My account was locked without reason. Been attempting to contact customer support for 5 days. Phone number inactive, email inbox no longer monitored, most frustrating of all is the live chat. It is clearly defunct. I have been waiting for multiple hours every day in the queue and it does not go down. I have contacted Betway via Facebook and Twitter to report the issue and they tell me to get help with it via live chat… comical.Have contacted IBAS, eCOGRA and currently processing a SAR to find out more. The GCUK will also be hearing from me as this shambolic customer service could put people in need of responsible gambling help at real risk.

I ruchita sudan so tarsam lal living in India .me and my brother have joint account in state Bank of india we both thee rights to use the account funds ..i m able to use it accordingly to the rules of india but they r saying your not able to use that …also sometimes I open my account in my brothr phone …sometimes he use mine and I also use phone of my brother . As usally Indian do .. But they both never their betway I’d Please give me my funds with interest of that amount

Their automated chat facility is ridiculously frustrating – you have to go through every option to be able to get the ability to speak to an agent (which never happens). Their casino promotions for free spins never loads, despite following their logout and login advice. I have missed out on several promotions for free spins not being credited, but I cant give them feedback or speak to an agent about it!

An update in relation to previous review Betway take approx 4 days to respond to any emailBetway still have over 500 of my money. It is now 20 days since I put in withdrawal requestAvoid this shocking company is the only advice I can give you. Very poor customer service and try anything to avoid paying out winnings. I will go all the way with this and put in a claim for impact on my mental health. Its my money I wont it. Now you dont pay out. Unable to contact. Hello. I was doing betting on kenya and tanzania women t20 cricket match. I placed my bet kenya will fall down their 4th wicket under 11.5 over. And they did it. It fall down in under 11.5 over. But i got decision is lost my bet. How is this possible. Because i that same bet for first and second wicket I placed i got won and same bet i placed for 4th wicket and how i could get lost.

I am writing to express my concern regarding change is my bet selection (what I choose was not the same when it got settled) on your platform .As a loyal betway customer over 5 year , I have notice that bet used to get change and settled incorrectly , I can understand there could be my mistake and I would have placed incorrectly by mistake .But in the last few days it happened more than 3 times and the latest instance was a match against Pakistan and New zealand where I paced the bet less than 25.5 runs,but at the time of settlement it showed me more then 25.5 and I lost that bet.I am very much sure about that bet as I tried to take the screenshot(because of what i faced in some previous instance) but i couldn’t , because of some restriction (I don’t know why we can’t keep the proof of our placed bet ).

I have had an 8 ongoing issue with this company and have used RESOLVER to try to sort the issues out. Eventually my concerns were passed to their independent complaints managers. DO NOT BE FOOLED ! They play the same game as customer services – stall !! My complaint has been with their Complaints Dept for 10 working days and all they keep doing is sending me automated emails about an email mismatch – as I say STALLING!!Times up – now I can escalate my catalogue of issues to a real INDEPENDENT body

Avoid this website ! They let you open the account and deposit money and then they lock it. Customer service is rubbish i spent about 15 hrs waiting there just to be told that they need my documents which i sent to them a week ago. Live chat is off today and phone number doesnt work for months due to covid which is a joke in 2023. There is no way you can contact them and they just keep your money. I’m verified with Bet365 , PaddyPower , Betfred and William Hill. Never had any issues with them and the customer service is lovely. I dont undestand how its possible that Betway scamming people while having legal adverts in tv and West Ham United T-shirts. That need to be reported to Gambling Commision and i recommend everyone will do that.

I have been with this company for 2 years. They seemed fine, never had a problem.Then, suddenly, two weeks ago I was asked to ‘provide proof of ID’. I’m happy to do this and emailed them with all my details.BUT THEY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND ALL MY MONEY INSIDE JUST BEFORE THE GRAND NATIONAL. Incredibly difficult to withdraw money. Don’t use this site.I cant withdraw with interac e-transfer or card. If I try with etransfer, I get an error saying I need to use the email I have registered for etransfer payments with my bank which I have been doing. If I try withdrawing with my card, it says I have not made any deposits with it so I can’t withdraw despite having made a deposit with my card today

Hello ,I received a 5 free sports bet bonus on my birthday by email on 15/03/1991 which I haven’t been credited for. I have also not been credited for for the casino rewards promotion for wager 2000 receive 10 free sports bonus along with 100 spins +5 casino bonus. I can confirm I should of received this for wagering on 31st February to 05th March and for wagering on 31st March to 5th April. If I could put lower than one star then I would, this has maybe you got to be the worst customer service of all time and to top it off rudely the woman I was connected to disconnected the chat by force and was very very very rude after she didnt wanna reward me with the free bets I earned! Failed to honour their free bet sign up offer. I made the deposit (when it is supposed to be credited) but after eventually speaking to their customer service was told it had been escalated to their operations team (for reasons that were never specified). Despite being repeatedly told it would be resolved in 24-48 hours two weeks later it has not been credited and I have had no communication about it. Customer service are unable to help and just say it will be resolved as soon as possible. Truly abysmal. Have never come across a bookie that doesn’t honour their own sign up offers

Account opened and deposited 30 just to get it locked in next 5 minutes. This is done on purpose so before you verify your account you lose your welcome offer and free bets. Avoid this bookmaker at all costs all the other ones will offer you immediate verification. Betway system is just outdated. Worst bookmaker in UK !

What I can say. Waiting an age for my withdrawal of over 500. It appears they are very reluctant to pay out. Very quick to take deposits though. A nightmare to try and contact and the issue is ongoing. I would never ever use this site for any form of betting. In talks with UKGC. Ongoing.

I was worried after seeing the reviews but realistically there’s more to the story with a lot of them. I wouldn’t call it instant bank transfer, misleading but a processing time of withdrawals being 9 working hours isn’t bad I guess. A total of 21 hours

I feel mistreated after i told a joke of being poor when in reality im not and they suspended my account. if you feel offended because i am poor and you say its just professional gambling and responsible gambling when in my country its technically imposible to become poor because of the social benefits and the high minimum salary of 1500$ just go and close down your business. If payment deducted but not credited into your account we never gets customer support to solve the issue neither customer care number working neither live chat neither mail reply 2). All of a sudden they will stop your account and they will ask you to verify indian style of id proof they wont accept Because of this i faced so many problems So rating 1for the things i faced

They’ll take your money and the helpline is useless.If your deposit fails in any way, by fails i mean, If your money is deducted from your account and not credited in the betway account, just forget about that money and move on with life. Because even if you try for 3,6,8 months they are not gonna say the transaction failed and they didnt recieve the money. But you wont get that money reverted or refunded in your account. STAY AWAY from BETWAY. Save your money for other platforms.
