What an amazing store. We were looking to bring some colour into our bland home and with the help of Mary we found some great ideas. We then joined an event run in the Chesham store to put together a mood board which both my husband and I attended. This event was absolutely brilliant and the staff were so helpful…thank you Kasia, Jodie and Mary. So….have now redecorated our lounge, hall and cloakroom and have ordered paint for bedrooms. The emulsion paint we used was brilliant, went on so easily, no drips, no smell and such a good depth of colour and finish. This is how shopping should be, a real pleasure and would thoroughly recommend this store to anyone.

A wedding gift list was set up for a recent wedding. It was well managed and the staff were very helpful and polite when I phoned to make a purchase. We were assured that everything would be gift wrapped with an appropriate card attached.The Bride and Groom were ecstatic when they went to collect their gifts and said everything was beautifully wrapped and ready for collection

We visited your shop in Guildford High St, and were very impressed with the service provided by Emmaleigh Flower-Bond. We ordered one of your lovely framed prints and this was delivered in 3 days which was faster than expected. We were so pleased with the picture that we ordered another in the set online. It was also a lovely touch that Emmaleigh also followed up with an email to ask that we are happy. We are very happy indeed and will definitely be back in the very near future.

Neptune have been absolutely brilliant.. David and Emma were both extremely helpful and have given us the kitchen we wanted. They are highly professional, great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. All in all an entirely pleasurable experience topped off by a superb kitchen fitter in Glen.

Excellent service the staff couldnt have been more helpful and very happy with the products I bought. The chopping board I could take home and the lamp had to be ordered; but this was really efficient, we were kept up to date and it arrived 3 working days later.

The staff were personable and helped allay any apprehension (I was definitely out of my comfort zone!) and we were actively encouraged to experiment with ideas for our individual mood boards. Since I discovered Colchester had a Neptunes Ive been visiting every week or two, the staff are so helpful, Ive ordered a few times and they always let me know as soon as my orders in.. I love the packaging and bags you get when you make a purchase, its the attention to detail that makes Neptune such a lovely place to shop for home accessories.

Ordered my vase online it arrived in the time frame that was advised at the time of purchase. Very happy with my purchase . The shop is full of amazing objects and lovely furniture. Well worth a visit.

Ordered a painted wooden side table in our chosen colour, waited around 6 weeks for delivery but unfortunately the end result isn’t that great. You can see all the brush marks whereas a sprayed item would have looked more professional and the paint is already chipping on the corners. Not to mention the fact that the table is wobbly and the legs are not the same length. For the price it’s not very good quality.

Beautiful garden set , great quality, quick delivery. One of the delivery guys was brilliant efficient and did all the carrying. The other lazy and rude should retire gracefully and not bully youngsters into doing all the work. As for my items they are fabulous. Very happy ?

I attended the wreath making workshop with a friend at Christmas! The staff were so friendly and helpful, we all had a wonderful time. We also ended up doing a little shopping while we were there, everything looked so beautiful it was impossible not to come home with something for the house!

Fantastic experience and design!We had a fairly traumatic start to our building project but luckily had already ordered our kitchen from Neptune who have provided amazing support and service despite the challenges. This meant that we had one less thing to worry about. They were there for us again when we needed a tailored solution to enable us to meet our environmental ambitions – and when we were finally ready, the fitting was seamless and professional.We have a beautiful and practical kitchen and utility that are a pleasure to be in. Delivered wrong table, and delivered a table with multiple damaged chips scuffs and marks. This table looked like it had been on a shop floor for ages and then dumped in a warehouse. Further to this, Neptune didnt acknowledge my complaint for 2 weeks, despite me making numerous contacts by phone and email. Offered to send a replacement, but couldnt guarantee it would be the same colour as the image online, as theres been an issue with colour. Refused any cash compensation, but offered a store credit which I reluctantly accepted. First time shopping with a company that charges a fortune for products, then delivers the worst shopping experience and aftercare!

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of a Wycombe bench and two dining chairs. They are well made, sturdy and attractive. I am now considering the purchase of two folding chairs to complete the set.The delivery men, Michael and Brian were a real credit to the company. They were cheery, efficient and polite and spontaneously removed their shoes on entry! I am pleased to say that the delivery was stress-free and punctual.Thanks to the staff at Neptune, York, the whole experience was pleasurable and the most suitable choice was made. My beautiful Neptune Chichester kitchen has just been installed and it is fabulous. Craig Lawrence and Dan Webb were fantastic fitters and made the whole experience seamless. They came up with excellent solutions in my Grade II listed wonky cottage! A great job. I can only commend Neil Cadwallader-Kemp for his impeccable project management and to Claire Birkbeck for her excellent design skills and attention to detail. I cannot wait to entertain my family!!

We have bought so many things from Neptune that our house almost looks like a showroom! Our last purchase was a console table, which we found did not sit level. The way they dealt with this and promptly sent a replacement was amazing. Still can’t fault them…can’t recommend enough.

I bought a kitchen from Neptune Wimbledon a year ago. Designed and fitted to perfection. I am so happy. What is more amazing is the aftercare. Under the guidance of Richard Wilkins, the HQ Customer Service team technician Luke Howard came and fixed, adjusted any details that I had asked for. Not only do you buy a wonderful kitchen from Neptune but the aftercare and professionalism is really incredible. Thank you Richard, Thank you Luke. I would recommend Neptune to everyone who would like to make their house a beautiful home knowing that their service is incredible.

The personal attention, nothing is too much trouble. Our designer listened to us and identified our style but helped us to break out of what would normally be our comfort zone. The room accurately reflects the design they came up with but with their flare for dressing the room on the day totally exceeded our expectations.

Very excited and pleased with the beautiful Sheldrake dining table. Quality, innovative and practical, from 4 – 10 seating. The delivery men were so helpful, polite and gave me good notice before delivery time. Gave advice on assembling with the extra extension leaves on the table and how to wipe in the direction of the grain. Then the recent delivery of our Brompton Wall Light, Small, Brass. Timeless and contemparary being practical by being adjustable angle or up/downlight.

After delivery of 4 painted dining chairs we found some minor faults and, following the email we sent to report this, we received a telephone call to say the chairs would be replaced. New arrived 2 weeks later with no problems. Excellent customer service.

Jess Barrett recently helped me with a design for my sitting room – a long and awkwardly shaped room that presented lots of challenges! Jess came up with some great options, including stunning paint colours that work beautifully with two paintings I was planning to put in the room. She worked around the fact that I still wanted to keep a number of my own pieces, and came up with designs where everything worked harmoniously together. Her colleague, Lauren is also a pleasure to work with, and they both keep in touch on delivery dates and speedily respond to questions and requests for information. I am delighted with the results and looking forward to working with Jess further as we complete the room. I highly recommend both Jess and the design service!

Ordered my lantern before Christmas and was advised that it would be delivered in Feb. It has arrived and I love it. Would have been great if I hadn’t to wait so long for delivery but it’s a really nice quality.

Its been nearly two years since we first ordered our Neptune kitchen and we are still deeply unhappy with the quality and workmanship of the kitchen. Neptune has attempted on a number of occasions to fix the issues but these have been unsuccessful and created more problems. Its got to stage that we having to take legal action as we cannot allow another fitter into our house to tell us how poorly the kitchen has been fitted but not actually fix the issues. We have spent in total over 100k. Neptune makes big promises but delivers very little.Prior to us ordering the kitchen we were big supporters of Neptune and would tell our family and friends to buy their products. This is no longer the case and its a real shame that its ended up that we cannot trust or rely on this company. If you want to protect your sanity, get what you pay for in terms of a quality product and have a good customer experience, do not buy a kitchen from Neptune.

We have a great new kitchen.We love our kitchen, we love the fact it is made of wood, we love the style, we love the larder cupboard.The kitchen is is great it suits our open plan living/dining/ kitchen area. The style is brilliant, Chloe the designer was very knowledgeable and patient. Very important as I changed my mind a number of times. James the Technical chap was very detailed and made sure the dropped housing for the extractor was in the right place.If you are looking for a new kitchen i highly recomend looking at a Neptune kitchen.

I ordered two sample pots of paint, with a view to buy larger ones if suitable. Only one pot arrived. Contacted customer services. Got a response a couple of days later to say they would send another. Still waiting

When I visited the Edgebaston store the end of January they had got what I wanted in stockso the assistant (cant remember her name) was so very helpful she sorted out my order and it was delivered Thursday the 16th February. Im pleased to report Im absolutely thrilled with it!!!
