Absolutely shocking experience. I have 2 withdrawal requests of INR 90,000 that has been pending since 6th July. The status shows Processing Commenced but it is not moving to the next bucket. After waiting for 45 mins on your Live Chat, I get to learn that my Withdrawal is under review by your Operations Team. Why this vague requirement all of a sudden & why is it that no one has informed me on this. Your Live Chat agent (Sohail) says that I have to submit my photo identification & proof of deposits. No one has informed me on this. This is an absolute harassment & breach of trust that I had on Betway. Please look into this.

My name is Shailendra P and my account ID is 22257226. I deposited 50,000 via my Gpay in the month of January 2023 and Now it is July 2023. I have sent all proofs including bank statement UTR number everything but this betway team has not giving my money back. Now they have limited my account as well. If they see anyone winning they will limit the depositing limits and they do not respond to your emails and they have never called me after requesting for a call back I have sent them at least 20+ emails and now its 7 months and they are not giving my 50,000 Rupees. After this I will go to any extent to get my money. I will be Sueing them for this.

So the whole experience. A lot of money have lost on this site. Today deposited £20 and after all my complaints and reviews that they’ve done something to my account as a constant loss is not just unlucky. Bonus after bonus, line winning, won couple hundreds and then a message all over my screen that they are logging me out for 15 min as I’ve spent too much time on. 2 hours guys TWO!!! When I played off 1,5k constant dead spins and played 8 hrs you didn’t bother to log me off for even a minute!!!! How obvious!!! Guess what happened when I got log back on?? Dead spin after dead spin, basically they triggered it. After all the thousands you have basically stolen such a disgusting thing to do. BEWARE! They are a scam!! I put in 40 bucks once, and over the next couple months I noticed little random amounts being takin from my account. My bank determined betway had hacked my account and took approximately 300 bucks from me which I did not know about or authorize. Please be careful with this site. I had to change my card because they hacked it.

The worst company I have ever come across … I have lost all my lifetime savings for their technical glitch everytime when I was trying to put bets which was a win . After that they close my account I told them ok whatever money is in my account give that back they took like reo months finally they said we are releasing the amount on your potm AstroPay but again I did not got the funds and they are saying they are unable to clear funds on that account . I had an account for a few months. The moment I won a few hundred pounds, they blocked my account and would not let me withdraw. It has been several months, and I have sent several emails. Firstly never get thru the bot is ridiculous when you get thru to some school leaver they. Make it up they try to get out of paying best odds guaranteed, giving some excuse that they were paying an extra place. All the other bookmakers are paying extra odds All pay best odds guaranteed got stung with Navello at Epsom took 12/1 paid 25/1 but they only paid 12/1 and most bizarre had a horse finish. Uncontactable and irresponsibleI am registered with Gamstop but still managed to open an account under my partners name without having to verify and then deposit from my own account and lose almost 500 in a country me of hours. The site itself is ok, I’ve found the games to be somewhat fair, what I don’t like is the slow withdrawals. They will not process them over a weekend which is ridiculous. Requested a withdrawal 3 days ago and the funds have still not been released.

After playing on IGT Gold digger new game I Won free bonus.It then Kicked me off when the money was going up, and now wont load saying weak or no connection yet I can still play on other games that arent by IGT. When i load another IGT game it says there is a game in progress and takes me back to the Gold digger game where it then boots me off and logs me out of betway. Ive been feeling this casino has gone Rogue like many other players. The have complained numerous numerous times to Betway about the slot games Ive been playing for years not performing properly & complete lack of bonuses or payouts. I won bet for a total payout of 410.55$, and i withdrawed 400$ to my visa card. I woke up today and saw that the withdrawal disappeared and i have 184.89$ in my account instead of 400$, so when i contact costumer service they tell me it’s a palpable error while the bet it’s been 2 weeks placed. I had previously written a 1 star review which I have now deleted. I was quick to jump the gun with my review and I should have came them the benefit of the doubt. The issue I had was withdrawals not showing on my account but it was quickly rectified and the withdrawal was completed in 3 days. I spoke to someone on live chat (I cant remember his name) but he was very helpful and got things sorted for me. I will still be playing on here and I would recommend it for anyone else. The review is a 4 star because of the withdrawals not showing up which I guess is an issue with their site.

For some reason you can’t check pending withdrawals, this just raises red flags for me. Wont be depositing again as haven’t received withdrawal and you can’t check on the status.Live chat is none existant, should be standard for an online casino/bookie that you can speak to a human instead of a bot that has limited responses

I see quite a few reviews of the same nature, you cant see any pending withdrawals or deposits. I made a withdrawal on Friday 9th June and it still hasnt shown as pending. I cant get through on live chat, its really disappointing especially as other casinos pay out a lot quicker than this one. I wont be using again and I wouldnt recommend for anyone to use this site at the moment.

Would give 0 stars.I am on every uk casino site and i have to say this is the worst. Purely for communication and live chat.
