot who said to email him and he would be investing the matter .He sent me a email saying Firstly let me apologize for the email you sent for my attention I did not receive and one of our customer service agents replied in error. That has now been rectified and the reply to this email will go straight to me now from my initial investigation into the issue it looks like you stacked 1107 and lost 468. Absolutely shocking company ,and there customer service skills need a lot of work ,spent nearly an hour and half yesterday afternoon trying to complain about the service .I placed a 14-16 team over 1.5 goals which offers a cash out service I watched the bet for the first half and cashout was suspended the whole time contacted live chat and they told there was a problem and to be patient and it would be up and running in the second half and guess what it wasn’t my bet was two goals away from coming in and the cashout would of been about 40-50 quid and they wouldn’t even give me a complimentary bet and just palmed me off after being on the chat for an hour.I am going to take the matter further because this is the third or fourth time this has happened if you are not going to offer cashout then don’t advertise it very very poor

I signed up on their "make a bet get a free bet" offer, for Euro 2020. A good promotion and one which doubtless brought them lots of new customers. I’m definitely not a high roller but won a few of my bets and then in common with lots of others got the email out of the blue saying: "After recent review of your account, we regret to inform you that you will no longer be able to avail of our Fon-A-Bet service, Horse Racing, Sports or Loyalty promotions and any bonuses outstanding on your account will also be made unavailable. This decision has been made after careful consideration and will not be overturned." So now I can bet on – well sweet FA!

Of course they can bump me off under their terms and conditions. But seriously why spend all that money on recruiting Natalie Sawyer and advertising to win new customers and then mugging them off.

So go ahead – but don’t be surprised in this age of consumer power if those you mug off ruin your reputation with bad reviews on websites like this one. No problem to me as there are loads of other reputable bookies willing to take my bets.

Regaring slots they have a glitch in their software which their IT department insisted was a problem with my laptop even when I told them where to look. I have never had any problem withdrawing money. They did refuse to pay a bonus on 6 winners in a lucky 63 so I now place my online lucky's with other bookmakers. Shops I haven't been in any of their shops since 2013 ( I became ill in 2014 so haven't been fit enough to return to Ireland yet) but I will say the staff in the Sligo branch were some of the nicest,friendliest people one could ever wish to meet.

Great site with a absolutely huge selection of games. You are literally spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing which game to play. Customer service is great and helpful and all around a great site. I can't comment on withdrawal yet as I have not made one. The only constructive criticism I could give would be more bonuses/incentives, I received a 14 loyalty bonus which is very nice but I have made deposits in the region on 500 so 14 instead of 15 seems like a weird number to me but it could just be how they calculate things, I like to play bingo and games so more promotions/bonuses in the bingo section would be great. Overall a fantastic site and I would highly recommend.

If I could give it no stars I would just deposited 400 and played rainbow riches pix and mix with the option of 3 bonus features coming in you can chose from more but can choose 3 at a time or less options I played 1 a spin must have been spinning a good 2 hrs and not 1 feature come in. For all the negative reviews then I read I must say I didn't have that experience. Ryan in customer services, I think he said his name was, he phoned me back when he said he would, he helped me with my problem I felt when he was talking to me my problem was important at no stage did, I feel rushed or that it was some sort of inconvenience, thank you for your assistance.

If u want to loose your money- it's a best site to do that!. Yes I know worse site then this, but definitely not worth spend your money here. 1) they giving everyday bonus- 70 percent they even not work ( spend 20 and we will give free spins. Traders must be asleep up in Dundalk most of the time. Serious amount of markets not coming down on time, which is therefore causing a serious amount of cancelled bets (palpable errors). Frustrating for any punter that gets caught up in this and has bets cancelled.

I make make deposits with Google pay. All day long . Everything was OK till I losing. After I start just get my money back they block my account. They tell my to provide pic of my card ,I do. But it was not good for them. They need google pay full virtual card number. But google pay securities can't give this information. I try to explain, proof them I log in on google pay with my personal card,I show them transactions from google pay,from my bank statement. I mean they have all info. But my money and my account its still frozen!!!!! No unswer no explain. Just ignore. I hope I get my money back.and after that ……. you boylesport. Terrible experience.

After posting a previous review they reached out and because I didnt want to speak with them or be dumb enough to give my account details they flagged me as writing and making stuff up so got a lovely email from trust pilot to confirm what I wrote was accurate and I sent them the proof to back up what I wrote and its now verified lol 😆 because I have a choice to not respond to a request does not mean im making stuff up. Glitches galore on the slots you'll never really win as for their cash out it's not great either their best prices aren't best prices they got a right few pounds of me never got anything back, the odd time they give you a 2 free bet lol when I think of it now I can't believe I used to fall for this. I've been using this site for a few years now. Never had any problems withdrawing but now after only sending in my bank statement last month, I have emails to prove this. They have asked me again this month for my bank statement, spoke to someone on chat and they said it's there new policy, which I disagree with every month I have to send a bank statement if I want to withdraw my winnings. I feel as though this is wrong as no other casino asks for a bank statement every time I want to withdraw! It's a good site but this is just letting you down every 3/6 months if needed to send my bank statement but not every time I withdraw it's beyond a joke. After this I don't think I'll be using the site again. Not doing this every time I want to withdraw.

Went to back three horses today 14/1 into 10/1 (8/1 boylesports) 2/1 out to 3/1 (still 2/! Boylesports) and 8/1 into 11/2 (9/2 boylesports)Best price is a bit of a con, all backed horses are a point shorter and all drifters dont get pushed out in price time to bet elswhere!!
