Seen a lot of bad reviews so I was sceptical but as a genuine new customer of betvictor I can honestly say they are fantastic. Genuine site and the customer service on the online chat option was as good as it gets. I do apologise I know I spoke to a few ladies on the online chat I can't remember all the names but lindsay was great. They paid out my winnings from a bonus that I wagered, its been a real tough year but betvictor just made it that bit better for me and my family. honestly, good one, nice design, but there is one thing, if u play bit longer and get some big winning streak, they asking for some more documents to share id and etc, like most of the companies time by time doing that thing about that personal information check. but really all the other things seems ok, level of betvictor is pretty good, to stay with them.

The product looks a bit on the "old fashion" side of things but odds are decent and so is their processes in general. I have been contacted by customer support a few times and they are always very kind and patient. I have only tried to withdraw my winnings once and it was fairly quick (no slower than other brands) but the betting options they offer are not so extensive when it comes to more unusual sports. Great coverage on football though! Good enough

Absolute con. If you win they'll "re-settle" your bets as losses because you won too much. If you're winning particular bets they'll remove those options for you so you cant bet on them. Thier tactics are predatory and should be illegal.

Issues with the display screen horse racing been like it for ever in the months of Sundays. Basically the racecard is showing incorrect no of runners this has been an issue for me 4 ages. I have now taken a screenshot. Additionally sometimes the site tells you you're not logged in even though you can place bets and the balance updates but then because its reads you aint logged in no cash out offered.

Another issue the free 1 bet on offer for the last England match wouldnt load. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it still same issues.

On the plus side withdrawals are now pretty rapid initially I was complaining about how slow this process was but its 1 of the best sites now 4 withdrawals.

Negatives no loyalty rewards think in all the time I've been a customer I have had probably 5 free bets at a 1 a shot. So they are not rewarding returning customers.

I've played a lot of casinos over the years, and this is one of the worst for payout rates. Over the last 6 months I've deposited 440, and manage to just scrape 200 in withdrawals – after playing 20 different slots. If they are 'completely random' then I'm confused how the same slots on other websites seemingly payout more frequently.

Spoke to Bet Victor with referenence to an each way bet which was not paid out. I was treated professionally by Sharon and provided the right information to gain understanding of why it was not paid.
I make small bets yet I was treated as a person that may lay large bets. ( refreshing )
My overall experience was what I would expect from them as I have found in the past.

I placed a bet that they had organised and there were no asterisks, term or conditions to be found relating to that bet I thought it was a simple win or lose bet. Euros 2020 – Spain to win, Italy to win, Denmark to win, England to win – boosted odds – was the bet I placed only to find out after Spain had won on penalties that it was the score after 90 mins that counted because Betvictor had forgotten to add that it was an ACCA bet and not a straightforward win or lose bet. When I complained I was met with a link to the terms and conditions page

I placed a bet for four teams to win and there was no indication of the type of bet or the terms and conditions relating to that bet clearly visible or linked to, I thought it was a one off bet, not an accumulator

The slots let this site down never experienced such utter diabolical slot play🤷‍♂️ just long winless spins followed by penny wins for pound stakes.
My slot play time here on betvictor is measured in minutes compared to major sites were I can have hours of fun.
They might be a good bookie but PLEASE PLEASE avoid the slots unless you have deep pockets and don't mind quick play sessions.
Expect the usual corporate reply to this review about random play and RTP but played enough casinos to know a wrong one.
This bookie is one of the only so called majors I had never played on and in hindsight I should have listened to my instinct and avoided it.

Where to start, 3 days waiting on verification, which is OTT, however was submitted, then needed another proof of address, provided that yesterday, keep in mind they took a deposit first then stopped game play half an hour in to new account before asking for id. Now they are refusing to even refund my deposit, on live chat refusing to exclude my account, saying that they need another proof of deposit even though advanced verification was successful which was included proof of deposit, was only another proof of address, actually useless and got me so angry stealing MY MONEY , refusing to refund my deposit, going to report them

Put on a bet. Found out afterwards that the odds were significantly better elsewhere. Tried to cancel the bet or cash out with a small loss. Met with a wall of “computer says no”. I’d just lost a large sum of money to them so thought they’d be accommodating. Was told that they do cancel bets sometimes if contacted early enough, but not for me (48 hours and odds still the same).
I asked to delete the account. Customer services did it immediately without explaining that I then wouldn’t be able to cash out after the market had opened or access the money afterwards. I’d have to go through them again.

Stay away. They just take your money from your balance and close your account without any reason.
My account was opened 1 day ago and has been verified. I just deposited low amount and placed 1 bet. It's won. And my account has been closed after that withound any reason. Also they refuse my money from my balance. I just want get back my deposit amount, that's it. But betvictor refuse it.
