First time I have used Neptune paint, I have to say that the quality of the eggshell is outstanding, quick dry and excellent finish, what they should improve is actually the delivering time, 10 days waiting its a too long and put pressure on the jobs. I would definitely recommend and use again, great product.

A trip to Neptune in Chichester is always a treat. The shop is situated in a barn and is the style of house old like to move into. This particular trip was to look at a table we are interested in buying. Gemma was incredibly helpful. She took the table apart and showed us how it could be extended to fit up to 12 people. She was knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. We have since sourced this table in your outlet store and purchased it. Without all the help from Gemma we wouldnt have been so sure this was the right table for us.

We unfortunately had an ongoing problem with our Henley extending table which we purchased from Neptune Winchester. We explained the problem to Ella who made arrangements for the table to be inspected by Neptune technicians who agreed that there were problems with the table and it could be replaced.Ella arranged with Natalie at Neptune Reading for my wife and I to visit as the store had a greater range of tables to view.We finally decided on the Arundel table and Ella agreed a date for the collection of the Henley table and replacement Arundel table.Both Ella and Natalie were absolutely brilliant, terrific customer service and certainly great Ambassadors for Neptune.

We had great plans to convert an outbuilding to accommodate my elderly parents but sadly planning permission did not materialise. Nonetheless Patsy was absolutely brilliant in all respects from the first meeting to finalising the design and then, finally, expediting our refund when the plans fell through. Fantastic care and service throughout!

Delivery times not within initial timeframes and then when delivered left expensive material left outside of house open to elements and possible theft. Delivery provider and their processes needs to be reviewed. Although to be fair when raised with customer services they did take my complaint seriously and did escalate immediately.

After 10 my full price has not been dispatched. Do I had to drive 100 round trip to collect. I was not advised of this when ordering

The products are always excellent however delivery is always an issue. I have ordered from the website on two occasions and both times the items have come much later than stated.

Very quick delivery from order time. Generous sample pot size and came well packaged. More expensive than everyday brands which you would expect from smaller producers but the quality is good and great coverage. Nice colour palette and finish. No odour of note which I like and no drips, lovely thicker consistency to the paint.

Extremely slow delivery (11 days) made even worse when it cost 6.95 for a tiny 22 product! 1 star for the delivery but the product itself was good hence the higher overall rating.

Neptune still not addressed my complaint about which I posted on the 4th January…. perhaps they think that saying they will is sufficient! Terrible customer service as well as a poor product.

Neptunes products are excellent. Well designed, but never over the top, and they are manufactured solidly and sustainably. The staff are very good at giving advice. They are also patient and never push for a sale.

I signed up for a Mood Board creation session with Helena at Chichester. I was sceptical about how useful I would find it and was delighted to find it very helpful in solving design solutions for revamping our kitchen/dining room. Helena the designer was so inspirational and guided me to a colour palette I would never have even thought of ! Really enjoyable and when I have a bigger project I will not hesitate to use the design services of Neptune.

We absolutely love the Montague storage box. It is a little expensive for a Lloyd Loom style chest but it is beautifully made and has an internal lining and sturdy lid. The paint colour Lily is a good neutral shade and fits perfectly with our pale grey walls and furnishings.Delivery was well communicated and prompt and the delivery men were polite, careful and efficient. Neptunes service from the Knutsford instore ordering on 2 Feb 2023 to the taking away of the packaging after delivery on 8 Feb 2023 was excellent.

Purchased from online Christmas sale, love Neptune products, but generally out of my budget. Huge box arrived, extremely well packed considering items weren’t fragile, so customer care delivery is still the forefront of Neptunes moto.Delivery by UPS, so updates until arrival. So pleased as these are quality items for a fraction of their retail price.

The company contacted us before the allotted time to say they would be with us within the next 20 minutes and that worked perfectly. I purchased some Christmas decorations for next Christmas at a very good sale price. They arrived very well packaged. Slight negative with the time delivery took which was 2 weeks, however I would definitely buy from Neptune again

More incredible service from Neptune today – specifically Amy Dolman, she really is an asset to Neptune….this is the second time she has helped me about the same issue and each time she has been polite, understanding and keen to ensure the correct result for the customer.

You delivered a small plastic bottle (18 cms tall and 7 cms wide) in a huge cardboard box (42 x 42 x 42 cms) which was stuffed with paper packaging. What a complete waste of materials. Also, the box was unnecessarily marked ‘Fragile’.Someone really should have a bit more sense!

I have a beautiful kitchen, however it’s not the design we agreed on (and I paid for) and I can’t face the works required to remediate it. The whole process has been painful and despite complaining in December I’ve not no-one outside of the kitchen designer contact me. I’ve even chased head office twice for a response, but no no avail.

Easy to order quality of throw was excellent arrival date longer than had been anticipated due to volume of orders. The only criticism was throw packed well in box but was not wrapped in any tissue very squashed in sheet of paper and stuck with dirty sticky tape

I love what I ordered. However the post order follow up was awful. No email to confirm order or any idea of delivery. Ten days or so after ordering I was wondering what was happening, so emailed to inquire. No response. By chance a couple of days after I was clearing spam and noticed an email from UPS, which normally I would delete without reading, but I noticed the word Neptune half way down, confirming delivery. It was delivered, though left on my doorstep. I found it as I was going out. Not impressed by customer service. Good thing I love the purchases!

Went in and was welcomed by a thew of the staff hoo were in view as we walked in with a nice smile.They said need any thing just ask offered us a coffe as they had just made some witch we fort was very nice The store is so very nicely presented and clean. The missis wished it was her home as wanted everything. Got a couple of little bits and we were served by some lovely lady’s at the till gemma Jenny and spoke to a man called Howard they all seemed so helpfull Walked past the design office too witch was nice to know for when we get are new kitchen and had a quick word with the lady’s out there. Will definitely be coming back and telling friend a and family about it.

The items I ordered were of the excellent standard that everyone expects from Neptune. The quality is outstanding. Sadly the delivery was slow. Packaging was somewhat confusing in that the outer packaging was kind to the planet and easily recyclable. However, each item was individually bagged in plastic and tied with a plastic zip-tie. Such a shame.

Parcel took well over a week to arrive, despite extortionate postage costs. However the postage costs were refunded to me when I complained about the delay. The packaging for the goods (a small tube of hand cream and small pot of body lotion) was ludicrous. A massive cardboard box and reams of brown paper. Shameful waste of resources!

The only thing wrong with shopping on Neptune is the UPS delivery site..you cannot schedule a convenient delivery if you are out on their scheduled day of delivery.. I found that site difficult to navigate as it is glitchy and inflexible .. The Neptune site is much easier though thankfully

Thank you Neptune for my beautiful kitchen, living room and study which I absolutely adore. The quality of the service and materials (furniture, fabrics, rugs and paints) has been exceptional, particularly the seamless way in which Eva, my Home Designer has engaged with me from start to finish (she has wonderful taste that echoes my own and such great design ideas), arranging just the right number of appointments to create the mood charts and ensure that every detail was perfect.Will, the showroom manager was also very helpful as was Richard who led on the technical aspects of the kitchen specification from Eva’s design (not easy in an 1840 house with some significant challenges) and his team, including Matt who fitted the kitchen together with input from Luke, Christian, Bart and Ryan – all very skilled indeed.

Ordered some Xmas items on sale , delivery took longer than expected on one item but not in a rush for it . Customer service amazing as always reassured me my items were dispatched. Very personable service excellent value on sale items , beautifully packaged and safely delivered.
