I’ve been told with the chats that it will reflect into my account after 48 hours it’s almost four days and no funds into my account. And I made an instant payment, I had to pay more bank charges for that transaction

Hello, unfortunately, I have the same issue again and again. I’ve tried to make withdrawal several other ways as paypal, but I am not able to make a withdrawal due to: “you need to make deposit with this method before you can withdrawal to it”. My account is in Lithuania, and we do not have some required information (some codes, that you are asking for), thus I can not trasfer to my other account.I made a deposit from my personal bank account for a few times, but still I can not make withdrawal in the same account. I already sent a few emails to verify team with required documents (Bank and paypal Statement in PDF format, that shows your account details, name and address; Proof of identity to verify that it is you updating your preferred method of payment.; Bank and paypal account details.), but still nothing. I’m very disappointed your services. You are keeping my money freeze for a 6 months. Is this even legal? Looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Hope you will finally fix this problem. After waiting for almost a month now the Betway.Com customer support informs me that they have escalated my missing UPI Bank Deposit of Rs 5000 to their Banking Support Team!But as usual no action has yet been taken by Betway.Com to either refund my Rs 5000 or to get it into my Betway account.AND this is not the first time this sort of UPI Bank deposit delay happened to me. Ive only recently joined Betway, and my experience has been very good. I’ve withdrawn already, and the first one came through after 12 hours. The second one after 3 hours! I’m extremely happy with the Site. The platform is really easy to navigate around, and I think the odds on most games better that of all other major Betting companies.I did read some reviews before joining, and I can only say my experience so far has been a pleasant one. It’s a shame you cannot award 0 stars as this company is a complete sham…You cannot contact the by phone or email and there “live chat” facility on there website never worksThey take your money like every other online gambling site but as soon as you win anything they settle the bet as “lost” and then you cannot contact themDO NOT USE THEM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Please read my previous reviews to see the full detail of my experience . Please also note Im a verified reviewer .PLEASE NOTE- they left a reply on my last review claiming they couldnt find my account. The same day they replied via RESOLVER quoting their T/Cs to justify their action of closing our account and confiscating 500 of funds. So which is it BETWAY ??- you cant find my account or youre throwing around T/Cs about an account you cant find ???I have now started to escalate my concerns using the complaints intermediary RESOLVER. I laid my concerns out in a considered step by step manner for ease of reply and asked them to explain their actions – NO RESPONSEYou ask me to use your live chat ? – its a BOT and YOU HAVE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT so how the hell am I supposed to contact you via the app you utter fools ??? They are happy to use their T/Cs to raid their customers accounts but not so willing to measure their own conduct against those T/Cs BETWAY continue to justify their action using their T/Cs but have been, by their own standards accepting money to top up my account in contravention of their own T/CsA wager is an agreement – if your happy to accept a wager then you should do the decent thing and pay out when you lose. Its a contract if trust and you have broken that trust !

I won 10k withdrew it, waited 10 days and they said my deposit wasnt the same as my Id with it was only thing different was my middle name in my id and not on my bank card. So I waited sent bank statements still nothing and I tried to access my Betway account and it says locked. Worse platform ever almost no customer service

MY DEAR INDIAN BROTHERS, please stay away. Betway gobbled up my INR 50k more than 3 months ago and still doesn’t bother to resolve or return my money despite submitting all documents and information as requested. They make it unvialble to keep chasing them since the only way is to reach them is via email or chat were you have bots giving standard replies. Because of UPI transfer mechanism you won’t have enough data for the banks to help you expressly.

Fraud Betway…please avoid this website….they are looting your money….Deposit and with draw both have problem…..simply they will deduct your money…. please avoide…you can’t contact them…for live chat minimum it will take 10 hour time….if anybody below 10 house can sit infront of system or mobile…

Made a deposit on this site on Friday early hours. The money has been taken from my bank account but they have not added it to my balance. I have emailed and been on chat numerous times and still have not been contacted or funds added. It should not take nearly 7 days for this to be resolved. I have been patient but the lack of communication i have received on this has been dreadful. Something like this should be dealt with as high priority.

I would give betway 0 stars but no option is available hence the 1 star.I have been a betway customer for a number of years,on Friday the 10th at 03.56am I made a deposit for 300 but this did not reflect on my balance,the money had left my bank account.The only option to contact them was to wait for 9am for live chat as there email and phone line is not in use. Live chat advised me that there’s an issue and the money will be credited within 24 hours, 24 hours came and another agent said please send proof of payment,done so and another 24 hours later agent advised the banking team is looking into it,then another 24 hours later was advised our Banking Team is working hard to resolve this.I have contacted everyday since and get told the same thing again and again.My deposit will never be seen by me again,truth is betway is now running a scam site,UK gambling commission don’t really care hence why betway get away with it.Please don’t deposit otherwise you will be next, my account will most likely get closed or suspended judging by past reviews but I will not stop chasing my 300.Please don’t gamble with betway,they will either keep your deposit or delay your withdrawal.Live chat advisers are just robots and to be fair to them it’s not there fault,its the people higher up who are doing all this.Please please avoid.

Signed up to Betway today thought Id give them a try deposited 60 and Ive get two pending withdrawals from the horse racing and games totalling 610. I like the lay out, love casino and range of games but the only bad thing about this casino is the withdrawal process. Most casinos do instant withdrawals these days but with Betway it is still 2-5 working days which is behind the times. Overall positive experience.

Please read my previous review to understand why you should not under any circumstances trust this company . No customer services – cant contact them and when you raise an issue with Resolver they cancel your account . By doing this they prevent you from being able to use the online complaint service or allow you to withdraw your funds. How are they allowed to sponsor West Ham and races at Cheltenham but behave like back street bully boys ?DONOT SIGN UP- they will treat you with utter contempt . For months I’ve been having problems.with Betway, now it has just gotten worse.I love playing the Aviator game but it is so rigged its notnright. When.you are about to win they kick you out, whe. You win and cash out, they don’t give your money they say its “Stage time out”. They also have a big habit of slowing down the system which will say “slow network” which of course only happens as you are about to win.I played for an hour today on Auto Cashout and lost continuously, just as I was about to win, suddenly “Network was jammed” and guess what, my bet didn’t go through. Immediately and I lost the win.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Betway you are a joke. I have my account blocked for more than a month with an amount of $700 and also a $100 that I had deposited in the account but I never received it but my bank sent it. Your Chat is controlled by children or what. Live chat with more than 7 hours of waiting and still no answer your support email is useless because no one answers us in return. At first I thought I was the only one but the reviews say otherwise.

This company offers incredibly poor customer service. It is literally impossible to phone or email them; they insist on using their chat, but the delay is immeasurable. I have twice had the chat on for close to two hours with no response. It is extremely irresponsible, particularly when someone with a gambling disorder would need to self-exclude from the stie.

Most of the time the lines are suspended as soon as an injury update touches the report or just cause the traders are don’t know how to price odds or they don’t want you to get your plays off in an simple parlay. will wait 3 hours for lines to be the same before the were suspended

What happened to Betway? I used to like playing and I’d win some and lose some but always a fair explanation but for the last 4-5 months I’ve not won anything. It really was my favourite site but now it’s just a bunch of thieves. So I will not be playing there again. So a week after making my withdrawal from Betway I still havent had a single email from their processing team that are reviewing my account. I have 3000 sat there waiting for withdrawal but theyve decided now to close my account without warning. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. They are scam artists and con men. It isnt difficult to see after reading all of these reviews. I have been to IBAS who have said there is nothing they can do as its the casino part of the company, if anyone has ANY useful help for me to take this further Id really appreciate it. I use betway often and am extremely disappointed by their customer service. I’ve tried calling them, and the robot prompts me to use the Live Chat which doesn’t work, despite having waited hours in the queue. I deposited 100$ onto my account which was deducted from my bank account, but never appeared on my betway account. It’s been three days now, and still no answer by email, and no trace of where my money went.

Still no satisfaction from betway . I have uploaded my document for fica and they just refuse to accept it. My son is also on betway, no documents are required from him. He can make withdrawals without any proof. How do you explain this? He also have more games on his account. Are discriminating against me????
