i am a user of betway since 4-5 year. recently i withdraw approx 2lakh total. and also i received all that money within 2-3 days. but i before 2 days i got a call from betway,i was not comfortable to speak in english,so they told, we will arrange a hindi representative for you. and they hold my withdrawl. now then did not call, and also i can’t withdraw my amoount. very disappointed.

Made a deposit of Rs 20K in starting of April ’23 but that did not get credited. Mailed them all details with proof of payment but no response. I have withdrawn an amount of 7200rs and its been one month i have not received my amount till now, on 9th may 2023 i have withdrawn and today is 9th june 2023. Awful support service. Live chat doesn’t respond and email support keep telling me to resolve my issue by providing steps that I’ve completed hundreds of times. When I email to inform them the issue is not resolved they send me out the same steps that don’t work!

Betway show a racism toward me and all people from my country, in first they paid my withdrawal of 32.02$ and now when I requested another withdrawal, they asked for Neteller ownership that I sent it later and they pretend now that they can’t pay withdrawal and I have to change preferred withdrawal method so I deposited again and change it and still no withdrawal paid

There is an issue on their website where I can not see my deposits and withdrawals from the 7th of June. I simply am trying to contact customer support to find out the issue. Instead I am just sent round in circles by some automated chatbot with no option to contact a real person. What is going on with your technical issues?I would like to thank customer support for getting back to me quickly and informing me of the issue. I would however like to think that their is a better way for your customers to get in contact with you than having to complain and a review website, maybe having a bypass in the chat bot would help.

Withdrawled my money 11 days ago, still has not landed in my account. They asked me to send over proof of ownership for card used. I have provided both a picture of card as well as bank statement with transaction highlighted. Twitter has told me to wait for operations team via email, this team does not reply, they just either send automated emails or do not reply. On the site it says my money has been withdrawal but Betway has put on hold. Seems like they are trying to scam me and keep my money. There is over 13k in the account, I want this resolved but have lost all hope.

I am register with Gamstop but still managed to open an account under my partners name without having to verify and then deposit from my own account and lose almost 500 in a country me of hours. When asked why this was allowed to happened I was told the operations team would review and get back, but they have just deleted my account and never made contact. I cannot get through on live chat and have tried continuously for 3 weeks. No doubt they will reply to this saying they cannot find my account, YES BECAUSE YOU DELETED IT, and to contact live chat for help. I CANT. THE QUEUE DOESNT MOVE

After 2 weeks of no responses I am still waiting for my 100 free sports vet to be credited. My last negative review I received a response within an hour followed by an email asking for proof of promo offer and bet placed. This company is an absolute joke they have no intention of dealing with things on the customer service side. The live chat is always automated making it impossible to get through to anyone.

Have a withdrawal pending since the 5th December, yesterday I get an email saying it was unsuccessful with no reason as to why or what I need to do to receive my funds. This is the same payment method I have always used to deposit and withdraw. Have already lodged a complaint last week with Resolver but still no resolution. Their wait times are horrendous on live chat and no email support is available. Their customer support could not care less. Looks like a lot of customers have issues withdrawing funds and I personally have lost all confidence in this company. I would just like my funds returned or credited back to my Betway balance – not held in Limbo where they appear to be.Definitely should be looked into by the GC.

Even though I am registered with Gamstop and unable to open an online account in the UK, I was able to create an account using my partners details but though I was stumped when it said the account needed verified with ID before depositing. This was not the case as they verified it without me trying to upload any proof. I could then deposit from my own bank account in my name, not matching the account name at all, and lost almost 500 in a couple of hours. Only when I mentioned how bad a place I was in did I get speaking to someone who said operations would review and get back to me. That was 4 weeks ago. I got through on chat a couple of times since and they said they escalated the case and now I havent been able to get through to anyone on chat for the last 2.5 weeks and no response from them. No care for vulnerable people. Only concerned about taking their money.

Game play is great and I love the site layout. I’ve reached out to customer services for information regarding how long withdrawl processing takes to which they can’t give you a timeframe unfortunately which is frustrating as every casino i have used is able to give a timeframe of how long it will take to process a withdrawl – I’m hoping it is speedy. I made a withdrawl on 29/05 between 9-11pm and its currently still being processed, I will update when I receive my funds with how long the process takes. **Update – went from processing commenced to processing completed within 24 hours, now just awaiting the final notication of being paid.As with all sites, you win some and lose some and I found some games that payout fairly and regularly on this site.

“24/7” Support is never available when I am attempting to delete my account. I have opened numerous chats in an attempt to delete my account but the supposed “24/7” support is never available for that conversation (for obvious reasons). I want to delete my account permanently because the site is absolutely and clearly rigged! Especially the first person blackjack where you play against the most rigged computer I’ve ever witnessed. It’s almost comical how perfectly I predict the dealers next card because it’s always the exact card it needs to win. I’ve never seen a dealer hit a perfect blackjack 4 times in a row until I found this site! You will only really start getting good hands once you’ve lost 90% of your money and are making tiny bets but then at that point it’s useless playing they deserve their trust pilot rating. Iam not sure if this site is controlled by any authority or not or if someone can levy heavy penalties on these people as there support is equal to no support, they don’t respond on any medium neither they give your withdraw in time since 24 hours it says processing completed and still they are not paying my withdrawal. They keep money with them for days earn interest on that and then only if they wish they give money . This harassment is done by this company since a long time not sure why no one does anything.

Guy, i just want to let you know that you should run away from that trash company. They locked my account for 5 months with 700$ in my account. I message them about 100 times and they always ask me new information for withdrawal that money. Now they concluded that my winnings funds 700$ will be canceled ( with no explanation) because the operations team decided that. 5 months of waiting for nonsense. Don’t waste your time sending them emails or go to the live chat. 1/10 times it’s a robot that’s gonna answer you. Even the supposed person that gonna respond that message with that bs feedback is a robot. For me, i just give up on that 700$. You guys need to wake up. I have deposited 35000 initially and earn 80000.00 rupees and made a withdrawal of 45000 and left my wallet of 35000 rupees. I have made 35000 to 62873 rupees.
