Made a deposit of Rs 20K in starting of April ’23 but that did not get credited. Mailed them all details with proof of payment but no response. Waited in queue for live chat for several days with no response. So it looks like that money is gone. Then made a withdrawal of Rs 25K and it has been stuck for 4 days. Same problem with customer support which I believe is non-existent. Used to be good but now it feels like they are scamming people. FRAUD. AVOID.Username: Shohuss

Can’t get on live chat as it’s all automated.£100 free bet should be credited to my account on deposit and it hasn’t. All from a promo email sent to me yesterday. Started out quickly becoming my favourite go to casino! Seemed to be a stand-up, fair casino. Until recently! There is absolutely no way Betway is offering fair gaming! Slots are definitely rigged. Sadly it’s time to say farewell to this casino. I have had Great customer service interactions & quick payouts but that’s all they have going for them anymore. It’s very apparent the slots are manipulated. It was good until it wasn’t anymore. You may do well in the beginning then watch out!

Absolute rip off site. Avoid slots as they never pay out anything amd only try to keep you playing in hope. Never played such a rigged site.Honestly do not give this company your custom. Was on a winning streak but then got an email saying my account has been temporarily limited and some one from Betfred will contact me. Thought ok and left my contact number by email and even on live chat. Been weeks now haven’t heard anything from now. I can’t do anything, can’t play any games on site nothing. Since my last review Betway let me won almost 300,which was well overdue. Unfortunately that was it and we are now back to wasting money yet again. I managed to win 30 in May but I don’t even know how much I’ve lost.It’s a shame, real shame because it really was my favourite site. They are very happy to take your money in the hope that you will lose it, but then they are very slow to pay out and eventually if you do keep winning (or at least breaking even) then they will ban you from promotions. They also have wagering requirements on all of their free spins, which they very smartly link up with any cash balance in your account, making all future bets be a split of cash and bonus funds. I genuinely tried to play through my bonus funds but then they deleted them from my account “as is their right to do so”, apparently.I gave them two stars because they did actually honour their free bet promotions and they do have some good offers. Overall I recommend that you stick to any other better known brand though, there are many to choose from.

Locked my account for verification, without telling me they were doing so, or contacting me to list the details they require. Have had to use live chat a number of times, which is a painful experience, as they tell you something different every time, and really seem to hate their jobs, or at the very least delight in making people miserable. Nicole has been the rudest and least helpful to date though. Literally ignored what I was asking and then closed the chat. My advice would be to spend your money with literally any other betting site

Again i am writing the feedback for betway.com. after i wrote the last feedback in trustpilot comment they have contacted me over the email by saying, we will activate your account and you have sent required documents with us. Now again i have received the email in the morning by saying the document is not sufficient. Now I clearly understand they don’t want to activate my account and not allowing to withdraw money even I sent all sufficient original documents.

Betway do not take safer gambling seriously and will not close your account no matter how many times you ask which is illegal under UK gambling laws. Therefore, Betway are illegally operating. There live chat is abysmal? as well. Will be sending a complaint to the gambling commission as I have lost a lot of money from them not closing my account. Shame on you Betway.

I was lucky playing online in betway casino games May 6th, made my withdrawal the same day. I followed the process of the withdrawal through my account and by May 8th the status showed paid. I received one email from betway stating there was a balance of $100 owing to a debit provider and that would be deducted from my winnings. On may 11th the status of my withdrawal changed from paid May 8th to May 11th. I emailed betway and no response. I used the automated chat and it stated payment was sent to me may 10th and would reflect in my account within 24hrs. I then received an email from Raychelle at betway that payment was sent to me and to allow a few days to appear in my account. May 17th still no funds received and no communication from betway. I contacted live chat and an agent told me my withdrawal was unsuccessful despite the fact my betway account shows under pending withdrawals as paid. I was told it was in processing and payment was on the way. I asked if it was processing or actual payment had been sent. The agent stated yes payment was sent. May 18th no funds received, the automated chat now shows payment sent may 17th and funds would reflect in my bank account within 24hrs. This is the worst customer service site I have ever had to deal with. I no longer have any trust in betway and would not recommend anyone use this site to avoid hassles, being misled and lied to, and not receiving funds in a timely manner with no explanation or communication during the process to advise of changes to payment status and when I can actually expect to receive my winnings. I fully intend to contact Malta Gaming Commission if I do not receive my winnings as per claim the payment was sent may 17th.

I have the bad experience and they are scammers. When i joined with betway my account is verified and multiple times i withdraw the money as well. Now i won big amount and have to withdraw money when i click the withdrawal button it’s asking to share verification document. They are not accepting any type of document which I was sharing original documents as proof. They are not allowing to withdraw.

Made 3 withdrawals of 60 300 and 200 on the 12th may and 5 days later still not received my money.there is never a problem when depositing but only when withdrawing.any other site will take 2 hours.no help from the chat service and completely left chasing my own money

Same situation: awful stuff, not helping me at all, was replay to my emails after at list 1day, and make me wait for my wining around 5 days and as a bonus, I was created an account I was adding up money with my friend wining and not getting paid, by excuses I just get only my deposit back. Betway did not follow through with their promise to fix bets that disappeared. This site needs a bet confirmation process and in the meanwhile needs to be investigated/audited.

Welcome bonus offer scam. I deposited $30 made a bunch of bets and I wagered well over the 10x requirement but of course betway has it automatically set at a 50x requirement. I got in touch with live chat and got the run around, waiting multiple days for them to change it. They use shady tactics like long wait times for them to fix issues like this to get people to keep gambling. I should have been able to withdraw my cash bonus but I said to hell with this website and just withdrew my cash and I will go to another website. It’s a shame because they do have some good promotions

Please respond to the e-mail ticket reference 0001754006005 you sent me an e-mail first, i sent you an e-mail back 2 weeks ago and you haven’t replied since! You keep saying you will review people’s account all you ever do is write an e-mail out to customers and never ever respond back.
