I try live chat sutomer Service Ive been in queue for multiple hours with the number of my queue staying the same. They purposely go over my name and skip me or there’s literally no customer service. I made a £100 bet on Wimbledon final at 2/1. I won £200. I sought to withdraw my £300 and I was told that I needed to provide ID documents. I did. Now my account is locked for no reason. There has been no communication or explanation. My money is gone. The live chat won’t connect me as the account is locked.

Updated: The team here merely replying to pretend like they want to resolve problems with the viewers…. The reply they gave me today on this review is same ….. we are reviewing your account and there is NO TIMEFRAME given again. This bookmaker has a poor and highly manipulated customer support process… it’s not up to the standard of service that a bookmakers customer support should be!I had to contact due to an issue with my account, you get the usual chat bot to begin with, but it is terrible at recognising key / buzz words and what you actually need help with. It quickly became obvious that only queries that lead to financial gain for the bookmaker, such as “deposit” or “verification” will actually let you speak to a live agent after speaking to the chat bot, any other query will send you back round with the chat bot infinitely, this is not how to treat your customers.After eventually working this out, I had to use a completely unrelated query just to get to speak to someone. I ended up in a queue of less than 10 people, and had to wait almost an hour to speak to someone, pretty much the longest I’ve ever had to wait to have an issue attended to in person with any bookmaker.Given bookmakers are supposed to follow strict regulations, placing emphasis on protecting / looking after their customers, good and efficient customer support is highly necessary. It’s clear that Betway haven’t invested time and effort into this, which is extremely disappointing.

Following on from my review last week, and still being messed around by this “company”. I have sent them countless emails, been on chat so many times and just when you think you’re getting somewhere, something else goes wrong. So somehow, suddenly all of my documents don’t match the name on the account. They have gone and changed the name on my account to my maiden name (maiden name is on passport), even though I told them my name is now changed since getting married. I have also sent proof of marriage certificate. It seems they don’t want to sort it, they just keep adding problem after problem when it could be so so simple.

they offer superboosts ( to £10 stake ) but if you use them too often ( with the normal odds offered its the only time worth placing a bet with this MM OUTFIT ) about 4 or 5 times in my instance they stop you using them i’ve closed my account don’t be fooled by these and use a proper bookmakers instead !

Theives who keep getting away with. Deposited money and made a few bets. Tried to withdraw money of over £500 and a few days later they asked for verification documents. This is against betting rules, although they can request further documents they can not do so as a requirement of withdrawal. Either way I sent my documents and received an email saying it would take 24 hours to verify the account. That was back in early April. Since then my account is blocked, ignored on help chat unless I use a different name and when I do chat they just say wait longer. The original email said they would email if they needed any further info which they have never done. I have requested repeatedly and when I do get through they can’t tell me what the delay is and I can’t speak to verification team. If they need anything more then certainly haven’t asked for it. Nothing happens when they “escalate it”. Absolute robbery of everyday people in the hope they won’t complain. Its been months and so much stress. If you’re thinking of trusting this site as they are sponsors of big sports then don’t! It’s a ruse to scam people. So many people have said the same. You will lose your money as I and the many other people who have complained on here have. Think we should all complain to the necessary authorities to get these closed down to protect others. They should lose their sponsorship deals.

I was a bit concerned after reading all these reviews but I have to say thankfully my experience has been trouble free I have made multiple withdrawals and have been paid all of them within 2/3 days not as quick as some other sites I use but I have received my money so I am happy the site itself is easy to use and I love the games I have also won a lot and only deposited a fraction of what I have won thankyou

Other than being known as “gubway” for banning customers after a couple of bets, their customer service facility is the worst around. No email, no phone, only useless automated live chat which is as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Should you by a miracle from God find that you are being connected to an agent on live chat then prepare to wait for an eternity whilst sat in the same position in the queue you started out in. They just hope you’ll give up. Terrible service

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company are happy to take your money but when you win, they will make it extremely hard. I have been trying to get my £350 winnings for over a month now. When I withdrew my winnings it went to completed and then suddenly it was stopped and my account locked. I’d was requested for verification which I have done several times. I have advisor’s on chat telling me they don’t need anymore documents and my withdrawal will be sent and other advisors telling me I need to send my id all over again as they can’t see where I have sent it before. Trying to get on chat is painful, and when you do, the advisors are unhelpful. It seems they think if they make the process of verification difficult and you will go away and forget about your money! I won’t go away. People are being preyed on in a cost of living crisis, maybe verification should need to be completed before your are able to deposit.

I made 3 withdrawals on 05/06/2023 amounting to 150 pounds I am still waiting for my money. I can’t get in touch with a human. The live chat is rubbish I get same automated messages of no help at all. Reel you in with a sign up bonus, and then tell me it’s not going to be granted as it’s down to senior management, and then just close the chat down without any further information. If you have a gambling control problem, avoid like the plague. I knew I was gambling way too much, many attempts to use the online ‘take a break’ and then even ‘exclusion’ limits and all fail, with 500 server error codes. In the end tried to shut the account, also a server problem. Tried multiple days so not a one off.Not going to leave this, reporting to ibas and the gc, so any others who can’t self exclude please report as well. I will be looking to claw back from these, simply because there is a principal at stake and those going through gambling hell should be able to use the tools to help themselves.
