Sites got worse lately very buggy takes ages to try place a simple bet as keeps glitching telling me I’m logged out, you log out and log in again for it to not let you place the bet seriously need to sort the bugs out on your site

I signed up to BoyleSports to take advantage of their Welcome Offer, which promised £20 in free bets after placing a £10 bet. However, I never received the free bets. When I contacted their live chat support, I was told I didn’t qualify for the offer because my IP address had been flagged as being “shared” in their system. I’m using data on my mobile and live alone?This will be reported to the UK Gambling Commission.

I signed up to BoyleSports for their Welcome Offer, whereby I’d receive £20 in free bets once I placed a £10 bet of my own. I did not receive these free bets. I contacted them on live chat, and was told that I “did not meet the criteria for our sign-up offer because [my] IP address has been identified for shared use within [their] system.” Neither myself nor my family have used BoyleSports, and we have lived at this address for over two decades. This is definitely something that needs to be investigated by the UK Gambling Commission, as I’m sure there are many others signing up thinking they’ll be getting a free bet when actually, they won’t.

Where to start, I didn’t get the sign up bonus despite meeting criteria like hundreds of others leaving reviews. Lost a large sum first day, deposited same again next day. Lost almost half and then starting hitting a few good numbers got most of my losses back, then account got blocked. It let me bet but if my number come out said bet not valid for a few spins before it completely locked. Provided enough ID to get a mortgage or passport ect and was told for player protection. Then told it regarding where did the money I deposit come from. Fact is if I didn’t get blocked I would have had it all back and a profit. It definitely wasn’t player protection as they would have blocked me straight after my second large deposit. I could show where funds come from with proof. (I won an expensive motorbike online and sold it) Two weeks later, no answers, account still blocked, money still held. Avoid these, second worst site I’ve used and the first one turned out to be illegally operating in the UK

I give theses guys a 3 out of 5 . Generally give there welcome bonus and free bets .Would not trust then 100 %however.Like every Bookoe heard bad stories as well with then.Stick with your free bets and promotions and you should be good

My experience has been very good. I deposit a fair bit but in fairness have won a reasonable amount back. Last night I struck lucky and won several thousands. Went to bed a little concerned that there may be delay and difficulty in receiving the money but this morning it’s all in my bank account. I have always found them very prompt on settlement usually in a matter of hours. Happy bunny. There seems to be lots of people who seem to be messed around by other companies on big wins. That has not happened to me👍

Terrible experience with this Scam website. They intice you with bonuses then claim you never did them until you supply proof and videos. They dangle carrots in front of you and don’t follow through. Their website is terrible to navigate and once you actually get a bonus or money it take ages to appear in your available funds. I would stay clear of this site at all costs as they lie and lie and only when you threaten to leave they offer you the bonus.

After responding to a promotional email from Racing Post endorsing Boylesports for the Irish National with an offer of new customers receiving £30 in free bets and £10 casino credit in return for a £10 bet. I deposited £20 (double what they stated as the minimum to qualify for the promotion) I then staked £10.80 on a forecast bet (minimum stake was £10 to qualify for the promotion) and once the bets had been settled and sufficient time had passed, my account still has none of the advertised bonuses that I had fulfilled the criteria to receive. Upon contacting Boylesports Live Chat they just gave me an auto response saying that I did not qualify, followed by some generic, non specific reasons why people don’t qualify, none of which apply to my case.As a Sunderland supporter who once proudly wore a football shirt with this company’s name across my chest, I am absolutely disgusted with how my first experience as a customer has gone.

Disgrace of a company, no accountability.Settled a bet incorrectly and when I contacted customer care to notify them and mentioned websites such as BBC results and flashscore to verify the bet they responded by saying that I was wrong and they use the official league website to settle bets, and provided a link with the result. I checked the link and the result verified my bet was a winner and replied pointing this out. They responded and just said they checked with trader and standing by their decision the bet was a loser.The bet was David mcCann to score a try for ulster and unable to add the link here as won’t allow me but if you Google “URC matchcentre” and then search the result from leinster against ulster on 19/04/25 you will see he scored a try.

I played the slots . I deposited a total of 200 gbp . I played low stake and didn’t win a penny. I tried various slots and couldn’t bonus any until finally I get a bonus on big bass Halloween 2 on 40p stake and I get 3 pound 20. Needless to say my entertainment was zero. I love the slots . Offered me £25 in free bets if I signed up and stake £10 I did exactly that then afterwards I was told I had to verify my ID and put another bet on to get it but when I opened up support before placing the bet it told me to stake £10 on a bet with 1/1 odds or greater and that was all.

I opened an account with BoyleSport and did everything that was required to qualify for the free bets. However, I never received the free bets. When I chased it up I was informed that…“ Unfortunately, your registration did not meet the criteria for our sign-up offer because your IP address has been identified for shared use within our system. Consistent with the terms and conditions of the promotion, free bets will be withheld for reasons such as the use of a shared IP address”This simply isn’t true as I’m the only one in my household with an account with BoyleSports. BoyleSports is a terrible company who I believe simply advertise under a false pretence to fool people into signing up. More fool me though because a quick Google search showed that I’m not the first who’s been caught out by the free bets offer scam.

(Boylesports shop review) backed PSG to win the league in September (3-10 on £400) six games to go they are champions, IE about 6 weeks to wait for my bet, so I gave them a ring just to ask if they could fast track the bet, to my surprise he asked for the docket number, Which I gave him, 2 hours later I got a phone call which said my bet was processed and I could pick up at any time £520.(Sports machine bet) Went into the shop within 2 minutes money in my pocket… People criticise about unreputable firms… this is a five-star review, I’m very grateful it was fast tracked because I was skint…. Stay well clear of them. Wish i’d read all the reviews here before signing up as they will not honour their sign up offer due to there apparently already being an account with my ‘ip address’ which is absolute nonsense.Tried to explain how this must be incorrect on their live chat, customer services not interested.Tried to email them and again explain how this must be incorrect, again customer services not interested.If they have no intention of honouring their sign up offer then they shouldn’t advertise it.

I was worried i wouldn’t receive my free bets as told my many people on Trustpilot, but i decided to go with it because i was assured in live chat that i would be fine.This however wasn’t the case, and a couple of hours after i made the bet, i messaged through live chat to ask about my welcome offer. Sure enough ‘shared ip address’ so received nothing. Not only is the interface and odds garbage on this app, but the customer service is useless as well, and if you are setting up an account with Boyle sports for the welcome offer, then don’t waste your time. This is not the email i used, as i would like to keep myself anonymous to any friends and family who may have a look at trustpilot, but my account is Yousefbets for anyone who may want to make amends from the company.

Wish I had come here to read the reviews before I signed up. Denied free bets (only reason I signed up) due to ip address. I have seen some companies use some ridiculous excuses but this is in the top 3. If BoyleSports is this scummy getting a free bet I would guess you are never getting any winnings out…. Cost me £10 but it could have been a whole lot worse I suppose.

Another victim of their scam. Welcome offer denied due to multiple IPs despite signing up on my home WiFi which is only used by myself. This is fraud. Reached out to customer service who denied my claims.

My partner Christine decided to sign up for bet 10 get 30 and I checked with the support team, who claimed all was well. Valid bet paid on the grand national and guess what. You are using a shared IP (bet was placed on mobile handset using mobile data) . So another scam from BoyleSports. If not then why is this repeated across the board with customers and why they have a 2.8 rating. I am posting here before taking further. All support chats are recorded so I can’t be called a liar. Shame on scam bookmakers.
