Just an absolutely unprofessional company to deal with. They don’t even follow their terms and conditions and fail to communicate any issues you have. I had done the math bonus they did and in their terms and conditions, it says they expire in seven days. they decided to randomly take away my credits after 30 days (not seven days like their terms and conditions state). I decided to contact them and get an explanation why they took them away past the expiration date and they couldn’t explain it to me. They said they’d take this up with the team lead and email me back. As you can guess, they failed to email me and let me know their decision. This company overall is just unprofessional in every way possible and take zero responsibility for their actions.

I don’t really want to write a bad review, as up until yesterday my experience with Betway has been nothing but positive. Good promotions, free bets always delivered on time and quick payouts. However yesterday I tried to place 10 on a horse at odds of 3/1 and was advised the maximum stake was 4.38. Thinking this might be a one off I attempted to place a 10 bet on a tennis match with a similar result, maximum stake 4.38. This effectively rules me out of the current horse racing and tennis promotions. I wanted to query why but as stated in many reviews, was unable to use Live Chat and ended up going round in circles with the automated support, never being given an option to speak to a real person. Tried email but was advised the email address inbox isn’t actively monitored. So in an attempt to get my query answered have felt there is no alternative but to post a bad review, to hopefully get a response.

Until I win, the minimum withdrawal amount is 1000. Once I won and went for withdrawal, the minimum amount for withdrawal is 5000. Which means they are cunning and very very unfair. I would recommend the rating team to have option for negative stars too.

So, I am aware of the negative reviews and would like to start by saying I have not been given free spins etc. or any incentive to write this review other than the negative experiences I have had elsewhere.I have been a player with this site for a long time, recently I have won rather a lot and although the withdrawals are not instant, withdrawing to bank card does come into your bank around the next day or two at the latest.There is a good selection of games, however could be more hence the 4 stars.I have not really used the customer service so am unable to comment on this, but can confirm that for each withdrawal I have made, it has been processed and paid into my account within the next day or so and so I am very pleased with this.Will continue to use this site, thanks very much and thought I would post to answer the questions I would have if I had no experience of this site. I am giving one star ? bcz I want to write the review… The betway team after taking deposits doesn’t know about deposits.. I have provided proof of deposits made on 17 th of December and 19 th of December of 4000 and 2000 respectively… But they could not find.. It’s a upi payment.. The proof has UTR NUMBER REFERENCE IN MAIL.. STILL betway BANKING TEAM doesn’t have any idea… We have to reach them through chat because there is no answer to mail.. Absolutely terrible service. I’ve withdrawn from my account before using SWIFT transfer. Went to do the same thing 3 weeks ago and got an email saying it didn’t go through and to seek help with the live chat. The live chat is just an automated bot that only give you a limited selection of specific things to ask, none of which were relevant to my problem, and then after it gives you useless advice it asks “was this helpful” and your only options are “yes” or “go back”. You can’t actually speak to a person and you’re just stuck in an endless loop. I emailed the customer support and got a reply from Kerenza saying they escalated it to the payments team and they would be in touch. That was 2 weeks ago. I’ve replied several times since and heard nothing back. Kerenza even acknowledged she could see I’ve used that withdrawal method before so there should be no problem. The money has disappeared from my account so I guess they’ve just decided to steal it. Avoid Betway

Every day for 7 or 8 weeks I have spun the prize wheel on this site. Not once has it been a winner. Bare in mind one of the prizes is three 10p spins on a slot. Total greed and nothing else. After over 6 months of using their platform and with over 8.000$ deposited, I just got a call yesterday from the “beloved” betway responsible gambling team and they told me that because I gambled too much lately (net position -500$) they have decided to suspend me for 6 months….
