Its been 3 weeks i didn't get my withdrawal. I deposited some money from my husband's account and sent all the statements. They owe me 4100$ out which 2760$ is my own money. Everytime i talk to support team they ask me to allow some time. If not full amount you guys can keep the winnings which is 1340$ and send me my money 2760$.

They deposited the money only. In case you win and go for withdrawal they stuck the money and there is no way we can reach to their customer support. Every where automated computerised message. The deposits are quick but when it comes to payout they are behaving on borderline scammers. I am waiting since long for my payout and haven't seen them paying it out though they have processed it. Seems like they are waiting for more people to pay in so that they can pay some of it out. And my money is with them.

Disorganised bunch of clowns, cant even credit a bonus over 3 weeks after I qualified for it. I have an active complaint with them on AskGamblers.com where they are just constantly stalling while they investigate! Their responsible gambling team called me after midnight while I was in the middle of playing, I didnt know who was calling me and trying to reject the call made me misclick and lose a game I should have won. This company is a disgrace and I wont be using them again even if they pay me out after seeing all the complaints here. I have seen 1 5 star review from a guy who won! Apart from that, almost all 1 star - I wonder why? Rude live support, horrible people who dont deserve to be employed.

I had to contact them through Twitter which is a bad start.Customer service agreed that I should have received the offer, they have no idea why I haven't. After a few days of back and fore and no resolution despite them agreeing that I have satisfied all conditions I'm ready to chalk them up as a bad bookie and move on. If they aren't willing to honour their own offers you know to walk away, only trouble ahead continuing to bet with them.Plenty of reputable bookmakers out there, no need to bother yourself with the poor ones like this lot.

If I could give negative stars I would. My favourite game to play is African Quest. On November 20th, 2022 I submitted an email with screenshots of the game not honouring paying lines. Several screenshots. I followed up via chat on weekly basis being told that they are escalating the matter higher up and I will receive an email with the credit and or resolution. Needless to say I gave up waiting in chat for someone to tell me the same thing over and over. Assuming they would at least pull the game or fix it I played last night again. Yup, the game still cheats! Is there a way to report the casino to some sort of commission? Are they regulated by some higher entity? If this happens to people all over the world how much money are they actually stealing?

You try calling the phone number, and it says it's no longer in service. How the hell do you put a phone number on your site but not have it in service. Every time I go into live chat trying to speak with someone I get put into a queue and I've sat in it for over 12hrs. I've manage to get down to number 1 but I have never been able to actually speak to someone. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Hello,I won a bet on the 2d of December and after more than 25 days, I still did not get my money.They said I had to change the withdrawal method as I first used the card I used to make the transfer to pay my bet. I then communicated my id and my bank statement (which is not legal) and nothing was done.I am in contact with the chat every day.Emails are not read, commitments taken into the chat are not respected. On Dec 23,2022 I had 3 separate withdrawl requests totalling 370.00. I was gaming on betway.com while visiting family in another province..that is I live in ontario canada but visiting nova scotia Canada. I recieved email stating there were issues with withdraw request even though times prior I always used interac e transfer and none of my info has changed interns of mail or bank acct. Following this and way too many times waiting on live chat as my account is now locked and after speaking to several chat agents I get the response they are escalating the query. This was suppose to happen late last week and as of yesterday I recieved same response and no resolution or my money. My account remains locked and they don't have any alternate contacts as emailing them is useless. I want my cash!

They have the worse automated live-chat known to man! I ask it a question, it gives me a random answer and then it just asks was this helpful "Yes" or "Go back". You've just given me incorrect information. Ofcourse it was not helpful. You cannot talk to a real person anywhere

Betway is a scam . Please avoid them. I won a total of $400, withdrew $300 while leaving $100 to rebet. The withdrawal eventually came into my account but missing $100. I spoke to a rep named Ricardo who is suggesting that I owe Betway a debt due to cancelled transactions. Why on earth will i cancel a transaction intended to be withdrawn into my account . There is no proof of that and this was the message on the app with withdrawal ID number and date 27 Dec 2022 05:12273363527There is no physical way to cancel a pending transaction with any bank app and they know this. Why did I receive only $200 of $300?

I made a deposited amount 1000rs 3 times through UPI banking 1 week ago but the amount is not credited yet I contact their costumer care and made me wait for 2 hours and they are saying they can't found the transaction and ask me proof I also sent the proof but their is nothing I waited for long and complaint please resolve my issue
