betway – this site cheated me, after sumbit the withdrawl my money, betway team locked my account. and they mentioned like they will review but they don’t know the timeframe like how much time they need it to resolve this. till now account was locked, not able to withdraw funds

I am not giving a bad review SEEING THEY GOT A LOT OF IT shocked by how they treat they customers this way. I have been trying to get in touch with betway but have not had a response, Ive tried sending multiple emails and i have tried speaking to someone through the website but still nothing. I dont know what to do, I lost 828 and i am trying to get in contact with one of their staff

I Have been emailing Betway support every day about a deposit that didnt go through their end but did with my bank and they have ignored me everyday. I even emailed them from a different email address to support and they actually emailed me back! They said please email with associated account so I did again and guess what? IGNORED. Just proves that they are purposely ignoring people when it comes to money. Now I have to go through a dispute with the bank as they dont want to reply and no way of contacting through phone. The online chat just says the same thing and Im really starting to think even the agents are also bots. Apparently they cant directly speak with their own payments team and I have to just wait for their reply, which is clearly never going to happen. What office base company cant speak directly to other departments? Just lazy workers cant be bothered I reckon. Scamming people because of fines will only bring them more fines.

Joined because of a welcome bonus that was offered on Betway Canada. Met all requires, including all requirements in the fine lining. Straight up never received the welcome token after depositing. Customer support told me my account was too new to receive support, meanwhile live chat is a bot that only answers questions they’ve created, and their email is de-activated. Extremely suspicious and fraudulent company. Essentially being a new customer with welcome bonus issues means you literally cannot contact support because your account “is too new”.

I attempted two withdraws one on December 27, 2022 for $600 and another on January 3, 2023 for $500. I never received any money, they tried to tell me that it was sent to a MuchBetter app. When I provided a statement of my MuchBetter account showing no money deposited they said the issue was on their end. Ive been trying to deal with these people through online chat bots because they dont have a telephone line you can speak to someone, go figure lol.Delete this app and tell everyone you know its a scam. They will not send you your money.

Absolutely terrible! There is always an issue. My husband and I played on his account last night because I had previous issues with my account and refuse to use them again. After we played for an hour or so we added more funds using my credit card and won back our money plus an extra $100. Being up we withdrew the funds and found out today that we can not use my credit card on his account and lost our winnings. Why did you accept the funds in the first place! We played for over 2 hours and nothing! Always an issue and I am done with this site! Terrible!!!

And so the utter incompetence continues !!!!!I have used RESOLVER to try to find a solution. Eventually an manager suggested I formalised my complaint using a dedicated complaints email (must get quite a few !)I did as instructed by their manager and the complaint was bounced back because my email doesnt match the email on their account !I have been instructed to change the email in my account to match the one I currently useHeres the rub – theyve BLOCKED the account so how the hell do I update the email address ??LIVE CHAT is utterly useless so is certainly not equipped for this particular issue So unfortunately staff who style themselves manager are as useless as the ordinary folk who work in Customer ServicesAVOID – as with everything in life its great until something does wrong . Bet way is Full Frod,I opened an ac and submitted 4000 rs the utr is 309581255268 to hdfc ac of mr dharmeshbhai Jashvant bhai kano on 5 th of april 6.30 pm and it more then 24 hrs my ac is showing 0 balance after 24 hrs. Useless yall don’t respond to any of my emails, sent emails back in 25 March still today no response, I’ve contacted them multiple times and they keep telling the same thing and that “we will fix it don’t worry”. I wouldnt bother using Betway. Since I joined my net losses are 1700 I opted into a few promotions but they are terrible. You spend over 500 get 30 10p spins and a 5 free bet. The daily spin wheel never wins. When you ask for some form of redress you wont get it. Far better websites that reward players.Best to stay away.

Iam not sure what is wrong with Betway so much harrasment . Its been 5 days i have not got my withdrawl in my account . I tried contacting live support atleast 20 times they put me in queue with number 150, 133 etc , and they automatically disconnect me so i can basically never reach to there customer support , tried contacting support team, responsible gambling team , manager , verification team and absolutely everyone more than 20 times but no response from anyone .looking at the reviews of people iam not even sure if iam going to get my money or not. I want to know what is our fault , just because we used Betway we should be penalized . you go to any other site withdrawls on some are even immediate but when it comes to Betway we have to keep pleading you for our own money and we dont even know if we are going to get it or not .

So on friday i did my bettings on live games and i won ..when I went to withdraw there was no money so i tried chat bot and did not help ,decided to call after calling i was told that the game has already started when i was betting so told them to refund me my betting money they said ok give us your banking details so we can transfer money but you will receive it on monday ok then ….sunday night i was working and then on lunch time i decided to check my balance on my bank account i couldnt log in and i called the bank ,they told me that there where deposits made from my acc to betway all my money gone …. only to find that It is 00.0 and I had 35k ,I did not make any bets and when i tried to log in on betway i couldn’t it told me i have entered wrong password…i called betway and they say they never received any money so i tried to reset my password only to find out ther where bets made without my acknowledge….i wanty money

I’m giving it 3 stars because the support team is helpful I did struggle with my proof of address for a while but. The support told me I’m verified. I’m made a withdrawal on Sunday hopefully everything will go well and I’ll receive the money. I’ll update once I receive the money.

Lost my last 2 deposits! Spend hours trying to get ahold of anyone on chat, every time I try. Non response to emails even the emails my payment provider sends them looking for my missing deposit money. Extremely LOW betting limits on most games. SCAMM!!!! Deposit was declined even tho i used the same debit card over a year and made deposits over 1000$ (made withdrawals for about 15k) never had issues with them but i recently first tried to deposit 150$ Got “declined” (money was taken out of my account by betway still) i tried a second time (even had to verified by visa with text) they said declined again but money was AGAIN took from my account so now im -300$ and they dont answer & i have to dispute as fraud.. sucks to see they’re crawling under lawsuits and now have to scam their users.. lol

last December I won on this site and I didn’t receive my withdraw so I contact them and they told me to provide Valid I.D and Bank Statement so I send all they need it and told them I need it for Christmas so yeah they send it my money. But I won again January and steal not receive my withdraw I contact them and they want me to provide again a Documents to update my Payment Method but not only Valid I.D and Bank statement They want me to provide Void Check and SIN Number but I didn’t give all of my identities. I sent all documents requested and kept trying to figure out where my $1747 withdrawal has been, kept on trying to get an update and all I kept receiving was an “Operations team are on it”, after 2 weeks of that my account was locked and no explanation as to way, and all the withdrawing are gone I believe, I am trying to get in touch with them and resolve this issue, but terrible communication with customers. I do understand as a big company it’s hard for them to give feedback however this is not the way to go through it and I hope I hear from them soon.

Stay away from this company! When you start depositing and betting everything is ok. Once you want to withdraw your winnings or even deposited money the problem starts. After a week of my first deposit request nothing happened, so I have to reach their support. which is even not always working. I’ve been told to provide further verification documents. So they are not even going to contact you, that you need to provide something. You have to do it. I provided multiple verification documents 3 times and they still have some problems and do not want to process my withdrawals. I tried to contact them via Resolver. Hopefully, I will be able to get my money back from them.

Can you ask one of your customer service team to take the time to bother answering my questions submitted via RESOLVER?It would be really useful if you could send me a final resolution letter so I can escalate my complaint to an independent body. I can wait the 28 days (your ploy is not to answer my questions and hope I give up – no chance !!!) – my complaint is inevitable and your unwillingness to engage speaks volumes especially in lights of todays news about the fines issued to William Hill for similar behaviour
