Tbh I like paddy Power yes I’ve lost some but I also win compared to other sites. Bad reviews are from people that struggle to grab the concept of gambling. I play on all major sites and spent thousands and lose but on paddy Power I think is much more fair keep it up paddy.

Closed my account, reason being is that was ‘a security issue’, customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. The worst betting agency by far . They advertise the sign up bonus but they never offer it after all . I signed up with them last night , i placed a bet meeting all the criteria they asked and after the bet settled they never give me the sign up promotion bonus . Went to their chat and the customer service is so bad . Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and wont pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my 120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. Absolutely scammers. You read the reviews from the gambling site reviews and they have 4.5 stars. It doesn’t actually let people leave reviews. The gamble sites that review them are paid off obviously. They changed the odds on me and when I turned it into upper management they said those were the odds. I have a video of me placing the bet and they changed the odds on me from when I pushed the button. They have 1 managers that flat out lie. There system doesn’t work all the time. I put a bet in for a -3 and it put my bet in as a +3 for the other team..I had to forfeit 30% of my initial bet to cancel the one I didn’t want. I used them for 2 weeks and got scammed. Going to stop placing sports bets with coral now as they have stopped all gaming promotions I enjoyed playing the slots tournaments even though you never win also liked playing the grabber game which was also not that good but when there is no sport promotions what is the point, where is my reward for betting with you? I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. A lot of these reviews seem a little unfair, i think most bookmakers will receive a negative review on trustpilot for one reason or another from punters who are losing obscene amounts of money from their own accord.

I can only speak from personal experience, i have been using boylesports for about 2 months now after a friend told me about it and i have been pleasantly surprised… won a few hundred pounds from different football bets and i have always received my money within 2 hours and always seem to be receiving free bets, no complaints from me.

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didn’t have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Seems this site is really going down hill, used to get a 20 cash bonus every 2/3 months. I opened my account in 2007 and the service back then was good. Started using them again recently and was horrified by the payout of their slots but I know this can happen on any site.

It wasn’t the losing that was the issue, it was the structure of their site and their promotions which are basically worthless.

Having spent about 3000 and getting less than 100 in actual bonuses, I wanted to speak to management. This didn’t happen, all I got was a response from the ‘safer gambling’ team who told me someone would contact me that day – which they didn’t. I pointed this out the following morning and got an email saying my account had been closed.

So basically they now close accounts because you ask to speak to management!

Then this morning I get a call from Ireland! The lady says I had requested a call from a manager! I explained that it was a bit late and pointless now since the account was closed – she said she couldn’t reverse it so I asked her why she was calling then! She said because I’d requested a call! 😂😂

I thanked her for proving how stupid their safer gambling team were and wrote them a scathing email which I told them not to reply to.

Avoid this greedy company with its horrible staff, they really don’t deserve to be operational.

Avoid. I opened account 3 years ago ,played a little bit and then my account has been suspended. I forgot about it and move on,but because I had some funds left I decided to ask what's going on few times in the past year. Guess what. 3 years !!!!! later account is still under review and they told me to wait for updates. If that's not a scam ,then I don't know what is. Every reputable business would make some kind of decision by then, even if that would be account closure,but not Boylesport. These guys are pathetic. They simply will not tolerate winners.

The moment a customer dares to win, they effectively close down their account by restricting stake amounts and often refusing to accept bets at all.

It seems Boylesports are happy to take money from (often vulnerable) losing customers but refuse to lose relatively small amounts to those that have the temerity to win.

If you are using Boylesports and haven’t had your account restricted yet…STOP USING THEM AS IT MEANS THEY ARE BEATING YOU.
