I rate your app, but some of your staff in new shops should have better customer service as they do put me off from going in and me using other shops belonging to other companies as they make you feel welcome and comfortable

Horrible,3 times I can’t my passport and bills in. Then I send all paper to the head office. Then I get a phone call all it’s fine I can use the account..but next day I get a new email …we need all again was not good enough for us. I be 64 years old..and for my bet I don’t need that. So I send back deleted my account and send that 20 euro security money back to my account.

IT is really fast. Free spins is a nice benefit but getting free rewards, in particular roulette games, is frustrating and not easy to find free spins. Any time I had human interaction it was excellent.

Opened account using their free bet offer and they did not give me the free bet. When I got in touch with them to ask why they asked for proof of ID, address etc which they said they needed for verification. I then get an update saying verifiaction has been passed, then subsequesntly I get a further email saying my account is now closed. Good job I lost the bet as withdrawing money must be impossible if simply getting the promised free bet is this difficult. Avoid these guys, plenty of other decent bookmakers out there.

In a Boylesport betting office you can pay by card for your bets like many other betting offices. However, staff refuse to pay any winnings back to your card, unlike other betting offices. Why would this be? 2023 ffs

Easy to follow site for horse racing, only joined Saturday 16-9-23 so early days, won a little on live casino wednesday eve, excellent experience, low stakes bet 20p, withdrew some next day and back in my bank same day! Spoke to customer services regarding odds on 1 winner on a lucky 15 bet as I was drawn to the site by a comparison site saying they paid triple odds on one winner, they don’t its double like all the others except Betfred, however they dont give best odds guaranteed and Bolesports do so if you get more than one winner the payout could be better with them, so you have a choice I guess. Good all round site to press and hope the experience stays that way.

Sites excellent in my opinion , payouts super fast also Sent my documents numerous times but always said never received , even showed their live chat proof off emails sent in the end account frozen , because documents not received Couldn’t be bothered to send again so closed account even though live chat asked me to send on that app was not prepared to forward that information so loosely

Very poor company. They put a deposit limit on my account within 3 days of me opening the account, even though I had recovered and withdrawn the money that I had initially deposited, and I still had £878 remaining from my winnings. It BoyleSports start working against you the moment you start winning. I have no words for them.

Poor value prices, just backed two horses got 15/2 both of them, looked on oddschecket and they are 12/1 and 10/1 absolute rip off! The 12/1 shot opened 12/1 was never 15/2 anywhere in the world except boyleconsports it returned 16/1

Retail with this company is a joke. Staff totally under trained, cannot translate bets even though there’s virtually nobody in the shops leaving them far from busy. They also open whatever time they like it seems.

I spent £700 + over 24 hours on live casino i admit I made a mistake by not opting into the promotion. But as it’s states stake £50 get £25. I goes on live chat there is nothing they can do not even offered me to add them manually give me a heads up by not opt in you will lose future promotions but no very unhelpfull absolute shambles as I spent 10x the required amount and there’s nothing they can do not even add it!! You settle losing bets immediately, but you take forever to settle winning bets. I had a winning bet that was settled after 24 hours yesterday. I am currently still awaiting 2 bets to be settled for a match that ended 8 hours ago. Those bets are still not settled even though I called Customer Services twice and I was assured that this would be settled. This is absolutely ridiculous.
