Nipped into the Bury St Edmunds branch to grab a tissue cover box and noticed the faux flower displays. A lady called Liz helped me with a few questions I had with some of the stems and offered to arrange a display to show me what they would look like arranged together. I walked out of the store with not only a beautiful vase filled with stunning flowers that I can literally place in my home with no effort! but also exceptional customer service, how rare in today’s world to have a member of a sales team to go above and beyond to help you. What an asset Liz is to the Bury St Edmunds store, I remember her from years ago working in a local home furnishing store and she helped me furnish my whole house!

The delivery was easy to arrange. The furniture arrived well packaged and was unpacked with care. It looks great and I am very happybwoth my purchase. All correspondence I have had with Neptune has been very well handled. I would definitely recommend.

3 dirty furniture items, 1 smashed drawer cupboard, 1 scratched table top 1 paint damaged drawer cupboard. Van full of water and 2nd cartons used for boxes.No reflection on Southport outlet but on Neptune white glove service

I visited Neptune’s shop in Chiswick to buy 2 dining chairs. I have received useful advice and assistance from a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. I took home a few fabric samples to help with my decisions. The delivery was highly professional, I was communicated the delivery slot promptly. I am very happy with my beautiful and comfortable chairs. Highly recommended!

Lovely shop to meander around. Smells lovely which makes a relaxing atmosphere and a joy to do some Christmas shopping! Actually purchased some lights which have now been delivered and are beautiful. Excellent quality.

My first visit to the store. I loved walking around. Staff were really helpful and provided me with pre boxed items to safely transport home. It was lovely seeing the items in person. Beautiful displays too.

It’s been quite fascinating watching prices rising on the Neptune.com website the past couple of years. I do wonder who can still afford it. Some of the smaller items, like cushions, baskets and paintings increased by increments of 5 every now and then so it does start to add up! I only noticed this because I ha e a house to furnish and I tend to procrastinate and so visit the website a lot. I’m relieved I bought my small oak table before it increased by 200!My review still has three stars because the products are still to my taste and well made, but sadly I’m priced out now.Neptune, please think about making a cheaper selection or brand – even your Outlet is now too expensive for me! Random commemt, but those dirty, faded “Condition C” chairs or incomplete cabinets without shelves, etc. for only a minimal discount is madness – who buys them??At least I can sell my existing items second hand for the same amount I bought them for!

I have just finished a 4 week (every weds night) Art course with a very talented, lovely local artist Miranda Carter. Neptune @Bath hosted this course which was a stunning, warm and ideal venue for the class. Neptune were fantastic hosts supplying drinks and snacks and always being friendly and welcoming. I cannot rate this course, venue and teacher highly enough and look forward to participating in anymore they should do!

We have enjoyed such a wonderful experience creating artwork over the last 4 weeks with Miranda. The Neptune setting and atmosphere were the perfect backdrop for the relaxing and mindful creativity Miranda taught. We will be back for more.

Used the design service to create a whole new room. The consultation visit was great fun and the final result exceeded expectation, the designer really captured what we wanted and it feels so comfortable and our style but so much better executed. Customer service really good. Delivery day was great!

We ordered two Buckland picture shelves in oak. Delighted with the look we have achieved by staggering their position above our Chichester sideboard. Really easy to fit and we were able to collect from Swindon. Thanks Neptune

Lovely staff who were very helpful. We ordered the clock and within 7 days we were notified that it was in the shop.Perfectly packaged. Nothing too much trouble for them.

The shop is over/priced. We have bought three items which were all returned as flawed. These items were considerably dearer than our usual purchases and of inferior quality.

Visited yesterday with my friend what a lovely place , made to feel welcome by staff allowed to walk around at our own speed , no hassle no questions we had a lovely time . Staff very approachable and helpful answering our questions we brought some lovely pieces and will return soon .

I recently bought some paint from Neptune Chiswick. I paid over the phone and parked outside and the manager Will came out to my car to deliver it to me. I was very impressed with the level of service. I would recommend this store to my friends.

Paid for a design service to help us maximise the storage and usability of our small kitchen area but was deeply disappointed with the service and result. Each iteration took ages to be produced only to provide ‘solutions’ that either couldn’t fit or didn’t really solve our problem or address our requirements. We really didn’t feel we were being given any design expertise and ended up deciding we were better doing it ourselves.There also seemed to be an assumption that once we’d paid for a design service, we were ‘hooked’ and wouldn’t question any of the pricing. Whereas we were fully prepared to pay for quality cabinets and really liked the Neptune products, it became clear on inspection that their pricing was just ridiculous, such as 550 for a simple shelf!When we then realised that we would still need to separately organise and project manage all the removal/disposal of our old kitchen, tiling, electrics, plumbing and making good… we really had to wonder why we should even consider going with Neptune.

I came in initially to look at beds although did need to buy a new sofa but had put that off as i was unsure on fabric type, sofa size and accessories. Suzanne made the whole experience easy and relaxing. I want to say a big thank you to Suzanne for all her help.

Sample board evening. As always it was a lovely, relaxed, informative & very helpful evening of putting together my own sample board for a room I am looking to redecorate. Whenever I visit all the staff are always welcoming, friendly & very helpful.I cannot recommend Neptune Canterbury highly enough.
