Hopeless service. Been waiting for a withdrawn for 3 1/2 weeks. They told me separate things. But still a new excuse when it doesnt work. Now it is as simple as my email is connected to the wrong user. Why wasnt i told this at the start? Seems like a scam all the site. They doesnt even priority to fix there mistake. This should be solved asap then. Guess it gonna take another week, then a simple excuse again. Dont ever use this service.

Hello I would like to make a complaint because I still have not received my withdrawal money its very fustrating as the only contact you have is email. It nearly been a week now and no money plus its coming up weekend, so its going to take even longer to be in my account. I hope you can try resolve this today for me. I sent the relavent documents but there still waiting to be reviewed it says they be in-touch with in 24 hours that is not the case. Just feel very let down, and ignored Im confused aswell as my other withdrawals have been fine. I just dont want to wait much longer I could do with the money in my account today not next week. Zero customer support. i made an account deposited money, and when i come back to the app my password does not work no matter how many times i reset it. when i contact customer service to refund my 200$ i get no response to my emails. there is no phone number, if you want a betting app use bet 365 as i do now, they have a customer support number online.

Betway has suspended my account and locked me out of my account. It is quite the coincidence that this happens when I go up to $5250 from depositing $425. This company has been great to me until today. I was told by live chat that they would call me however this has not happened.

Betway is a OBVIOUS sham/scam/rigged/ whatever you want to call it. the prize wheel has 8 sections, I don't think I ever won. I made my account last year, and went on everyday to see if i could win a "free prize", never have won any prize, wheel spin represents their site, everything is fixed. and also, takes 2 minutes to deposit, and week+ to withdraw, this site has fed flags all over it, the gambling commission needs to investigate this site, or are they are getting a piece of the pie so they stay quiet? this site is a joke. I swear they only have prize wheel feature so users login and they can boost there website revenue to they can claim they have "active users" joke joke joke

They say they have live chat and when you navigate to it they say they will connect with you soon but after 1 hour still nobody. I also communicated with them about my withdrawal and after I updated my withdrawal method they still didn't send me the withdrawal. I then sent another email and didn't even get a reply!!! (This review is 16 days after I sent the last email!). Today I send another email and I get an automated reply that the email support@betway is not monitored anymore??? How am I even supposed to contact support now?

Betway have had an error with a deposit transaction that led to my 100 deposit request being processed TWICE at exactly the same time. I have 100 a day limit on my account, so theirs no way 200 (all be it 2x 100 transactions) should be attempted at the same time or taken the same day or be allowed to go through.Only 100 reached my Betway account (probably due to my 100 a day limit), so I am now missing 100 which has disappeared into the matrix somewhere until I can speak to someone which is made completely impossible as Betways live chat doesnt have any humans their at all, & I keep going round in circles on their chat with only automatic response options.I have emailed them, & all theyve done is direct me back to the chat saying I need to speak to someone in live chat, but again, there is no LIVE chat/human chat about it, its all just automated options that doesnt allow me to raise this issue further!Can I please speak to a human ASAP to resolve this & you return the 100 thats been wrongly taken from my bank & isnt showing in my Betway account! Ive currently been robbed, so I trust you can rectify this issue in a prompt manner.Kind regards,Dave

Stalling processing of my withdrawals. No one contacted me. Only after i used their live chat did they tell me my account has been escalated. They give you no time limit (which is normal). However they claim they will send you an email. I doubt they will as when i requested an email to correspond with it ended up being one that is no longer monitored. Ive experienced this before with another company, its a tactic used to make you give up on claiming your winnings and go away in silence. If they resort to this, i will have to take the evidence from in game screenshots of withdrawals and live chat, and make a formal complaint to the gambling commission.I will update this review when/if they sort my case.

Please dont use this platform, don't fall for all the advertising they do on different sports tournaments they are the biggest crooks in the industry. I am from India betway has been banned here still they use illegal money laundering from different payment providers and as a customer in India you are not going to get any service money deposited doesn't get credited customer service takes 7 to 15 hours to connect and they have no courtesy they will flat refuse your claim by saying the deposit failed and wait for 7 days and if you are lucky they will credit it to your account and not refund as they tell you and try again to connect with there service chat and you will spend another 15 hours. I have had instances where if the bet payout on wins is 10? when you win they automatically reduce your payout to say7? and if you want to know why they will direct you to see there t&c. Please Please don't use this cheat company of you want to bet online you will be hurt.

I didn't receive my free bet in relation to the new customer offer, they should shutdown their "live chat" service as it's not live chat at all... tried to contact a person on there several times, never anyone there. The help section didn't answer my question, I went around in circles several times when trying to use the automated support, no option to speak to a person, awful service.

I have been with Betway for around 3 years betting quite regularly. Throughout my time with Betway, I have received next to nothing in rewards for being a long standing customer. Limited bonuses and free bets, the only real offer is for those that bet 25 a week on accumulators. I must have spent similar on a number of occasions on other products and received nothing.Contacted customer service to ask about possibility of promotions for long standing customers and got immediately shut down saying that I had to follow terms and conditions of offers. No offer of resolution and therefore decided to close my account with immediate effect.3 years and about 3 free bets in that time. Prize wheel gives you nothing at all either. Span about 50 times and 0 wins. Really suggest other sites that reward you for your length of time with them (eg William hill as a great example) Avoid unless you dont want any rewards and an outdated app with poor customer service.

I opened an account in Nov 20 to bet on UK horse racing and duly placed two 50 bets. The odds tumbled significantly after I placed my bet. I then noticed that before it had run my account had been restricted to a maximum on any race o just over 4.Despite the horse being backed off the boards it lost. I posted an honest review on here and despite being courteous I have now noticed my account has been closed. If you want a proper bet I suggest you use Bet365 for fixed odds, multiples and cashout or Betfair Exchange for large bets. Betway are clearly charlatans. I have studied their rules and they are unfair particularly terms 7. Anyone owes money should issue Court proceedings via a moneyclaim. If you have a case and are honest and persevere you will win and get your money. Good luck and shame on Betway how shouldnt be allowed to sponsor horse racing.

I was playing a game where I won R2365.00 when a message popped up saying they were having technical difficulties in communicating with my wallet. When they came back on line I had lost my winnings.I have sent messages via the chat and NO Response.From 27th you will be playing and all of a sudden - NO CONNECTION TO SERVER and you loose your money. Depositing using a credit card wont show Betway's name on the vendor, instead - it will show as a different random names under a different random business type. When you complained about the deposit that does not reflect into your bank account - you will be told that the the deposit were declined even if the transaction went through. Then they will ask for a proof of transaction that it went through, but sad to say, you dont have a proof because betway uses a random vendor name with random business type on your credit card transaction.

Betway's customer support is nonexistent. I asked to have my account deleted about 2 weeks ago and no one has reached out or contacted me regarding my request. The live chat is useless, never get any response. It's obvious that they don't care about their customers due to all the traffic they get.

So I've self excluded from all sites a few days ago with gamstop just had an email off these crooks saying they tried to process my withdrawl to my card but it won't go through absolute joke it's telling me to log in and change my withdrawl option knowing damn well I can't log on as I'm self excluded there's no contact number no live chat and no email support I've had my balance of 5 other sites no problems with the same card I used with these yet they can't process it

Trying to get hold of customer services is impossible. Live chat is not live chat, it's automated.I was 3rd on the leaderboard for the Slingo Promotion 2 days ago. 3000 prize. The competition ends on Saturday. All of a sudden, promotions aren't working and the same page is being shown over and over again so I cannot view the leaderboard to see my position.I have tried to contact. All the Slingo Games I have been playing since have been "timing out" or stopping with error messages showing.I doubt very much I will get to the bottom of this but I have screenshots of everything so I will be going to the Gambling Commission and Ombudsmen.

Placed a $1.80 bet on Money Drop live, on a case. The min bet was $2.00. The bet was not accepted as the bet size was did not meet requirements. But the $1.80 did not return to my balance. After complaining in chat to get the attention from live support, another player told me to kiss my $1.80 goodbye as the the same thing happened to him and Betway ignored his complaint.Sure enough after contacting Betway support, they did not investigate where the money went, and without a session ID which I could not get from my history because the bet was cancelled and nothing was in my bet history, they ended the chat.I tried 2 more times with Betway support to no avail and have given up on my money. Be careful everyone.
