I could not find a fault with any of the team. Absolutely exceptional once again! I could not pick any names in particular as each member of staff that i interacted with had the highest level of customer service you could ask for along with a big smile and a hot coffee awaiting. From start to finish the experience was outstanding. I had an issue where I needed a specific delivery date, Chelsea Hill went above and beyond to help and monitored any issues. On the day of delivery, the two men who delivered the item were beyond professional, polite, helpful and respectful of my home, I cannot thank them enough. Neptune will be my preference for any home furnishings going forward.

We have a lovely kitchen fitted by Neptune a few years ago.Recently we had an issue with the fridge and dish washer doors that was resolved speedily and efficiently by the exceptionally pleasant employees at Neptune.Great company!

Had my first visit to Neptune Bristol last week for the cookery demonstration. From the moment we got there, we were so well looked after by all of the Bristol team and Becky Wilkinson’s cooking demonstration was excellent. Far exceeded my expectations and a browse round the beautiful store afterwards left me wanting to move in! Many thanks Bristol Neptune, see you soon

Easy to order on line, household ceramics. I ordered a serving bowl, lovely design and good quality. Exactly as described. Received purchase, fantastically wrapped, bowl in a box within a larger box all cushioned with heavy duty brown packaging paper.No hesitation ordering again or recommending. Also item Arrived on time.

The staff in the shop at Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk went to an enormous amount of trouble to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were utterly charming, nothing was too much trouble and I left the store on a high.

I received a lot of help from Christina at Sims Hilditch in planning a new kitchen for my apartment in Venice.We choose a Neptune one and it was all sprayed a beautiful SNOW white before despatch. Every item was then checked and sent to Venice by road. The final stage of the journey was with Simonato who placed every unit on one of their barges and took then along the Giudecca canal directly to my apartment. Lukasz was waiting there to unpack and install all the units. This whole logistical challenge was managed by the brilliant Fausto Reggiementi at Swindon head office of Neptune in his role as International Retail manager. From my point of view it was so reassuring to have an Italian supervising all the logistics for us.Do not be put off by ordering from Neptune to be shipped abroad, if required! You will be taken care of all the way!

I love my new Neptune Kitchen SO much! Whilst this is not a surprise to me, the fact that I thoroughly enjoyed the design and fitting process too really was unexpected. I really can’t praise the whole Neptune team enough. The designer Aneeta was brilliant: she designed me a fabulously clever kitchen within my budget, guided me through the design process, thought of every tiny detail (and doubtless many more that I don’t know about!) and was a complete pleasure to work with. What I think matters beyond even the smoothness of the logistics or the fact that the cabinetry is so beautifully made, is how problems (very few) were solved: swiftly and cheerfully. This kitchen is built to last. I’m not exaggerating to say it has changed my life. Neptune kitchens really are as good as everyone tells you.

First order! My recycled vases arrived so quickly, were well packaged and I love them! They were also a bargain price on the sale!Cannot afford your furniture so these were a little treat as I love everything you sell!!!!!

Was somewhat disappointed this time.Having been told delivery 7.30 – 9.30, was up and ready for headboard to arrive.It came at 14.30, then they were unable to fit it. The fixture didnt fit our bed, nor were they willing/ able to fit to wall as requested. Luckily Son in Law fitted it with my Husband.

I ordered 2 divine Syon large serving bowls as gifts. They arrived so well packaged and are even more gorgeous than the online images. I was so taken with them that it was rather hard to part with them and I am now the owner of one myself. Exquisite tableware.Wonderful customer service too!

York shop dealt with my online order. Great comms and always great service. Keeping me up to date with what was happening and when delivery would be. Its also a fabulous shop to browse. We take a trip there every time we travel to York. The staff are always very friendly and prepared to go the extra mile.. I was a fussy customer when trying to purchase glasses and wanted ones with lots of bubbles in the glass and the assistant opened another one for me to view. Until I was happy. Highly recommended.

I went to look at tables, and to buy some beautiful pasta bowls! Not only did I come away totally inspired by the lovely layout and super friendly and helpful team but ended up buying a collection of items to fill my new home. Cant wait to shop again.

This was my first time ordering from Neptune and after a slight issue with my order, Neptune were completely on the ball to rectify it. Their customer service is just first class making ordering from them a complete pleasure. The products are quality and I know I will continue to buy from them in the future. My only negative is that there is no Neptune store in Scotland. Hint hint Neptune!! ?

I purchased a Long Island sofa covered in Chloe York Rose Belgian linen two years ago. The time had come to wash the seat cushions. I was concerned that they might shrink. I washed them on 40 degrees. The fabric looked amazing after washing. I am very impressed by the quality of the stitching of the upholstery too. The seams are beautifully overlocked inside the cushions so no fraying occurred during the washing (I am a curtain maker so I know what good should look like!) and the cushions that I washed in the machine came out looking as good as new. No shrinkage and easy to fit back on to the seat cushions, which was my fear! I would highly recommend this beautiful fabric and the Long Island Sofa. The quality really shines through.

I attended the cookery demonstration with Becky on Thursday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Was made to feel very welcome, enjoyed delicious food, and met some lovely people too. Highly recommend Neptune Tonbridge. Easy to find, park, and a well laid out store. Staff were polite, interested and knowledgeable. Spent plenty of time answering many questions and a coffee and croissant to boot!

E mailed your store near york to see if public can go, I got a lovely email back saying the public could attend. Due to personal circumstances I could not go, so i ordered on line this was very easy i was kept updated with my order. When it arrived it was very well packed. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order again

Ordered from Neptune on line for the first time – delivery was smooth and efficient and I was very pleased with my purchases. I do however feel that the cost of delivery is too expensive it actually put me off ordering some more items.

From the moment we first met Tom in the Tonbridge showroom through to the final site visit, our experience with Neptune has been outstanding. I am quite fussy when it comes to the design and look of the kitchen (the curse of being a graphic designer), but Tom was patient and more than happy to amend the design until we were totally happy with it. And the installation manager James Booth made sure nothing was left to chance with lots of sites visits prior to install and got us through a sticky situation when our tilers caused some unexpected delays. Every one of this Neptune team is at the top of their game, and we felt we were in safe hands all the way through. The fitter Ollie and the install team were efficient and precise and Ian did a beautiful job with the worktops. And to cap it off, the final paint job by Lee was immaculate. I can’t recommend Neptune kitchens and the team at Tonbridge highly enough.

The lovely Emmaleigh from the Guildford branch went over and above to help me get a part for our Neptune kitchen drawer which was installed many many moons ago (before there were high street shops everywhere). I mainly dealt with Emmaleigh mainly over email with a couple of calls to place the order and she was professional and helpful. She even kept me posted with the part arrival date and when there was a minor delay. This is old school customer care we rarely see anymore. Thank you Emmaleigh – not only do we have a working drawer again (sparks joy) but it was an absolute pleasure to deal with you.

I ordered a reading lamp – it arrived when expected, it is a lovely design, great quality and v stylish. Customer services were v helpful and quickly sent a bulb which was missing from original order – never shopped here before, but will do now

I attended Beckys cooking demonstration at the Canterbury store. I had such a pleasant evening. It was the first time Id visited the store but my sister had told me on numerous occasions how much she loved Neptune and all of its furniture and accessories.I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and the demo was fun and informative. The food was delicious! I came away with recipes which I am definitely doing again and an amazing goodie bag! I felt very spoilt. I am planning on updating my living room this year so I will definitely be back (I need to know what colour paint you used on your walls as that is exactly what I want ?). I was recommended to visit by QUEST,as I was looking for good quality faux flowers. Wow! Wasn’t disappointed with the bunch of tulips and the general store blew me a way! Had a great time browsing around, not least of all the design studio! Can’t wait for Christmas to see the treats on offer! Definitely now on my radar for when I visit BSE!????

My “Mini” Cranberry Stockings turned out to be literally thumb sized……very disappointing…the even more annoying thing was that I paid more for delivery than I did the stockings…..Total joke for such a professional company…!!! Can’t understand how cop on didnt proceed – Should of being standard postage and not a UPS delivery in a box for 5 pieces of fabric…..Joke.com..!!!

The sales staff were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.I ordered two large mirrors. I have never received a delivery that was so well packaged. The delivery men were brilliant, they unpacked both mirror so I could check them. I rang the showroom to say how impressed I was.I am so happy with both.

We recently visited Neptune Reading to view dining room tables. The member of staff who provided help and assistance called Natalie could not have been more helpful. She was very patient she showed my wife and I the many options available and explained what type would best fit our needs. She really was a great ambassador for Neptune and we would certainly recommend any one needing a dining room table to visit Neptune store Reading.
