What an amazing first impression. I visited the Wimbledon showroom and it was such an amazing place for inspiration, Gianni was extremely helpful and was able to relate with me when I spoke about what colours and style I was going for. I would most definitely recommend asking for Gianni!

We took delivery of our dresser and really love it. The quality is excellent and it fits in perfectly.I really like the way you work and really appreciate Eleanor’s attention to detail and making sure things remained on track. I returned some faulty fabric to the Bury St Edmunds store and sent photos of the faults.I was told that my refund would come from head office. I received a generic email saying the issue would be dealt with. Since then I have received no communication. Hence the low score.

Recessed lights are sold without clearly informing that they are not fire compliant. Firehoods need to be installed and I have not been able to find a supplier who does them in the size of the three spotlight units.. These should be offered as an accessory. As it is, I may not be able to install them without breaking fire regulations.

Superb service. I placed an online order unfortunately one of my items was faulty. I informed them by email. I received an immediate response from Neptune who arranged for a replacement. Brilliant products and excellent customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from them again ?

I have been walking past the Neptune store in Weybridge for years so when we decided to reconfigure our ground floor and move our kitchen to make way for an open plan kitchen and dining space Neptune was our first choice. We came into the store with a budget in mind, and Nicole was so helpful in designing the kitchen I had dreamed of but never thought we could have within budget.The process was simple from start to finish, and Nicole could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Everything happened exactly when Nicole said it would, which after a fairly stressful build was such a relief. We are so grateful and delighted with the result. Thank you so much!

I love Neptune products, their stores and I believe the quality reflects the higher price. However, I have been continually disappointed with their lack of communication with regards to delivery. On 3 separate deliveries, I never got the promised, ‘3 hour delivery slot’ and end up either chasing them for it or waiting in all day, so it’s not a one-off. If they can’t provide it, I wish they wouldn’t promise it when you book the delivery date and manage customer expectations accordingly.

Just exceptional customer service especially as I totally messed up, order the wrong colour, then they organise an exchange and then I realise it did not work at all (despite liking the item) and they have organised a return. So friendly and helpful on the phone that they have made me want to order from them in the future!

Went to buy replacement for 2 broken drinking glasses, told they only sell on sets of 6. Looked at the glasses with the same name but those on display were slightly different from the ones we had. No other option so ordered a set of 6. When they arrived there were different again from those on display and massively different from the 4 glasses we had. Staff allowed us to buy six of the display glasses that were marginally different from those we had. Whole experience unsatisfactory.

I love going into this store, the staff are always so helpful and friendly. It doesn’t matter if you’re spending 20 or 2000! I have spoken to Niamh quite a few times, such a lovely girl, indeed all the staff are. It’s a joy to shop there.

What an incredible 5* experience ! The neptune Tonbridge team & designer Vicki are outstanding. Our renovation was delayed during the pandemic but the attention to detail (in fact multiple design changes) we felt carefully listened to, instant communications and of course high level design skill by Vicki have meant we have just received the kitchen diner, baking station and utility rooms of our dreams. Not only do you pay for incredible quality cabinetry furniture but also a full service guided experience and lifetime guarantee. I (We) had high expectations ? as it was a big ticket investment but the whole experience has blown us away. Huge respect for lead designer Vicki and James Booth the overseeing all the detailed technical aspect. Highly recommend !!!

Gorgeous products, but non existent customer service. Sofa ordered and paid for in full in July with an early November delivery date confirmed in store and on-line. November has come and gone with no response to my emails enquiring on status. The tracker on my order has moved to February 2023! No response to a more formal request for an explanation, apology and thanks for my 7 month interest free loan.

Vicky has been so helpful with decisions regarding how to decorate and furnish our new space. She has the experience of knowing which shades of paint and shapes of furniture will work well in which spaces and shes very honest with her opinion which I find both amusing and really helpful. Working with Vicky has taught me some rules about interior design which I can use in other projects in the future. I love our new Shoreditch dining chairs and have enjoyed seeing some new Neptune furniture bring some existing pieces to life.

Loving my new sideboard – a quality piece of furniture – with solid beautiful finished oak. The sliding doors make it easy to fit into a narrow space and easy access. The delivery staff were excellent – kept in touch about delivery times and assembled and located it for me, cleared up their mess too.

Unable to get the lamp shades locally for 2 months because of supply problems. Rang Neptune and not only did they have the lamp shades in stock they gave helpful fitting advice and dispatched them free of change. They were delivered three days later. Could not ask for better service.

Purchased a full design and install Chichester kitchen, and all appliances at 40,000, to be assured of a guarantee. A couple of years later we have misaligned cupboards that you need to lift to close, and an integrated fridge door that Is hanging off as clearly inadequate fitting (low level domestic use). Many emails, completely dismissed by Neptune with photo evidence, then told that we would need to pay 350 for them to come and fix their defects. Please note the guarantee states if you use your own tradesmen to fix their mistakes then you will invalidate the guarantee. Additionally they ignore all emails. I am currently escalating to trading standards.

Visited Chiswick store during my travels. Met with a smile from every member of staff – whether they were engaged on the phone or helping others. Bought some of the lovely white Christmas houses. Staff gave me boxed items as I was travelling. Nothing was too much trouble which actually made me buy more! Great atmosphere!

We are delighted with our new Neptune kitchen. From start to finish the whole process has been such a pleasant experience. Sophia, our kitchen designer was excellent, so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She kept us well informed every step of the way. The kitchen cabinets are very good quality and timeless. Steve, the kitchen fitter was brilliant too. In fact all the staff involved deserve a mention as they were all great. Next Neptune project our study.Thank you Neptune, Bury St Edmunds.

Jane at the Bury St Edmunds store has recently finished the final touches to our family room, and we are beyond happy with it! Jane was amazing, she listened to our needs and accommodated for them while also producing a timeless design. Jane continuously pushed us out of our comfort zone, brining colours in that we would never have been bold enough to pick ourselves.The result is genius – making the best of the space we had. Our room is open plan and it was important to us to create rooms within rooms. Jane achieved this brilliantly. Thank you Jane and everyone from the Bury St Edmunds store!

I bought a console table and when it was delivered, there was a mark on the side. The delivery guys took pictures and said they would submit it and also asked me to call. I called the next day to be told that a replacement had already been ordered and would be delivered to me the following week, when they would collect the other one. The furniture I have bought from Neptune is of very high quality. I have found their staff in the shop, on the phone and the delivery people all to be extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend Neptune.

Great personal experience from the moment we had our design meeting to the installation and beyond. We absolutely love our Island and everyone we interacted with was fantastic, Beth our designer, James our kitchen fitter and Steve the painter and Jennifer from the store have all been great. Especially Steve who came back out again to touch up! We did have an issue with something but this has been rectified with pace and to our satisfaction.

Very warm, welcoming, and helpful staff regarding trying to choose amongst the many beautiful paint choices. Beautiful showroom, personally I would have liked to see more kitchen serve ware items that are available. Other than that ?

Amazing ? walked into the store for the first time greeted really warmly by the staff, the girls were really helpful and kind whilst I was trying to find a gift for my mum and not to mention the incredible gift wrapping (thanks so much). Very well laid out store, such a professional set up. Im very surprised I managed to walk out of here without half the shop.

The can of paint came broken with most of the paint pouring into the plastic packaging however contacting a pleasant member of your team promising a new to be sent out the following week but after endless calls and ups notifications I now been told it will arrive next week. This very annoying as painters are not able to come next week as I ran out of paint due the damaged can!!

I attended the Moodboard Masterclass in Canterbury. I cannot praise the designers enough, they inspired us all and made it so simple to create our moodboards and I was extremely inspired with my design. We had access to so many beautiful samples and expert advice. Everyone was so friendly and spoilt with drinks and mince pies. Thankyou to the Canterbury team, highly recommend. Karen

Interior Design delivery was superb. Annabel came and dressed my room and the two delivery drivers carefully unpacked the furniture and placed it according to the floor plan that Annabel has designed.Lovely furniture, excellent build quality and we’re delighted with the result. Would definitely use again. We’d already decided which furniture we wanted but used the design service to give us a different, professional viewpoint. The money for that consultation came off the order so it was a free service in essence. And Annabel made some changes to our original thoughts and she was absolutely right. Plus she was gorgeous! Thanks Annabel x
