Withdraw of 975 on the 19th and said paid over a week and still no funds, absolute shocking service no one replies back. Sent of documents as requested and ignored quick enough to email back but still no help, the withdrawal is either coming or not!!!!!

Withdrawal still ongoing 4 days later, documents were emailed over 3 days ago. Despite being told 24-48 hours, there is no sign of my withdraw hitting my bank. This is a lot of money won fairly as 100% cash, customer support just say the same thing – no timeframe can be given. Poor service never had this issue with another site.

i am a new member of betway.This is my frist account. Betway lock my account without any reason. They do not able to show me any reason. i had a pending withdraw. They also do not give my money. Frist they verified my id card and when i made a withdraw they again want me id and address proof and instant i give that all document. After they wait me 19 days. After they suddenly lock my account without send me any email. And they do not give my withdraw. My id card 100% real, i did not break any rules, only one account so where is the problem? Betway just take my money silently without providing me any reason.

IT’S A SCAM. I wanted to give it -10 but 1 star will suffice. 10 digit phone lines, live chat is a bot, false adverting, denial of deposits denial you qualify for promos you signed up for. In my opinion the Gambling Commission should also be looked into for allowing this company to operate and use its name to lull people into a false sense of security as it stamps it’s approval by having their name on the company site. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible services and no communication. Been waiting 12 days to get my withdrawal and still waiting. They refused to refund my funds back to the original method of deposit which legally is what they should and pushed me into choosing a different method. No surprise that I could not manually do it and asked support to change it for me and after sending all the relevant documentation no communication from their side to tell me its done or cannot be done. I had to chase them 4 times a day in the live chat so that I would get half an answer. 12 days later still going about it. They ask me to change the method of withdrawal and the website does not allow me to and its a never ending circle!

Do not use betway. There is NO customer support. Live chat is a bot – there is no telephone number and no email support – how are the gambling commision even allowing this? Shocking company, they have been ignoring me since I highlighted as issue with my withdrawal not being paid into my account. They owe me money and just will not respond. Avoid. There is literally no customer service team so, if anything goes wrong, there is absolutely nobody there to resolve your issues. I failed to receive my welcome bonus bets and tried to contact them through the following methods:- Live chat – it’s just a robot with no way to talk to a person- Phone – they’ve disconnected the number- email – they ‘don’t monitor the inbox’- Twitter – an automated tweet tells you to DM them but it’s literally impossible to DM them as it fails every timeThey’ve clearly sacked the whole team and so I see no reason to use them.

I signed up to Betway on the 18/01/23, my account was verified on the 19thI placed a few bets that won small money. My withdrawal was not processed and I asked for more verification. I sent this promptly and have been ignored so far. This is breaking UKGC regulation 17.1.2.I am warning other gamblers to be careful with this company. Update on my withdrawal that Betway have still not given me! Finally had a email and I not aloud my money unless my bank send them a letter to prove I not received it, I have my statements to show this but won’t accept it and my bank can’t do such thing, betway have admitted it failed the first time so surly it’s there mistake! My bank telling me to tell betway that the ARN no. I given them from betway is saying it never got sent and to ask betway to reinstate it and do again, clearly I can prove I have not got it, but I’m stuck now as my back won’t help write a letter and betway been so hard to speak to, my withdrawal was the 3rd of Feb! It’s an absolute joke, and nothing is getting solved, and betway you really need to sort your customer’s service out its shocking, I won’t here from you now for another week by email, I not giving up and I will get my money!!!!!!!!

This is my 3rd worst experience with betway. Their support and banking team are really worst. I have multiple deposits which are stuck for more than weeks or even months. They provide the same update everytime when I ask about the resolution. Really frustrated with their services and still I do.

I liked some of the games a lot…but then they locked my account and insisted I speak to a responsible gambling customer service person. This is ridiculous! It’s pretty much impossible to get a hold of someone over there when you want to but they sure find a way to contact you when they want. I was absolutely insulted.
