Had no problems until I had to reopen my account due to having to show income regarding deposit limitations. Since then any deposit I make wont go straight into my account last one took a week to finally show up. My recent one Ive been told has been rejected and should be returned to my bank in 2-3 days so guess I have to wait not knowing why this happened as live chat dont know. The money as it stands has been taken pending from my bank awaiting Betway to accept. Lets see how long this takes to either be paid in or returned what a joke ?

Am Peter, I registered account with betway after which i fund the account with 40000 Naira, after placing a bet I try to withdraw it bounce back so I chatted with an agent and they ask me to forward my payment slip and my account details, after forward my details I login into the account and the account was locked, so I chatted with an agent and they said they have approved my details so they review my account after the review is complete my account will be unlocked since December 14 no feedback so want account unlock so that I can withdraw my money.

As others pointed out, good luck with getting your withdrawals. It’s been almost a week that all my withdrawal options have been rejected one by one for reasons that I never encountered with any other company. It seems a very shady business, and I would stay away. If I don’t get my withdrawal soon after my 3rd and final attempt, I’ll talk to my lawyer.

Tener cuidado, nunca me habian estafado en mi cara, no hay nadie que los regule, te bloquean la cuenta para no pagarte, habia enviado mi documentacion, todos los documentos fueron aprobados por soporte, solo estaba pendiente el retiro por parte del area de pagos, pasaron 6 dias y nunca me pagaron, y hoy me bloquearon la cuenta sin ninguna razon solo para no pagarte. Was asked too send passport and proof of address which were both accepted. Hi,I had a deposit of 20000 INR through UPI on 23rd Nov 2022. The deposit was neither credited to betway nor refunded to bank. From the first day i am following up they just update banking team is reviewing it..Being such a giant organisation they are verifying them so long.One day when i reached support they said we received feedback pls provide transid,amount and date you did it. After that they said it will be credited by eod. Again today they are saying it is under review. i see some conspiracy like to loot our money. I have tried to withdrawal my funds from my betway account for weeks. On the site, it clearly states up to 3 business days once payment is processed but I still have not received my withdrawal. I have only ever used trustpilot twice in my life and both times its for Betway bad experiences…….a withdrawal made on Tuesday at 6pm has still not been processed by them at 9am on Friday morning, reason given…..There isnt one. Betway recently raised their minimum withdrawal limit to 5000 in India. This used to be 1000, which was way more feasible for someone that bets low and withdraws low amount. Now it will take forever for people like me to withdraw something from betway and probably waste it here itselfEither way, this was a low move. SHAME that global brands like Betway can exploit consumers and get away with it.

What can I say about Betway.com that hasn’t been said on here already. Their customer support is horrendous, they only offer one form of contact and that is via live chat. No security questions when you contact them on chat, definitely a red flag.Wait for withdrawals with bated breath… It’s been well over a week now since my withdrawal was ‘processed’ but not paid out. No resolutions provided, no escalations to payment, no reasons as to why. The best they can do is tell you to wait. At times I doubt if I’m even talking to a real person. It’s a shame as the site is good but the lack of security and service is appalling. Gambling Commission should definitely look into this company.No private message??
