have transferred 30000rs on 27-03-2023 at 07:39am and also my bank is confirmed the transaction is successful and amount is also credited to beneficiary account however it is still not credited to my Betway account. Kindly help

I have deposited 180 CAD and I had confirmation from my bank and email confirmation from Betway but the money disappeared from my Betway account .Tried several times to contact Betway support , they direct you to a phone line which is out of service and an email address which is not followed by Betway .It looks fraudulent website .I have send them three emails and obviously no response as their email is also unreal .

Made four bets on hockey games, screenshotted everything and the bets disappeared after my third win. Their last phone number is out of service directing contact through online chat which times out and never works. I have tried for two days now to no avail. RCMP are next.

Betway’s support is not just bad, it’s non existent. They have removed all means of contacting their customer service/support team other than via live chat, but this only uses a bot and has no means of forwarding your query onto a real person.This means that when you have a problem like mine that isn’t a ‘standard’ option to talk to the bot about (they have incorrectly labelled a bet as a loss, when it was a win) there is simply no way to rectify this as you cannot speak to a human being.If anyone actually monitors these reviews and cares to look into the issue, my bet ID was D7E2-2G4W-SG2C-1ADX & any source you use to find data on these games will show you that the bet was a win.

Terrible site. Don’t bother. I transferred a few thousand to my account a week ago and they still haven’t deposited it. Customer service is non-existent. Only live chat is available. Prompt, but useless. They tell you to use email, but then you get an automatic reply stating it’s not monitored. No ability to speak to anyone via phone. Even the recorded message is out of date. These guys are trying their hardest not to pay out my winnings. I am waiting for winnings that total over 500 this was processed on the 01/04/23. One month later and still no sign of my winnings. Customer service non existent emails are not monitored (so they say). Going through resolver to try and claim my winnings. Betway stating the need a bank statement with the card number on it. No bank statement has card number on it. Will take deposit in seconds without any reluctance but refusing to pay out.

Been with Betway for a long time and used to really enjoy the site, but its significantly regressed. The sports bet builders only let you build one per event, and then the acceptable stake is always minimal. Once youve built one, youll struggle to stake on another, which is really frustrating.The win rate in the casino has also massively reduced. Ive compared my recent experiences with the advertised RTC and its a mile off. Losses are a part of the game, but there has definitely been a drop off as far as my play is concerned, and looking at other reviews, that experience is shared.

Betway aren’t the worst bookmaker out there but their Prize Spin Wheel is stuck on lose!!I was spinning it every night for about 2 months and it lands on lose everytime!I don’t even bother spinning now.They don’t even give you a free bet every now and then either.Skybet and Quinnbet are much better imo.UPDATE….Just had a reply from Betway saying that I have won on the Super Prize Wheel in the last 30 days….YES I have as it is impossible to lose….My reward was the bare minimum of 3 x 10 p free spins lol…Come on Betway sort it out!

What a joke if you play the virtual if you put a bet in 3 sections you’ll always lose by 1 I’ve done this for a year now and had 3 sections and alway lose by 1 which is abit of a red flag don’t think. Also the games are absolutely rubbish can’t get a win at all. On 17/04/2023 I deposited 20 via PayPal. The money never registered on my Betway account. I have used CHAT (waited 3 hours to finally speak to them) and e mailed numerous time. They say the e mail address is no longer ‘live’ but they will respond, they don’t respond. It is so frustrating and really bad customer service.

My account fully verified and i have made 80k winning and later lost and kept only rs 6000/- for withdarwl and had balance of 36144rs in my account. After withdarwn they have locked my account without notice. I have sent all documents .I have mailed so many times and i have several chats with them they just say only the operation team locked your account you need to wait for feedback . I also given complaint to betway manager but there is no reply from his side. Had several chats , they waitied me for longer hours in queue 3-4 hours if i get connected they simply say no feedback its under review.After 75 days its locked i have again escalted with them again . Now they the sent my mail that my account is peremently closed and they wont pay my withdrwal of Rs 6000/- and bal in betway 36000/-rs .Its a final decision they are saying look betway is doing so much fraud with indian people .They have terms and conditions and they didnt mention which terms my account is closed.No proper reply to mail and waste support and betway manager also no reply .Please dont use this site . The website hangs horrifically, especially at peak periods, the bonus crediting system is questionably effective and the whole experience is utterly underwhelming. There are plenty of better options on the market. The chatbot reponse system is hopeless, as you will see when this review gets a copy and paste response along the lines of ‘Thanks for your review, we will get back to you as soon as we have reviewed your account’ or ‘Please respond to our private message.’
