Be warned guys they will restrict your account and you will have no appeal option. Created the account and placed two bets of £500 each which won and guess what I receive an email and text to say my account has been restricted and can’t even use the free £20 bonus I got for signing up. I try to place a bet of £1 and it doesn’t go through and says to wait while it’s referred to a trader who say the maximum I can bet is £0.10p lol what a joke and even when I try to use the £20 bonus by placing a bet of £0.50p that gets referred to a trader who allows me to only bet £0.05p haha needless to say I have already closed my account 24 hours after opening it.

The casino just feels very un-win-able. I play on numerous casino sites, as every now and again i will get a decent win.. but Doyle sport games just seem so dead.. dead spin after dead spin after dead spin. Much lower RTP compared to other casinos. Always kicks you out of games randomly. I recommend you go and lose your money at a different online site unless you like dead spins.

I re opened my account with boylesport after a period of self exclusion. They allowed me to re open my account without a 24 hour cooling off period. Sadly this caused me and sent me on a path of self destruction. I’ve lost all of my money and I won’t drop this lightly. Boylesport have a responsibility to protect its customers. Theyve failed me

Boyle sports has become terrible for offering either value or a professional service.Their self service betting terminals are so unreliable. The data is not updated quickly enough. It advertises the markets as open but you go to place the bet it rejects.More often that not in recent weeks the self service betting terminals have been unusuable due difficulty navigating pagesAlso a lot of the inplay markets are very bad value compared to competitors

A few weeks ago I put a glowing review about this company which I had rejoined after many years away. Very Sadly my opinion has changed since I put on a winning bet at what I thought were BEST ODDS GUARANTEED but these were Not given at payout. I am not a professional gambler but I regularly use Boylesports along with two other companies including paddypower so I feel I can tell their strengths and weaknesses. Boylesports Laks of clarity and transparency, they want you to believe that they are paying huge winnings (especially with the “games” section) in the range of 500k to 3M but at the end of the day it is all a bit wishi washy . I received an email saying that I was one of the winners of a 10k giveaway (it turned out I won 20bucks btw) but it never told me how much I won, so after numerous phone calls and live chat I spoke to this lady that answered the call with “hi” followed by silence… I started to think I was calling someone else number, … long story short she told me I won 20bucks and it was paid already into my account, well… when I say there’s no transparency… no track of the winnings appears in my account, nowhere it says I won 20 euro, I cannot find that payment and as far as I’m concerned I could have won 10k and lost it just because perhaps they don’t want to make clear how many winners are there and what was won. I had to spend ages on the phone to find out what was going on, and the first few phone calls they were not answering my questions. As much as it is regulated and so forth you would assume you can trust Boylesports but Because I feel Boylesports isn’t making things as clear and transparent as it should be I’d rather spend more time and my cash on more reliable and trustworthy companies. While Paddy power has it’s own weaknesses I feel it’s more secure especially when it comes down to decent winnings. I loved Boylesports lotto section but after this 10k incident really I’ll have let it go. Btw another incident about one year ago ..I won a lotto 4 number accumulator with Boylesports and that was never paid to me as some Time after my bet I got a message saying that they refunded my bet as I lodged funds from my PayPal account… I read the message after the draw so I couldn’t do anything about it, it was not a lot of money I think about 80bucks but at the end of the day their credibility and integrity is never challenged because we are all single players and all we can do is leave a negative feedback on trustpilot… chances are that they are going to reply to this feedback with same copy and paste asking to contact them for clarification but we all know where it goes…

As per lots of other reviews I signed up via the awful app. My bet lost, only for me to think, well, I’ve a £20 free bet to make up for it. However, I was told that my IP had been flagged for shared use. Utter nonsense as I’d used my 4g on my phone. They seem to be using this for every new customer to avoid paying out. Such low tactics.

I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews they’ve been great for me had a few wins and paid very quickly… currently my bigger win is still pending for a little longer than usual so fingers crossed for that but I’m sure it’s fine.
